This lady was so rude. She didn’t even hardly look at me or move when I entered and greeted her. I then stated my requested services, one being gel manicure, and she said ok go pick one. No direction, nothing. I am sure I had the most puzzled look on my face and asked where to pick and she, in the most general way, said “pick one” this time a little more aggressively. I finally started to sort through what I thought was the right stack of colors and she said “I thought you wanted gel?”, I told her nevermind and thank you. I was prepared to have a nice relaxing afternoon and spend $100 but first impressions are worth a lot and I did not feel welcome or helped at all. I don’t get my nails done a lot, and never been here before…and as a customer I shouldn’t be expected to know what to do and where everything is. I expected respect and help and didn’t receive it so I didn’t want to waste any more time. I’d like to give her the benefit of the doubt and say maybe she didn’t realize it or maybe she’s having a bad day which is why I left her with a thank you and respect. Hope whoever else goes here has a better first impression than I did.

Very poor customer service. Will never return here again. They appear to be fighting. And will not talk to anyone or to themselves. Will find another place after going here for several years with my wife to get feet done.

Very happy with the quality and durability of the gel manicures that I’ve received here.

They always do everything I like and ask for and are amazing with handling my sensitive feet.

I came here to get my nails fixed from a job previously done somewhere else. And I left extremely happy! Very professional and social staff,very clean and comfortable setting. Prices are fair. U want great quality . . . Thank you Don. I recommend this place 100%. . . . .

Just got my nails done 2 days ago. They cost $55 (not including tip) they look grown out already, thick at the base so look like cheap glue on nails. Since the bottom is so thick, my hair gets caught under them. The color is inconsistent. Soooo disappointed that I paid $60 to absolutely hate my nails. Pictures posted.

The ABSOLUTE WORST! They dont clean their utensils; he cut my cuticles, sprayed the cutter with alcohol, and threw it back in his drawer. He didnt even bother spraying the nail cutters. The nail filer was also a used one. A $45 dip/powder set does not include any manicure services. I get the SNS/dip manicure in Austin and San Antonio all the time and it always includes a manicure.The manager can actually do a decent job, but the guys my mom and sister got were just plain awful. I had to demand my mom get a refund because at first he just wanted to do a $20 credit. We started at least by 12:45 and we didnt leave until a few minutes past 3:00. Keep in mind that does NOT include any manicure services other than a 30 second cuticle cut. The manager finished my nails a good hour before my mom was done. Ive been to some salons I didnt like, but Ill still go back to them. I would never consider coming back here.

I was with my friend and we wanted to get our nails done. when they got started the lady picked out a different color that i didn’t choose and she tried to cut my friends nail off. i’m pretty young and the lady knew that so every time a customer walked in she would do their waxes and nails first. all of the workers were on their phones and they almost made me pay twice

Went in on a whim. My pedicure was great. My nails were shaped and filed really well. The person who did the shaping and filing didnt paint them. The guy who painted my nails must have forgotten to add the second coat on one hand. I didnt notice first, but went back and had then fix them. They fixed them with no problem. I will definitelygo back.

They did pretty good on my toes. Service was pretty good. Hope it will be the next time as well

Cut nail beds and i asked for a gold polish and never got it. very distracted by there phones and rushed and not the shape we asked for . lumpy and glue all over fingers .

I will NEVER go to this place again. When I first walked in, I stood there several minutes before anyone asked if they could help me. Finally an employee that had come back from a break asked if he could help me. The other employess that were in the salon never even acknowledged me when I walked in. The man who did my pedicure was very rough. He cut down the sides of my toenails (which is not supposed to be done as that can cause ingrown toenails) and several of my toes were almost bleeding. My toes were literally hurting ! ! The top coat they used for my manicure was not any good, I had to put a clear polish on my nails the very next day because they were so dull. This place is ridiculously overpriced. I payed $70 for a basic pedicure and gel polish manicure. The nail salon I usually go to charges $57 for a mani/pedi. This place is dirty. I do not recommend this nail salon. Im very surprised the health department has not shut them down.

Absolutely terrible! I will never be getting my nails done there again. Let me first start by saying that the employees were rude as soon as I walked into the store. I was never greated or asked if I needed any help until I walked up to a lady playing on her phone and told her I was here to get my nails done and asked where I should sit. I was rushed the entire time I was picking out my style and colors. I finally decided on a basic square-round french tip. The tops are not filled all the way in and each nail is a different length and shape. The guy that did mine made me bleed several times from the rotating file they use (I am a well manicured person and this never happens to me). The top coat they used was basically an oil. I got my nails done at 5 (9:30 now) and they are still slick and oily. They left cured powder remnants under my nails, on the tops of my fingers near my nuckles, and all over my cuticles. While I was there, another lady came in and sat beside me and told them what she wanted. After her manicurist started doing her nails, the lady told the manicurist that she was not doing what the lady had asked for (which she wasnt). The manicurist responded by saying that she didnt have the time to correct her own mistake so the lady could leave with her nails incomplete or just get them finished against her desire of style and the manicurist had an attitude with the customer the entire time she was getting her nails done (mind you, not the way she originally wanted them). I felt extremely unfortable and unwelcomed the entire time I was in this establishment. I do not reccommed this salon to anyone.

Me and my friend went there and the one of the workers started doing her nails like thirty minutes before mines then i started getting getting mines done by another man and the man that was doing mine was filing for a long time and it started to hurt then he had put acrylic all over my skin & it was a very thin layer of acrylic i had got done like 30 minuets before my friend because the man that was doing her nails messed up so they had to get another man to do it over & he painted her nails terrible so when i had got to my house one of the nails broke because he didn’t put a lot of acrylic on there & i went back and got it redone and it broke again along with another nail right after i got it redone over & my skin right by my nail came off because the man had put it on my skin i do not recommend this nail salon to anybody they suck the just want u to give them money they don’t even care about your nails 🤦🏻‍♀️
