Called Triple AAA and Emerines Towing came to pick up my vehicle. Nick the driver was so very pleasant and professional and truly seemed to enjoy his job. He did a fantastic job within an hour, I was so very pleased and relieved that everything went so smoothly. Nice job Nick!

Absolutely fantastic experience! AAA dispatched Emerine’s to tow our vehicle.Our driver Nick was extremely prompt to tow our vehicle. He didn’t just give us a general time frame-he was actually earlier than the time he gave.Nick was super friendly & courteous-giving me detailed information on the process.He even gave me a courtesy call letting me know he had to stop for fuel on the way to our repair shop.During a vehicle breakdown you’re obviously frustrated & worried. It was nice to have someone that was friendly & helped eliminate some of that stress just by being prompt & friendly!

The gas station I broke down at recommended I call Emerines. When I did, the dispatcher was extremely helpful and understanding. I did have a little wait for my tow to arrive, but it was due to rush hour on a busy Friday night + an annual event going on in the town I broke down near caused traffic backups which the driver got stuck in. The tow truck driver, Greg, knew what he was doing and got my car loaded quickly in a busy gas station parking lot. We had a pleasant conversation on the half hour drive to my destination and I would highly recommend their service to anyone in need of a tow. Thanks for making a frustrating situation bearable!

Battery in my car died and called for a jump. Brady was the one who came to do it, tried jumping it for nearly and hour, proceeded to tell me that I needed a new battery. So I had him put it in, with the NEW BATTERY he had to jump it also. Obviously it was dead, but he thought it was another issue. He suggested taking it to get checked out that it might be the alternator, so I took it to my boyfriends brother-in-law to get checked, out. HE TOLD ME THAT THE BATTERY WAS DEAD!!!!!! When I had already paid nearly $150 for the battery when it was DEAD!!!!!!! Had to pay yet ANOTHER $150 for A BATTERY THAT WAS ACTUALLY NOT DEAD!!! If zero stars was a option that’s what I would give them. Hire somebody that actually know what a dead battery is!!!!! Will NEVER use them EVER AGAIN! I’m getting a refund for EMRINES MISTAKE.

Got a flat tire tonight and AAA sent Emerine’s. Greg came out to change our tire and he was fast and efficient. It’s a cold night so his speedy time was so much appreciate.

I thought I had a bad battery. After they sent their battery service truck to get me started, the service man found my battery was fine and that I had a different problem. They immediately sent a truck to transport my car to a repair shop. Both men that helped me were very pleasant and helpful and I was dropped off at home on the way to the mechanic.

Jessica W. was such a blessing to me, while I was stranded by my car and AAA. Jessica was so helpful and an asset to the company.I was stranded waiting for AAA to send me a towing truck. They first tried to get a company four hours away. They called and refused to come get me. AAA then never replaced that tow. I had called them again where I requested a second dispatch. After 25 min. I called AAA the 3rd time and they said it was sent to Emerines Towing. That is when I called Emerines directly and spoke with Jessica. She advised me that she told AAA that she didnt have any trucks at the moment and it would be awhile. She told me how long the wait might be. I waited for awhile and figured out that my boyfriend would take the chance and drive the car home, instead of waiting. I spoke with Jessica 3x as we were driving home. She made sure we were safe and kept the AAA call on file until she knew we were home. During this entire time AAA never contacted me and never sent any text updates. It was only because of Jessica that I knew what to expect. She was very nice and super helful. Thank you!!!!

When the guy came to change a tire he got my lug nut stuck in his tool. I asked him if he wanted to use my tire and he said no then took over 20 minutes trying to get my lug nut out his tool while I stood there in the freezing cold and he still wasn’t able to. I had to drive with one less lug nut and ended up having o guy buy another one .He didn’t even apologize. I called Emerine’s to talk to the manager who never called me back very bad service to say the least

Emerines is the ONLY towing company I will ever use. I have had to use them for a tow because of a flat and a lock out. They have the nicest employees and in my opinion are way better than the others.

Was contracted by AAA to pull car out of ditch. Call to AAA at 4:45 driver arrived on scene at 7:03. Reported to dispatch on scene before 7:00 per AAA. Drove by car and announced he could not pull out of ditch. Got out of truck and took pics to send to dispatch. Was on scene about 10 minutes. Sheriff deputy was on scene and commented he could not believe driver saying he couldnt pull out. Deputy left the scene and told me to call their dispatch when car was removed. Called AAA again and spoke to supervisor. AAA determined based on pics submitted by Emerine driver that this was a recovery service not covered by AAA. I was responsible to secure and pay for a tow service. Obvious to me, a woman, that Emerine driver was unqualified and inexperienced to be providing this service. Called a local tow service Eye Towing who arrived promptly and removed car from ditch in about 15 minutes!. Call to Eye Towing at 7:57 pm he arrived and removed car by 8:50 pm. Very disappointed in AAA and especially Emerines. Will file a dispute with AAA for contracting a poor provider.

