Everyone at this place is very attentive! They are all very nice and good at what they do! Its super clean and has a very relaxing ambiance! I am absolutely in love with my nails! 2nd time being here and they havent let me down! Brian did them this time and I cant get over how much I love them! I absolutely recommend this place!

Im totally satisfied with my manicure service from Lena and my husbands pedicure was perfect. But my daughters bday nails did not turn out like she requested. Top photo is what she requested and bottom photo is what she got. Completely wrong glitter color and too much of it in the gradient. Were going back tomorrow to have the two gradient nails redone.

We always call for an appointment and they are always ready for us when we come. It’s very clean and cutely decorated inside, and the service is great. I usually get the same lady and she is incredible. I had an idea for a design and she helped perfect the idea and nailed it. I would totally recommend!!

Its was a great experience very one was welcoming and very sweet.

First off, I want to say how amazing and thorough the lady was with my pedicure. She did an amazing job, no complaints there. BUT things took a drastic turn with my manicure!!! I asked for acrylic nails. First he set the glue and placed them which was fine but as soon as he started shaping my nails, he was starting to shape them sideways ( noticeably sideways). I immediately politely let him know and showed him by raising my hand and showing him how off it was. He said ok I’ll fix it. He proceeded to try and keep shaping them and ended up taking too much leaving almost a pointy tip. This time I let him know he would have to start over. He than proceeded with my other hand and did the exact same thing. I finally realized he was very inexperienced. I asked him to take off the acrylic nail and let him know I was not going to do it and I’m not going to pay for something that I wasn’t satisfied with. He said ok and sent me to the cashier. This is where things got heated. I let the cashier know, (who is also the MANAGER) what happened and he said he would still have to charge me for supplies. As I explained to him what happened, he had this attitude that he just didn’t care what I had to say and he wouldn’t even make eye contact. I however am the bigger person and paid him for the additional charge for the so called acrylic nails that I don’t have but I let him know he was doing a misjustice to his employee who did my pedi and that I wouldn’t be able to leave a tip because he was charging for a mani that was not even finished or started correctly. He should be ashamed of himself to have the most unprofessional courtesy with his customers!!

Edit: its been one week and I have several chips in my dip, bulky edges and its starting to pull up. My nails are already getting caught in my hair. This is the most Ive ever spent on a set and am extremely disappointed in the quality. I live in Fort Worth so I wont be coming for them to fix it.A little pricey but worth it! We came in on a Sunday with a large group. They were very accommodating and still took care of us in a timely manner, even though we were walk-ins with our kids!

My grandmas toe and my toe both got infected after getting pedicures here. It also took an hour before they even got to us and they weren’t even busy.

Sophias is excellent every time I go!!

I have been to Sophie’s Nails several times and I am quite impressed. It is always impeccable clean and the staff are very kind and courteous. The place doesn’t have a strong or acrid smell like most nails salons have. It’s also quite pretty inside. The lotions and scrubs are also higher quality organic products. When I’m able to, this is my favorite place to go. Their work is meticulous and just about perfect. They take great care with their work. Best nail salon I have ever been to!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I made an appointment via phone and drove 30minutes to get to their salon I get there they have me wait over 20minutes then tell me “Oh the person you made an appointment with is too busy come back another day”. This has happened TWICE I will NEVER give these unprofessional, inconsiderate HORRIBLE salon my business again. I definitely do not recommend.

I was looking for a place close to home to get my nails done and am SO GLAD I gave Sophias a try! I could not be happier with my experience! Bryan did a perfect job on my French dip manicure and I definitely will be going back. The atmosphere was wonderful as well. It was very neat and clean and the staff was very friendly. This is actually the first time I have ever written a review of a nail salon, I was so satisfied that I wanted to highly recommend them!

I have gone to Sophias twice now on the recommendation of a friend. This is an elegant and modern salon. The staff and owners are so friendly and kind! They always seem genuinely happy to greet me. I even received a Christmas present at my latest visit! I have loved how my nails looked each time, and will continue to use them going forward. The high quality service I receive is worth their very reasonable prices.

It was amazing! I wanted a specific look and got the results looking fabulous! I will definitely be coming back! RECOMMEND!

