So far so good… First month complete.

Roaches are horrible. They turned off the a/c chilling unit in early October and no one has a/c even though its 87°. Its even hotter inside. Not only did they cut of a/c there is also no heater. Management decides when to turn on the AC or the heater. I was told 6 months ago that I would get a new refrigerator and a dishwasher and have not received either one. MHMR rents a bunch of units. Dont get trapped here.

Sucks have no visitor parking and plenty of parking lot for visitor but love to tow vehicles in a not so good area

I love this property they make us feel like home! I went with my friend to ask for information and I love how they treat you. Now my friend lives there AND I LOVE HIS UNIT!! He is special need and the manager and the assistant manager are so heart warming and try there best to make him feel comfortable!!! love that they are enforcing the rules making it a much safer community. Property is also getting renovated inside and out. thats is a plus! 💙💙 Thinking of leasing here now that my lease is about to be up.

The landlords had a nasty attitude and were rude.My family has had issues here too.One lady said she would work with me but everytime I came back there was an added fee.I dont recommend these apartments if your a felon .I found the best apartment ever now but lost almost $400 trying to get in here.

NO! NO! NO!... management there are super nice to you while trying to establish a new home, but you question there establishment and those true colors come out. I do not recommend this place to no one!Update:

Real nice and clean apartments, they are way better than they used to be. The manager has cleaned up the place and she is cool and easy to get along with. The maintenance crew is the best...And the residents are cool too, I Love the place.

Glen Oaks old apartments that Ive been read phased and brought to date the management they are works with you on your rent especially if they know youre on a fixed income however it does bring Riff Raff and trash like any other apartment complex just have to watch everything thats going on most of the time to keep ahead of the game the games that are played there

I do not live here but walk thru all the time and have met the very nice Manager . Super clean and quite apartments also Centrally located here in West Waco. I love my little neck in the woods! :)

Bed Bugggssss, Roaches, Dirty from outside & management is disrespectful..... they never did anything to get reed of the bed bugs, so I had to move out!!! Not a good place to live ....

They have a nice apt format walk in closet and a pool and several laundry rooms. All bills paid. Neato completo
