CHLOE WAS AWESOME! 👍🏼✨ She took her time and did not rush! Love my nails. I got a manicure (includes lotion and hand/arm massage) and a dip set with tips in an almond shape for $65. I’ve paid more at other places in waco and been very disappointed with my nails after. This place was great! Very clean, and they are taking covid precautions. I added their new menu with prices in the photos! Will definitely go back!

Great my favorite David does NY nails and toes always a good job

I use to come here a lot. But me and my mom went the last two times and everything was rushed they had two nail techs switch out which made us feel very uncomfortable. They went from charging $15 to $20 just to take off the gel nail polish that is harassed to get. We paid for the packages that gets everything and only received half of the services listed in the packages. I don’t know what happened to this place but someone needs new management. Will NOT be going back.

Quick service. Tech was not the most neat applying the powder but will try another tech later. I did like the salon and well priced services.

Was there a week ago, acrylic nails & gel polish. Had to leave town the day after but less than 24hrs after the magnetic gel polish had smears in it, my cuticles werent pushed back & a few of the nails were not done along my natural cuticles, so my nails look like its been 3 weeks since I had it done. I tried to call & got hung up on. Not happy with the service.

Quality of work is fine. Customer service is LACKING. We were told a 20 minute wait and an hour later they had me, my daughter, and her friend waiting in line behind one another and tending to other customers who walked in behind us. I was stuck at the back counter and never spoken to again until I asked how much longer. It was then that Summer made an excuse and I let them finish the girls and declined my service. I watched them take on some clients and tell others to come back in an hour...seemed to be randomly choosing who they would do business with today. This will be our last time at ZiZi.

More expensive than all the other places I’ve been too and not worth the price, I’ve gotten more for less at any other salon in town.

Today was my first time coming here. My sister said,”It’s a great place! You’ll love it!.” My sister,mom,and myself come. Well let me just say,the place was nice and clean. We were greeted at the door. It was nice. The nail techs did a good job doing the nails! They took their time and were super gentle! which was David and Steven! Highly recommend Steven though. David did good but attitude is kinda rude. He should work on that. But my biggest complaint about this place is PRICE!!! For a typical French nail that cost me $25 for a full set which is acrylic is $40 here!!!!!!!!! And this place doesn’t do “refill” on nails. 🤨🙄 AND my tech charged me more $ all because I wanted my French nails shorter. 🤷‍♀️ like that’s ridiculous. They’re my nails and I’m PAYING for your service. I recommend going to Nail 2000. Better prices!!

Had an APPOINTMENT for 1 oclock mani/pedi. Upon arrival was told they couldnt take me as walk-ins were first. Come back at 4. Nope! Ubered there and had to uber home. What the???? Not happy to say the least.👎👎

I do recommend Zizi’s nail salon, everyone is very friendly and they always greet you as soon as you come in. All the manicurist work are well done, they make you feel right at home. I always love my nails and pedicures when I leave the building. Keep up the good work Zizi’s!

(Consider this review a 4.5) I happened upon this store by chance and they were able to schedule me an appointment for the next morning (Id say appointments are recommended, NOT needed). I returned the next morning and my technician was Alex. He is such a sweet man, he listened to my wants and was very polite and designed my wedding nails better than I even imagined. Hes been licensed for over 25 years and his work speaks for itself. It was $40 to have a nail dip and tip. I was provided with a complimentary beverage of my choosing. HGTV plays on all the tvs there in high quality and their bathroom facilities are very clean. I kept the nails for a week and it was $10 to remove them. My only reason for this not being a solid 5-star review is because when I returned to have the nails removed, I had to sit and basically remove the nails myself in their hot acetone basin by stretching my fingers in it for 15-20 minutes. I understand this helps get them off, but Im pregnant and didnt care to have to smell a bucket of acetone for that long let alone give my hands a workout. I couldve just soaked them at home and then walked in to have them file the rest off if there was anything left on my nails. Anyway, thats just me being a lazy, preggo American I guess. All in all, Id DEFINITELY return. Theyre all good people! Please remember to tip them for their services and be kind and patient when youre a walk-in client. Ive uploaded their list of fees and a picture of the work Alex did for me.

Devin the nail technician who did my nails did them very good and they didn’t fall off or get ruined. The shape was exactly how I wanted it and the color too. I would definitely get my nails done by Devin again. Also he was very gentle and mad sure I didn’t get hurt.

I made the mistake of going to a different nail salon instead of going to Zizi which is my usual place. The other place I went to was a complete let down and my nails came out horrible. I messaged zizi and explained what happened and asked if someone could fix them for me, Summer was glad to let me come in. Lisa fixed my nails and I have to say she is a miracle worker!! I will never stray from Zizi again! Everyone there is so nice and accommodating!