On one of the worst weather days of the year, Dale S., a driver for Emerines, picked up my daughters car that had been involved in an accident. Despite the weather, he was courteous, friendly and totally professional. I would highly recommend Emerines if youre ever unfortunate enough to need them.

I ended up with a flat and was told by AAA that I would have to be towed because my car didnt come with a spare. James checked anyways and I had a spare and changed it. He arrived in 6 minutes and was kind and friendly. Definately would recommend James and Emerines

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!My cars radiator went bad and I needed a tow, I have AAA who sent Emerines. Prior to the tow truck arriving I confirmed with AAA that i could pay the company with my credit card for the extra towing miles. Upon arrival the driver told me they did not accept my discover card that I was trying to pay with. I then gave him my bank debit card, he instructed me he would need to call it in the shop since he didnt have a card reader in his truck. He stood right next to me on the phone and proceeded to read my card number off to the office...hung up the phone and told me that the card reader at the shop was down due to a power outage. I then asked if I could pay with a check... he picked up his phone and called the shop again to confirm, I was told I could not pay with a check because they dont accept personal checks. He began to tell me my only option at this point was to pay in cash. I then needed to get a ride to the ATM to pay for the tow in cash.Frustrated I called Emerines office to give feed back about my frustrations & experience with my payment process. I explained to the VERY RUDE dispatcher; Jessica, about the issues I faced. She told me that no one had called into the office with a discover card, or bank card payment and that the credit card machines were in working order and there was no power outage! Beside myself I informed her that they had a untrustworthy driver working for their company, that he had lied to me multiple times and made the process extremely difficult. She was very disinterested in my complaint excusing the situation with well no one called here.. She continued to cut me off saying what would you like me to do? repeatedly. I asked if she was at all concerned with the facts that I was telling her, and asked what kind of business they were running?! She then HUNG UP ON ME! In disbelief I called back & asked to speak with a manager, during our 5 minute phone call she put me on hold 3 times, for multiple minutes. Cutting me off (w/ high disregard) to everything I said with the reply of name and number?! & I MIGHT have someone call you tomorrow. I was appalled and horrified at the customer service skills I was provided with after being a paying customer minutes prior. Jessica was beyond difficult to work with, disrespectful, dismissive & carless and this a has since reflected on the entire company.After all this the car got dropped off at my brothers shop, where the driver told I he shorted him $20!i was told she took my name and number down that night to leave for a manger the next day. I did not receive a call the next day, therefore I called in again to speak with a manager- I was told they tried to call from a private number earlier but never left a message for me to return the call and would not give me a number to reach them back at, two days later and 3 more phone calls into the office and still not call from the manager. I called again the next day and requested ANOTHER call back. I did receive a call the following day(every early this morning) from a private number- which I missed and again no voicemail or number to return the call back at so I’m at a lost with this phone tag.AAA I have seen multiple complaints filed against this company, disassociate ASAP!

This company( EMERINES TOWING ) has the worst service in the history of towing.AAA dispatched them to tow my broken down vehicle . To write a explanation of the comedy that happened after my initial call would be un believable . The short version is that after my initial contact I got a text stating that help was on its way. That was at 1:37 P.M. I received multiple text messages and made numerous calls back to AAA throughout the afternoon as I waited for the tow. I finally left my vehicle at 5:27 PM. assuming that they werent going to be there.The tow truck never did arrive.I called AAA when I got home.They advised me that EMERINES TOWING surely would BE THERE MIDNIGHT..(Truth)..I cant wait to have the opportunity to use EMERINESTOWING AGAIN..

AAA uses them a lot for local tows and they always show up in a reasonable time and are very nice.

Drivers were in my car and stole out of my car thw stuff was there when i got out the car tp greet them and when they got out the car it was gone they were no help they cause extensive damage to my car when it was only stuck in the mud i do not recommend

01/07/2018 My brother locked his keys in his vehicle. We called AAA and were told Emerine Towing would rescue us by no later than 4pm. We called at 12:15. We waited in the cold (7°) until 2:35 at 4:47 we called to see where the tow guy was. At 5:01pm a lady said it wouldnt be until 6pm or after til the guy came. Mind you its seven degrees outside. We went to the neighbors house to seek cover and warmth but do to their work schedule we had to leave and wait outside for over 2 hours for Emerine to come. Im writing this review and still waiting for a person to come and unlock my brothers vehicle. This is the second time AAA has depatched Emerine Towing to come to our aide and weve waited more than 3 hours.

Called the Austinburg location for a tow. Gave the guy on the phone the address twice and later sent it to the driver. They reveresed the numbers and couldn’t find the location and refused to be sent back out even though I had it in text that it was not my mistake. Very rude people. Stay away.
