Gregs not a man of his word. Came and picked up my Mazda 3 2004. Had over $12,000 or more of damage unfortunately. Didnt have a title but insurance. Said best he could do was $50 for it. I accepted. Inquired multiple times to follow up. Greg went the hospital. Waited a while. Inquired again. Was lied to saying my car never existed.

My son had a flat tire on a Saturday night without a spare. Everybody was quoting 100.00 to tow him home. As I was exiting the freeway to meet up with my son I saw a Gregs tow truck so I called. Not only did they get to us in a timely manner they brought a tire that fit my sons truck and changed for him. Now he has a spare! The driver was awesome!

I had my vehicle towed from my home, they do not accept credit cards. Had to withdraw from an out of network ATM just to pay for the tow. It is 2020, there should not be a business not equipped to take a debit card. Not appreciative of the level of service provided, the only reason I stuck with this tow and had to go with it is because my vehicle did not run, and the garage recommended it.

Hate to put a 1 star review but I waited 2.5 hours for a tow that never came. I called this place at 8AM trying to get my car towed from my house to the shop. They told me an hour. An hour came and passed and I called after 90 mins and said the driver hasnt shown up, he said hes on his way maam. So I waited another HOUR. And still nobody showed. I called again and he says he will call the driver and have him call me. No call. I called utica towing and they showed up in 15 minutes.Its fine if its gonna take 3 hours, but you need to tell the customer that so I dont waste my time waiting around for you and can call elsewhere if I need to. I need the shop working on my vehicle so I can get back to work and now theyre hours behind schedule.

One of the drivers likes to park on my street and block the road for others trying to get through while he visits his friends

Called and they helped out my mom after she got a flat tire in Detroit and didn’t have a spare. Kind and reliable service. They towed her vehicle to the specific location we requested.

Ripped off my 16 year old daughter do not use them they have no common decency I will be spreading the word. I am pleading with all Uaw members to never use this towing service, also I am a combat veteran and am pleading with my blue and green brothers and sisters to never use it as well. after several attempts to contact the owners finally got Greg and he was happy about stealing money from a child. These are not men these are poor excuses for human beings.

They were great! and I had my change and laptop in the car and it was all still there when I got my car back. I had other tow companies that were not so honest. Gregs was and ill use his company again!!

Made an appointment yesterday for a pick up this morning. Was told 9am. Now 10am no call no explanation .Called them at 930 was told they were on there way. Just cancelled. Going with another company.

Didn’t wait long for my car to get picked up came within a hour and towed my car to a location I requested

Would not recommend. Driver was given the address to a shop and my car was dropped a quater mile away at a empty lot behind a factory. Driver then lied saying I changed the delivery address. Highly disappointed

Called for a tow at 10am they didnt show up till nearly 4pm I called 3 times each time they said oh your next inline soon as he drops off the car hes towing ill never use them again

The guy driving the tow truck tonight was tailing on 131. Hes driving like a maniac, Im not going to call this service because of him
