Update#2 changing 2 stars to 1 since no one got in touch with me and offered to fix my manicure.UPDATE #1. Its been 12 days since and my nails look horrible. Ill have to find another place to go fix thatService was good, nice people. Good foot massage. But. Idk, I feel like 95% of nail technicians should be taking continuing education courses. You see all imperfections in the daylight. With this kind of manicure, itll be cheaper to buy a powder nail kit at Walmart and do it your self. Nothing personal, just my experience. Heres the picture, you be the judge. I asked for an almond shape.

Wow! This place is amazing. Andy is so good at nails and super sweet. Everyone else seemed very friendly as well. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

I went to this place for the first time to try a different nail salon, although the job was OK I felt a little deceived when I went to pay. I was suggested by the tech to pick number two he insisted three times, I looked at two on the menu and it was $45. And I agreed. When I went to check out without any details of course on the receipt I paid $65. I won’t go back as I always give a business a chance. I always believe in doing the right thing, so watch out when you go here to make sure you know what you’re paying for.

I walked in with no appointment. INeeded a me day after helping care for mom since September. Needless to say, great service. They checked temperatures and made sure you sanitized before entering. My nail tech was so awesome! Can’t wait to go back.

Pros: techs are friendly and talkative, business is clean and professional, nails always look great when first doneCons: MANI - several times Ive gone and gotten gel mani, the paint will start to lift the next day.WAX - they double-dip so last time I ended up breaking out on the area she waxed. She also got wax drippings in my hair.

I love Ocean Nails. Always clean, professional, and accomdating to everyone. I get compliments on my nails all the time and recommend my clients, coworkers and friends.

The staff was super nice, respectful, and very polite when we just walked in and didnt even have an appointment. Excellent service and over all just an amazing experience.

Very nice place. It was clean, didnt overwhelm you with the smell of acetone, and everyone was very friendly. You could tell that they worked hard to keep everything sanitary and I liked that. There were different options with the pedicures and all were very reasonably priced based on the services offered. My only complaint is that there were a ton of seats for getting pedicures but not enough employees to handle very many at once. Will definitely be back though.

My fiancé and I have been searching for a good nail salon and we thought Ocean Nails was it but unfortunately there’s always something off with my manicure.I just got a new set yesterday evening and now my top coat is peeling off and bubbly like I wasn’t in the dryer long enough or the wrong top coat was used on top of my gel polish... so now I have to drive about 20 minutes away after work to have them fix it and charge me extra for that.

I had an appointment but after waiting 30 minutes I left. Another lady with same appointment time left also. The new owner needs to make some changes. I will not go back. There are plenty of other nail salons

I was very happy with this nail salon when it was first opened the staff was friendly and attentive to what you needed but it has changed management and they seem to just rush you in and get you out.

This place was very clean and bright 🌞 My daughter had her nails done and the gentleman doing them was so patient and caring, see my daughter has CP and her one hand is mainly closed. He took great care in not hurting her. This was the first time a nail tech didnt hurt her. Thank you 😊

First time visiting this establishment! I can say I will be a regular customer. They were able to get me and my daughter in last minute and they stayed after closing to finish our service. We got gel pedis and manis. The employees were not upset that we were there after closing and gave superb service! Thank you Ocean Nails Spa for treating us with decency and not a burden!!!

Had an appointment for 3 pedicures. We were greeted very nicely. They got us in right away at our appointment time and all 3 of us loved it. Very clean place.

Mary is the best she takes her time and does quality work. An appointment is not required but if youre going on the weekend its best to get there early because they get full fast!

I am extremely disappointed in the establishment. When I went in September to have my nails done, they rushed my pedicure and nails and my dip didnt even last a week. I called 10/10 to make an appointment for 10/12 and when I called this morning to let them know I was running late, they informed me that my appointment was not scheduled. My mother has been a loyal customer since they opened but its clear they do not care for those of us that live out of town and try to visit when we are in Waco.

Got the most amazing rose pedicure here! Loved the service I received and the tech that performed my service was very sweet and involved. She focused on my service and made sure I was satisfied. I got the signature ocean pedicure that I highly recommend! Love love love! Will definitely return here ! Worth every penny!

I absolutely love this nail salon! They work so well, they are very kind, always make sure your nails are up to your expectations!! I highly recommend if your a teenager, kids or an adult!! The Men are so gentle and the woman are so great at what they do!!!

I stopped in on a whim today for a mani pedi. They were able to fit me in quickly. Beautiful manicure. Very relaxing luxury pedicure...best one Ive ever had! Very happy with the service and the atmosphere. Very reasonable prices. I will be back!

I love the location, the staff, and the atmosphere. The business is owned by a husband and wife. They work well together. They actually talk to you, when the are doing your nails and or feet. They know all their clients by name!

Do not recommend this place at all. The lady was super rough with my feet, and the guy that did my hands hurt my fingers as well. The lady thought she was cutting my cuticles but actually cut my skin. My toe hurts so bad and I can’t even put pressure on that part of my foot. I’m in a wedding on saturday (which is why we went) and I don’t know how I’m supposed to walk in my heels now when I can barely walk in regular shoes. The paint job on my fingers and toes are messy as well. Overall not a good experience.

We were in Waco visiting and I needed a pedi/mani. This salon had a high rating and I found them to be extremely friendly and professional. They didnt rush me out of there but took their time and did everything the right way. I highly recommend them to anyone.

My girlfriend has been here twice, the first time to be fair she acsolutly loved the work they did; however, the second time when soaking her nails in acetone and buffing it off she ended up getting a chemical burn on her nose. Two days later it looks terrible and is very painful.

Ive been here a few times and have loved each visit. The area is very clean. The staff are also very friendly. They ask before they do thing to make sure nothing is to hot or uncomfortable. I go for the $50 organic pedi and its literally over an hour of heaven and pretty toes . Ive also gotten my nails done here and they were perfect. No cuticle gaps, no sore nailbeds, no side finger cuts. They did them perfect and just how I asked .

I would not recommend going here if you dont look rich. I went here to get my old nails removed and a new set done. Sit down and the guy who is doing my nails takes another nail and starts digging with it to remove my old nails. Didnt really think of it but the lady next to me what sat down and provided a bowl to soak her nails..right when i put two and two together he pulled my right thumb nail and it started to bleed. I guess at that point he realized i needed to have them soaked before he goes pulling them off and he brings a bowl for my left hand. So i walk out of there with a sore thumb and nails just painted because now i cannot get them done until my thumb heals. They also had the nerve to charge me. Please go somewhere else

Customer service was okay. The staff I interacted with seemed friendly compared to other nail salons in the area. However, the actual service performed was horrible. I got a new acrylic nail set. The price was $30. Im not sure if it was the nail polish being low quality or the tech rushing due to time, but it looked like a child painted my nails. I dont like arguing, I just move on and learn my lesson. I paid and went to get a polish change at a different salon the next day. There was also a lot of top coat peeling near the edges where the tech got it all over my skin. The actual color did not extend to the edges so it looked like my nail set was days old/grown out. While I was there another client was also having issues with the nail polish being too thick(as in old). Her tech just kept going using the old almost empty polish bottle. You could tell this client had the same feeling I had. Bottom line is they may have to upgrade their nail polish and replace old bottles with new ones. Their policy states if your unsatisfied you have to speak before you walk out. Again, I dont like to put myself in a position where I may have to argue so I just took my business somewhere else. Just make sure you also read the policy on their page.
