Came out of the store today to a flat tire! 😕 My insurance company gave me the number to the closest towing company to my location. So I called VIP express towing. Raad came to my rescue within 30mins! Very prompt!! 👍 The bolt holding my tire under my vehicle was rusted 😏 Which made it extremely difficult to remove!!! Raad worked very hard, probably a good 30 mins to get the tire off, but no luck! The spring holding the bolt was broke inside, so he couldnt remove it. So he took the flat tire off the vehicle and took me to a tire store 4 miles up the road. I Bought a new tire and he brought me back to my car and put the new tire on my vehicle!! He went over and beyond in service to help me! And Im very thankful for all that he did to help me today!!!! He was professional, polite and I felt safe! I will keep his card in case I ever need road assistance again! Thanks Raad! 😃I hope you get this message! 😃