First time going to Sophias today. Ill definitely be back! They were quick, friendly, and did beautiful work! Disregard my beat up cuticles, that was a prior tragedy. I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and he matched it perfectly, paying close attention to the shape and length of each nail.

Very lovely place. Bryan did great job on my hombre dip nails...he paid such close attention to details and they turned out beautiful! Cindy was so great as well with my pedicure! Great massage chairs and thank you for the ice cold beverages! All over super experience! I reccomend this for a relaxing and enjoyable day out!

Update- response to owner response: I paid $55 total for this set including top (pic of transaction included) but none the less, there was obviously no top coat added, I’ve never had dipping powder chip, that’s the point of it... it doesn’t chip. So there was obviously a huge step missed. Again, I can’t travel 2 hours away to get it fixed but thanks for the offer? One week in and I have to go get a new manicure. That’s unacceptable.After an awful experience at a nearby salon, my group of 5 ladies came to this place in hopes of a better visit. Every staff member here had a great attitude, welcomed us with smiles and accommodated 5 walk ins with no problem. Myself and one of my friends got dipping powder and there were only 2 technicians who knew how to do the powder. She went first and I ended up waiting 30 minutes for the other technician to be finished. That was not an issue because I’ve gotten my nails done enough to know that I will wait for a good outcome, no problem. First red flag is that they wanted me to soak my previous dip set in acetone the whole time I waited. I let them know I just had an awful experience elsewhere and that was and issue and one of my hands was on fire due to it and I didn’t want to do that. They were understanding (I guess that’s a Waco thing because I’m used to having them buffed off not soaked until it burns). Another red flag was that when he did use the buffer and cuticle trimmer he snagged and burnt my cuticles making me jump and pull back. I was able to let all that go because of the vibe of the place and I understood but now a week later, it looks like I need a new manicure because he didn’t put a top layer on my nails and the chrome is chipping off. Anything that rubs against my nail, the polish comes off. I’ve gotten this exact process before and didn’t have this issue. I paid $60 for this set and it shouldn’t be coming off the day after. The fact that he didn’t add the top coat has caused me to feel like I threw my money in The trash and has made me angry. It happy about this. And I live in Austin so it’s not like I can go get the fixed. Just beware because their “top” technician made some rookie mistakes that people in that industry should know better

Love getting my pedicures done here

Im giving 3 stars only because when i called to set up app. I let the girl know i havent had my nails done in years and i knew i want acrylic instead i was told they only have 1 person who can do that and she was busy with another customer. I still ended up paying for something i honestly didnt want.

This is the fourth nail salon weve experienced in town & were done looking for the right one. Best service in town for adults & children. Today Im bringing my family from out of town & have no doubt theyre going to fall in love with Sophias atmosphere & excellent service.

First time here and I absolutely love it! Its very hard to find a Good nail salon with great customer service and great quality job and this place has it all. You walk in everyone greets you from the beginning to the end everyone here is just so nice and Steven did an amazing job with my nails! PLEASE GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY you wont regret it:)

When it comes to Gel nails this place doesn’t really know what they are doing. They would rather rip the polish off ruining your nails instead of being patient with soaking. And when it comes applying gel polish they truly are clueless. They applied the polish on my actual skin, uneven layers, she filed my nails horribly. Overall just a very bad job sadly. The place is very clean and peaceful though and the staff is nice. I just wouldn’t pay for their services ever again. 2 days later my nails are already peeling. Not to mention they’re on the pricey side

Went to Sophia’s today and the atmosphere was so nice inside, the employees were super friendly and the store owners introduced themselves to us personally. When we left, every employee said thank you. I will definitely be going back!

I’ve had many many pedicures and this was the WORST! I left without polish - went somewhere to have them fix what they wouldn’t. I was very nice and just said it’s ok I’ll gonna onto my regular place. Then she continued to walk by while one of her coworkers roughly fixed my toes and continued to “talk”. I had the express (25 mins) was clearly there out of convenience. She kept pulling both feet out of the water (which was cold), asked for a cut down (didn’t get it) and was finished with the pedi portion I’m about 6-7 minutes! $30 later I left without a completePedi- no polish and the staff was rude when they asked how it was- Horrible! WILL NOT RETURN
