Super satisfied. I have never gotten my nails done by someone so passionate with detail. She seemed like she genuinely wanted to be there and loved her job and in return she did an amazing job.

The first time I came here a year ago, same people, I was told that there was a lady who knew how to care for ingrowns and was treated well,Today was my second time coming here and I completely hated it. First off they didnt reshape like it was said on the menu, she knew I had ingrowns and didnt bother, she painted over them, and at one point I was choking and kept asking for wat r and all she did was smile at me. I never wanted to cry so much like I did today. I never want to come back .

I see Lynn and she does a wonderful job every time flawless, from pedi to mani!

I went to get a quick manicure and while I was getting my nails done one of the workers was sick coughing up gunk in the sink that customers used to wash hands. She was coughing the whole time it was really nasty. It is one thing to be sick at work normally but during a pandemic while customers are there! Don’t waste your money or time here.

So here is the deal, if I spend $45 on a manicure, being a student and all, it should last me more than a week. I got the SNS Dip Powder nails after getting the old set of powder removed because they didnt look good anymore. The removal itself was $5, which I was told at the register before paying. The new dip nails were $35 in silver polish and they didnt even turn out like the example that I was shown. The spots missing glitter in the picture are actually missing because they have rubber off from normal activities. I knew I should have been concerned when what seemed to be the manager kept looking over the shoulder of the gentleman doing my manicure at the time. Barely one week later two of my nails have painfully chipped into the jagged things that honestly hurt. Overall, I paid way too much for a disappointing color and poor experience.

DO NOT come here unless you want to pay $45 for messy nails and to have a certified nail technician cut up your cuticles with used tools!

This has been my go to shop for years! The staff is friendly and they do a great job!! Ben always does my nails and they’re always fabulous, I get so many compliments on them. The shop is always clean and well-maintained. I absolutely will not go anywhere else!

Ive been going here for about a year, and its usually very good but never wow. I finally found the one, she does such an amazing job. Im never dissatisfied. Nina, youre the best! She keeps my nails looking beautiful and they last a full 2 weeks between visits, which is surprising with how hard I work with my hands.

I asked for the lady to clean my eyebrows( which were very thick) . I walked out looking like I drew my eyebrows on with a pen sharpie . I never leave reviews but don’t get your eyebrows waxed here. I think its my responsibility to report this

Such a great nail salon! The staff is super friendly and welcoming.. Nina, she does an amazing job on nails and can do the cutest designs on your nails as well.. Would definitely recommend this nail salon.. Its the only nail salon here in Waco that I go to now and I never leave disappointed.. -Roxy..

TERRIBLE customer service. Took my younger cousin and they were very rude when she asked questions or clarity about what she were getting. This was her first time getting them done and she just wanted to be sure on what they were doing. The woman doing her nails got snarky and called the man working over. He started practically yelling at my cousin saying the woman was doing what she asked. He made my cousin feel terrible and so embarrassed. She then started doing a terrible job with painting. She got paint all on her fingers and hand and wasn’t even making an effort. I ended up just asking the woman doing her nails to stop halfway through. I paid the full price and left because I couldn’t stand her attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Let me start off by saying Nina and her husband Ben are by far the best nail technicians I’ve come across in the whole 8 years I’ve been getting my nails done. Not one time have I left their salon upset or disappointed, if anything my day is made by the beautiful work they’ve done. They both make sure the length is exactly how you want along with the shape and color!!! If you decide you don’t like it they’ll redo it to exactly the way you want in a heart beat! I know this is quit lengthy but I am just so happy to have a place to go & not have to worry if my nails would be sore or if I would’nt End up liking how my nails come out! Now for any other technician there I can’t say the same because I’ve only been to Nina and Ben!

Ive been here twice the first time was okay they didnt do bad. But the second time smh. I went for a refill and they used the drill way to much on some fingers where my nail was really thin and then they didnt use it enough on some I was literally pushing the sides of my nail off because it hung over my skin. The color I chose was way different than it looked in the bottle and not only that the guy polished my nails like he was painting a sign or something. All in all they just dont have great attention to detail.

I was in Waco on a business trip with limited time to spare, but needed to get my nails done for an event the following day. I understand wait time is unpredictable, so in asking how long it would take to see me they said 15 mins... An hour and a half later, seeing them take over 10 customers who came in after me, one of their reps asked me to remain patient because all of the other people had appointments... thats fine, they had appointments... why did you tell me 15 minutes? 😡

Ben and Lee are super nice, they do me right every time. Bens wife is also amazing. They have reasonable prices too!

I Love the people that do my nails here they do a really good job and the know what they doing. When I dont get my nails done here and let someone else do them i always say why didnt I go to Lees and let do my nails. Love Lee Nails.

The salon has a very relaxing environment and the nail techs are very friendly. Nina repaired one of my nails that broke it she was so quick.

Go at least once a month. Have my lady who does an excellent job on my pedis. Wonderful massage on feet & legs. Fantastic massage on shoulders.

Horrible service! I got a a full set and a pedicure I paid $80 and my nails were really thick, bumpy and messy . Staff were not friendly either

I got a pedicure and they made my toenails all different shapes and the toenail polish was a terrible job, not to mention it chipped the second day. My friend got her nails done and was unsatisfied too. Also, way overpriced for what you recieve.

Literally do not even want to give it a 1 even. Had the shape and length when I came in to get a fill, they messed up my length too short, my nails are uneven, none of them are the same shape, two broke not even a week after getting them done, after getting them fixed there are now two different color nails on my hand, and even more messed up on shape. I had just gotten a new set two weeks ago so these are fairly new nails and they are so messed up I need to get a new set next time I go. It was also overpriced for nails I do not even like. Do not go here.
