Process was fairly simple. Quick and not as painful as I thought considering the other reviews. Attendant was very pleasant and had paperwork ready. Only negative was that couldnt get through on the phone but think they were having phone issues. Took maybe 30 minutes tops....

Ive never personally had to deal with this place but they are always blocking Mills Road with their tow trucks (and yes, s for plural). ALL THE TIME. This is is illegal. Every time I drive down Mills, it is blocked and I have to drive in the opposite lane to get around. Im tired of it and Im sure other local residents are as well. Ive started taking photos every time and making Harris County Sheriff Department reports. Waiting till I get about 20 incidents/photos and will be contacting news outlets. Also, their storage yard is a complete disaster. Im sure plenty of violations could be found in there.

Unorganized. Had to make so many phone calls and go twice. Was told i could pick up got there and told no. After calling and calling was told I could come back. Paperwork was correct. He was wrong. No im sorry no anything just i can come back n get it. 😔 man who helped us get truck.. left in back and blocked in by several cars and trailer along w driver who just happened to be there very nice.Just saying no it was not the 2 that I had to call more than 20 times that day to get an answer.

They are extremely rude and very disorganized. They barely answer their phone and never return calls. They make the process extremely difficult in order to accrue fees and it’s very obvious that any positive reviews here are given by friends or family members. Please believe that bad reviews. I lost my dog in the car accident and the lady over the phone absolutely did not care. These people are cruel and heartless.

Worst customer service possible.. lady was very rude. I just took out my truck about 5 minutes ago.. very disgusted by the way she had her attitude. I know its my fault for having my car towed but she need to take her head out of her a** and hit reality seriously. I really dont know how management can allow people like this to work. She made fun of the people in front of us because they couldnt find their paper work and yelled at everyone there... No stars are deserved what so ever..

We had picked up a car from the yard and the lady gabby was on the ball! Very helpful and straightforward she knew her stuff.

Unfortunately had a car towed and brought to this lot. But the guy on duty was very helpful and made sure I got to the vehicle in a quick and efficient manner.

I took off work to come pick up my car after it got towed there from a wreck, i called aaa to meet me there with a two truck and when we arrived there were 7 cars they put in front of ours and told us they had no way of moving them, this was after we were told over the phone that the truck was ready for pick up, the guy that worked there said they would have it ready by the end of the day. i called later to check on it and nothing had been done and was told again they would call someone to get it available to pick up. it never happen, so the next morning i call at 8 am when they open because i need this truck asap. the people on the phone said they couldnt get to it because they were having a auto auction that day and to try back after 3:00. i call after 3 and they would not answer any of my phone calls or call me back. at 4:30 someone finally picks up and says its ready you can come get it but hurry up we close in 30 mn. the owner did not care at all about the trouble he caused me or my time or money wasted on tow trucks that got stood up. i could not pick up my truck until 3 days after i was supposed top pick it up and showed up with a tow truck the first time. this place is a mud pit low life ran facility and i feel sorry for anyone who gets towed there.

Make sure you have cash only cash and they dont give change that so bad ... Cash only and no change given out
