Been here about 2 months, very quiet, maintenance responds quickly to requests, pool and gym are nice.Good location to everything you need in Hewitt with easy access to Waco and Hwy 6.Front office staff has always been super nice and easy to work with.All and all a good place to stay, would recommend.My only suggestion: I wish pool was cleaned more than once a week, just too much stuff on the bottom and floating on the top from the trees.

Recently moved from GA for a new job. Took the risky move of not being able to visit in person first but boy did I luck out! Cydnee was wonderful to work with from the very beginning and even after Ive lived here a few months. Shes been helpful with my questions and has a warm welcoming demeanor which I really appreciate! The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I was satisfied with the condition of my apartment when I moved in.

Very disappointed about how they managers handled my move out. They will blame you for everything at move out so please make sure you write down everything that you notice when you move in. I messages and videos of went wrong in the apartment. I never complained and they still wanted to charge me for things that were like that when I moved in. Please be mindful and aware!

Making the move from California to Waco! I am very very happy with the experience I have had to far! I was able to get an apartment all set up with Cydnee, we are a ways out from the move and she made it a priority to take the stress of getting an apartment off my plate. Can’t wait to move to Texas! My experience with Yazmin at Saddlebrook has been excellent. I was moving from out of state and had to rent the apartment site unseen because I had a new job I was starting. Yazmin went out of her way to make that happen and was there for every question and need. When I submitted my application and paperwork, she had me approved the same morning. Without her help my move would not have gone near as smooth. Since I moved in Yazmin and also Cydnee have taken care of anything that needed done very quickly and I truly appreciate everything.

From the fist time inquirying about this apartments, cydnee has been nothing but a true and respectful professional. Her attitude to assist and answer questions are always helpful.

First off I will say we enjoyed our stay at these apartments. I will say that when we did the walk through back in 2019 before covid hit we looked at a larger two bedroom apartment which we entailed was the exact size we wanted. Once we were able to get our keys however we were put into a smaller 2 bedroom. When we addressed this with management they stated it was all they had and we could possibly wait until the bigger size became available. Maybe miscommunication or whatever we decided to stick with the apartment we were put in. Our stay was amazing. We enjoyed the facilities and it was a great place to be in during the hardest times of covid. Fast forward about a year and a half we moved out and we’re hit with a TON of expenses. While I realize we weren’t “perfect” tenants this property report didnt seem to take in the natural wear and tear of a family living in a a dwelling. Yes, there was trash left and some things that weren’t fixable to us but the amount seemed extraordinarily high. I also see that someone likes to attack the individuals who leave less than great reviews. To me that seems completely unprofessional which after reading those has brought my rating down. I’m not looking to bash this complex just merely expressing my personal experience. I would hope whoever responds to this review from the complex to so with the same respect and professionalism as well. Overall this was a nice complex to live in for the time being.

I called the office and was greeted by a sweet young lady named Cydnee. She was very courteous and had excellent customer service skills. She helped me make my choice, being new to Waco, that helped a lot! The apartment is well maintained and the staff is nice.

Top notch apartments, I highly recommend SaddleBrook. The leasing agents are great. Cydnee Is very nice and professional, She went out of her way to help me get accepted here. Kim was a huge help recently when my AC went out, they had it fixed within a couple hours in the middle of the night. Overall it’s been a good experience so far!

The management staff is very rude. Unwilling to work with their residents...and nope Saddle Brook Apartments this is not a fake review...this review was meant for you. I am a significant other of a former resident and I am appalled at the lack of willingness to work with residents during times of need and unforeseen circumstances regarding moving out especially your fine print loop hole for your 60 day written move out requirement...where you think it’s ok to continue to charge an additional $300 on top of rent for month-month after the lease contract has ended!!!?? And yes I have rented from multiple apartment complexes all over the country including Texas and your apartment complex is the first I’ve heard of that this loop hole exist! I’ve never seen or experienced this in any other complex...my lease ended and that was it. I wasn’t charged month to month rent after. So future residents beware of this fine print loop hole. And be prepared to work with a management team that does not care about your situation. The previous management team there was awesome, but not any more.

We love living at Saddlebrook. All requests are handled quickly and all staff are friendly.

Beware of the lease contract! Even when your lease is about to expire... there is a loophole in the fine print that states you have to give a 60 days notice on the first of the month.... otherwise your lease never expires and rolls to a month-to-month with 130% rent of what you were paying. Also, the pool and playground area was closed half of the time I lived here. And finally, the staff forgot about our final walk though meeting which delayed me turning in the keys and getting on the road on move-out day.

I have been shopping around for a place to stay this summer and have been looking at Saddle Brook. Kimberly Davis has been excellent. She’s given me detailed information about everything that’s available and has even kept me up to date on units that will be coming available later this summer. Extremely professional and very easy to work with.

When work brought me to Waco, I had no idea where to even begin in selecting a place to call home for the next 6 months while here as I was not familiar with the area, but I know now I definitely made the right choice! I moved in at the start of the year and have happily called this place my home since then. Kimberly Davis was very patient and kind with all my questions, as this was my first time renting, and she has happily answered any questions I have had after I moved in!The staff are also very kind and quick to respond if any electrical or plumbing issues occur. This added with how Saddelbrook has made it clear that they are willing to work with any renters during this pandemic if their jobs have been hit makes me feel very secure in staying here for a long time!

Me n my wife was interested in living here and waiting in the office to set up a tour. nobudy aknowledge me. The little girl running the office sounded rude. She just unhappy to be working ther for minimum wage i think. Dont waste time.

Nice place to live. I feel perfectly safe at night and feel fine taking walks around the complex. My neighbors are all really friendly. The staff are attentive and answer questions quickly. Kim especially is very attentive and thorough when giving tours or answering questions.

