This is what my nails look like one day after getting them done. I only did paint and it was $10.00. she didnt cut my cuticles which I was a little disappointed about, but I guess I should have asked. Im noticing a few bubbles from the top coat that werent there at first but I feel like she did okay. My friend got acrylics and they turned out really good and she paid $42.00.

I got a set of Gel Acrylics and Im amazed. They were so nice and funny, super cute set. I definitely recommend! Were sensitive with my hands and were well taken care of.

I didnt even get the chance to use there services. I walked in as the male worker was being rude to a customer. She walked out crying. So I walked out, too!! I will never give them my business and I will make sure everyone else I know doesnt either. That was uncalled for and especially on Mothers day!! Im sure she just wanted to feel pretty on her special day but all he did was ruin it. );

I went in to get a full set with gel polish tips. It was a guy that did my nails I’m guessing he’s the owner? He was rude and so unprofessional. I will definitely not go back!!

This is the third salon I went to since we moved here that doesnt believe in cleaning tools. If youre touching me with a nail file that is dirty with someone elses gunk, Im walking out.

Gel paint came off same day! Went back to tell them he seemed ok to redo them the next day, but when the next day come and i go up there Jimmy want to have an attitude saying last time you can get your nails redone from polish messing up! Like duh i know have three days and you used bad polish it bubbled up and came of the same day! FACTS!! Then had someone else do them and they bubble up again like when you put remover in the polish 🤦🏿ijs but i paid 135$ and gave him a tip like before and then i paid 160$ and that man did great! Im not going again trying Luxor Nails instead!!

Very big, organized,professional clean aesthetic place. So many colors too. I brought my kids and grandkids here and we had a pleasant time! Our nails turned out great and the pedicures were relaxing and unique. . the products they used were very clean too. So kind, thank you we will be coming back to Waco to visit.

Worse service EVERRRRR!!!! He cut my toe not once but 4 times then was trying to cut my cuticles dry!! I asked for a deluxe pedicure & he didn’t even do what I asked! He got mad and asked me to leave! I told him I’m the one paying and he was really rude and disrespectful!!!

I had a very badd experience there he put up a new set of nails on my hands on Saturday Saturday evening one broke all I was getting him a car Sunday I went he replaced the now said he should never have done that when he did it wrong he said he fixed it he retouched all of them with some kind of special powder and then Monday 1 bro Wednesday 1 broke so I went back there is day and told him just take them off and will put something else on because I dont think you were supposed to put that now on her something because somethings wrong never had this many nails break and he said he would but he was going to charge me $70 told him half it go half Ill pay after new pay half because it was your nails in their terrible and this is my 3rd trip in he told me know $70 or get out... Up until this point Ive had good experiences with these guides but times are hard right now and I guess hes trying to make a quick buck but I just paid $50 on Saturday to get my nails done and youre gonna make me turn around and pay 70 because you had to take Im off when you miss them up and all my nails are breaking also I have to say its good luck Jimmy..

I’ve been several times now and always enjoy my service here. They get me with someone, and get my nails done in a timely manner. The nails also come out the way I asked them to be done. Very much recommend this place it has good management!

My sister wanted to treat me for a graduation gift but we got out later than expected. It was after 7:30pm and he took us both in, with no complaints and did an awesome job! Beautiful decor, clean, and very inviting. Will definitely come back! Thank you Jimmy, you rock!

So the first time i came here it was great i loved the end results. However i get the same thing done every time i go there and for some reason the price goes up about $2-$3 everytime. Which bothers me very much due to me getting the same thing done everytime and usually leave a very generous tip. Not saying i cant afford it i just find it messed up that they think i dont realize what they are doing. Today is my last time ever going to this place. I over paid waaay more today then i ever have before at this place. Please be sure what you want and ask for the price. THEY WILL OVERPRICE YOU

The workers I worked with were very very nice and sweet, they seemed in a rush of course I went maybe an hour and a half before close so I can understand, I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and she said yes it would b like 55 bucks which I was cool with so then she walked away and finished the nails she was working on, her husband then started working on me, he did an amazing job with laying the acrylic and shaping my nails, he asked me what colors I showed him the picture where I then got told because they had too many colors I had to pick. So I ended up forgetting the entire idea saying I was in a rush where he then handed me over to his wife the lady I mentioned at first, at this point I was having major anxiety from all the people and stuff the lady kept telling me to calm down so evidently it could have been my fault buh only after 3 full days of the Normal wear and tear my thumb nails have chipped so badly I have to go get a brand new whole set tommrow.

Looking at my nails in desperation, I say okay and walk in. And was immediately seated. Super nice ladies working here. And made me feel like a part of the family. They have a wide range of colors to choose from. 5 stars is much deserved! I can genuinely say I will not go to any other nail salon.

Michelle is the best I have ever had do my pedicure. She is very gentle but does a great job. You need to ask for her!

I go to try and get my eyebrows waxed I start writing my name and they ask how they can help I said I wanted eyebrow wax they said oh we are busy come back I said later? And they said come back another day then why ask what I need? Not going back

This,nail spa is just what you need for me time to relax, get pampered and look good. Jimmy did my nails last week. Today Kim did my pedicure I am very happy with their service.Im glad yall are in West Waco. ☺

I got a mani/ pedi on Labor Day at this place because my regular nail place was closed.. My pedi was nicely done but my mani ewww lord was a horrible experience his wife did my mani and I got my nails dipped for the first time : the polish was too thick, she kept burning me with the drill ( until my fingers were bleeding).. No apology for burning me ( the only thing she said was I burnt you and youre bleeding oops).. When I put my hands in hot water ( shower, wash my hands or dishes) they burned so bad.. Dont see myself ever going back..

Been here twice with my sister, once two years ago and just last week. The technician was really nice and took into consideration what I wanted. The service is great and the result is amazing. This place is good for when you need a quick mani/pedi.

I went in on Feb 14 to ask about lashes. He led me to the back room where his wife walked in and I asked to see the glue they use (due to allergies) and as Im reading the bottle his wife snatches the bottle out my hand and say something to the dude as she walks out the room and he tells me to leave and go somewhere else. RUDE . WILL NOT RETURN!