I’ve been here once before and absolutely loved the way my nails came out, the man who did them was very nice and made them look perfect! However, they fell completely off a week later so I didn’t want to go back because I didn’t see a point in wasting money on nails that weren’t going to last. I had been going to a different place and then they ruined my nails so I decided to go back to Zizi and give them another try. I’m so happy I did! I got the same man who did my first set and again my nails look amazing! It’s safe to say I will definitely be going back to them!

I just went in to have one nail fixed ( it was supposed to be a sharp, long stiletto nail) it was ok that they didn’t have the jewels to match because I could always put the jewels on myself. Once Devin started I knew it wasn’t gonna work. Already irritated at the fact they made it seem like they could do it ( just putting the nail back on and doing the shape) the were very disappointing

Just walked out from getting a Gel/Acrylic set. I LOVED this place. Waco has needed a clean, organized, relaxing Nail Salon and Zizi Nail Lounge is that place! I loved how many different colors they had. Every other nail salon in the Waco area only has a few different colors and this place had everything you could imagine. My nails look AMAZING. My new go-to salon! Go check them out!

I went to the one on valley mills by aldi and got my nails done yesterday and they look amazing!!! Super friendly staff!! The girl who did my nails made sure to pay attention to details and she made sure I got exactly what i wanted!!!

This is a very busy place but there are lots of attendants to serve customers. I have the gel nails and they last a long time. They don’t chip or peel off. I am quite pleased.

It was okay. Other places let you soak while they prepare item for pedicures and I waited for yall to prepare items then you turn water on I literally dipped my feet in and that was that. We were just disappointed and ready to leave. If two people come in and you sit them down in pedicure bowl then turn on water let them soak while u get items. WORK SMARTER NOT HARDER. my friend is pregnant and asked for hotter water and recieved Luke warm 😒

Ive been to the market place location once and valley mills three times. Both are great places.They do a good job the rates are good and if you want a Margarita or something to drink you can have a drink while youre waiting.

The whole team is very driven and will go above and beyond to make you feel appreciated and welcome. Summer, personally. Is my go-to tech. Genuine personalities and smiles are always shown!

This was my second time here, the first time I had a super great experience. This time I got “Lisa” she did not want to do my preferred manicure, she insisted I do gel and finally after staying silent enough she did what I asked. Before that thought she insisted in telling that it was going to cost more, - okay? Anyways, I don’t know if she was having a bad day or just didn’t like me, but I’m getting married this weekend and want to get a mani and pedi at a place I enjoyed, I don’t think I’ll be back.

I have by far had a much better experience getting my nails done! This place was highly recommended by Waco visitors, long story short, I HATED IT! I should have gone to my usual Waco spot to get my nails done. My toes look crusted and the polish was smeared in between the nails. By far the worst experience ever, first and last time here. Another thing, they dont use sterilized products like Zizi on Valley Mills does, worst place ever!!!

This is where I come to get my nails done and I decided to try a pedicure. I was burned with the towels (mind you I like my water super hot and what not) she never asked me if the towel was too warm before placing it on my legs. It burnt the back of my calves leaving nasty red marks. She was so busy on her phone that I lost half of my massage time to her personal phone usage. The stones went cold from lack of being used timely as well.She had an appointment show up 30 minutes early so not only did I get a sad excuse for a pedicure I still had to pay full price while being hearded out like a cow. Seriously disappointed with the services I received.

Nice, new and clean place. But my nails looked terrible and the polish started chipping after only 24 hours. I can do a better job painting my nails at home. Will not return again, I will stick with the salon in Walmart.

I have gone here several times and the staff has always been great but this time the lady I had did not do a good job. She barely scrubbed my my feet and the nail polish started chiping the very next day. I also noticed that the nail file was cheap and not very good.

Pedicure was terrible! Barely touched me with the scrub file or nail file so my heels are rougher than before because he filed for maybe a minute. Didn’t file my nails at all. And i has to come home and fix the shape and refile my feet so they were not finely scraped or rough. Never will I go back and I requested a refund. Not even worth going back to fix it

Modern & Clean (because it’s brand new)....just moved to Waco and this was my third solon to try, after two previous fails. They were helpful in finding specific colors for the natural look I love. However, they didn’t dry the gel polish long enough, so it ended up dull, not shiny....And the very next day polish was chipping and peeling.I had the same nail tech for 9 years prior to moving, and I’m no professional, but I know quality. And this isn’t it. On to the next.Anyone have a good recommendation???Update July 2020Returned to ZiZi following my favorite nail tech in Waco, Nancy ❤️ She hasn’t returned, but Summer manages the shop really well and is also an incredible nail tech! Had a pedi by Devin today and he did a great job. Appreciated his attention to detail-even helped me pick the best color for my skin tone.Also worth mentioning during this time are their heightened sanitation and screening practices. Definitely safe to get a mani/pedi at ZiZi !