As I come to the end of my second year in the Saddlebrook Community I have to say that it has been a generally pleasant experience. Neighbors are not always as quiet as they could be but it feels like a safe place to live and the staff are usually pretty attentive, including the Maintenance guys. While I have been here the one person who stands out for me has been Kimberly (Kim) Davis. She has always been there with a smile and has been the one constant contact, as others have moved on around her. I will be moving out at the end of April and want to leave them with this positive note - keep up the good work and continue to be one of Wacos favorite Apartment Home Sites.

I lived at Saddlebrook from May 2019 to January 2020, and enjoyed every day. I have nothing but positive things to say about this apartment complex. The front office and maintenance staff were helpful if I ever had any questions or concerns. I was thinking about moving to Waco the past month and I went to this complex on the weekend. The manager showed me a great apartment but there was another model that I wanted to see. Went I went over there the following week the sales representative on duty was really disrespectful and rude and she clearly had a terrible attitude and did wanted to show me nothing at all. I liked the place but not the sales person attitude so if youre looking to move to Waco make sure that you talked to the right people (managers). In my case I didnt wanted anything to do with this complex. That experience was really disappointed to me.

We needed a short term rental and Saddlebrook offered us what we needed. Hannah was up front with us about everything before signing including the pet policy, one of the few places we could bring our two dogs. It notes these apartments are older and its true. They seem well kept and maintenance is very quick to show up to fix things even telling us we didnt have to wait till the next business day they would have come overnight. Lots of places say 24/7 maintenance but this is the first Ive seen that actually wanted us to use it. Parking is a bit tight but its not terrible. Great locations and none of our neighbors are loud or obnoxious.

This complex looks great at the beginning. When you actually live there; well that is a different story. The maintenance men unfortunately are not trained. My husband and I asked tons of times over the course of 6 months for them to fix a leak we thought was going through the wall next to our tub, and all they would do was caulk it and paint over anything. Then when we were moving out we found the opposite side of that wall (which was our closet) had a 2-3 foot space of BLACK MOLD ( which was covered up by our suitcases. We told them upon moving out and they told us it was mildew. What they did not know is we took samples and had it tested for toxic mold and it came back positive. When I told them that, they still said it was just mildew. Black mold is very dangerous and since they would not do anything about it upon our moving out, we left stuff in the apartment and did not clean and never looked back. They came back 1 month later trying to charge us over $1000.00 for cleaning. I refused. I could have sued them since the mold problem happened over the course of 6 months (of which I got very sick and had no idea why- because of the black mold) and I told them I would get all 6 months rent back and they will pay all of my medical bills, so they ended up dropping it. Worst experience, no sympathy, no accountability, everything that is brought to their attention they turn it around and make it your fault. DO NOT MOVE THERE!

If I could give a Negative rating I would. Maintenance comes in with you asking them to wait while you get dressed, they are more concerned about appearance than respect around here.

The managers and leasing agents are wonderful people to deal with. The apartments are spacious and well cared for. After all the apartments Ive looked at these are my favorite.

I’ve lived at Saddlebrook apartments for more than 2-years. I’ve been reading over the reviews and here is my overall opinion. The bad reviews seem like extreme circumstances where the resident didn’t get their own way about something and they are taking it out on a public review. The good reviews are pretty accurate. These apartments aren’t new buildings and as long as the resident informs the office of any issues, they take care of it immediately. Residents aren’t expected to change lightbulbs or filters out of pocket expense, that is how much Saddlebrook takes care of its aging buildings. We have a great little gym, the gym-pool-laundry area is always clean. The Saddlebrook team often hands out breakfast burritos in the morning. The team had an ice cream sunday bar for the residents. All free! Saddlebrook keeps its residents informed through text messaging (if you sign up) or emails. I still get pest control notifications on my door. Saddlebrook also made a deal with Comcast for all residents to have internet and cable for a small fee, which is added to rent. Believe me, This is an amazing deal. I was paying Comcast twice the amount for less service. It all comes down to this. These buildings aren’t new but the team at Saddlebrook takes very good care of its buildings and it’s residents. The folks in the office are super! Always friendly and if you stop by, they usually have cookies. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone. The neighborhood is very quiet, in the past 2 years, I haven’t heard any unusual noise. I feel safe, I like my apartment, and I’m happy with all of the services.

A great and safe place to live!! Everyone in the office is nice and if you have something that needs to be fixed they get it done!! There is an Olympic size pool, a kiddie pool, hot tub, gym and washer and dryers! If you want a great place to live come to Saddlebrook Apartments!!

To each his own, place is nice and they try to accommodate everyone. Things break as in every home, Patience works best for both sides.

My daughter will be moving to your complex soon, I as a parent am so relieved with the safety of the complex and amenities offered as well as the surrounding neighborhoods, I know she will love it. The office staff were incredibly professional and courteous!

The staff and complex is completely amazing.

When moving out, we did a walk through with an employee. Only a few things wrong and only had to pay a little. Then management went through and did there own walktrhough, and marked us down for more than originally. Moving out of this apartment has been one of the worst experiences i have ever had.

This apartment complex is shady. Everything is broke and it takes days to get things fixed. The people that fix things ride around on the gold cart and smoke all over the property all day and thats about what their work week looks like. The floor was all banged up and the tack boards are all exposed and having a small child this was not okay. The repairs were not made properly. The hot water heater went out and they told me it was not a emergency to get it fixed. The ac broke 3 times the first 2 months we were there in the middle of the summer. They make moving out a battle. They tell you one thing and then tell you something else about how much rent/utilities are the next day. DO NOT MOVE HERE. ITS AWFUL.
