Lets be real no one is happy they get towed but this place is reasonable. The owner worked with me to get my bmw out. Even after being there for 6 days the bill was only 245 including the tow which I believe to be extremely reasonable. You treat them with respect they will do the same in return and work with you. Where Im from the tow would have been more then that not including the storage fees.

Was told could get at any time after 5 but when got there at 8 it became only between 9 to 5 and if not picked up by 1 30 they would charge for another day. Rude on the phone, only gave a star because lowest ranking. Stay away from Virginia Beach oceanfront.

Crooks. Through and through. Illegally towed my car. If you use them to tow other peoples’ car, you are a crook too. They are a cash only business which is a red flag. Hung up on me multiple time when I ask for the address. Horribly rude and aggressive. Physically wrestled the keys from my hands when I tried to get my car back. I just needed to drive to an atm. I offered my credit card and ID as collateral. Absolutely abusive criminals. Should be imprisoned.

These people are terribly rude, seem to make up their own rules as they go, they Think it’s funny to disrupt peoples lives as they tell you to bring $145 cash and hang up on you. I would love to know how the one person was able to get the money back. Who they talk to and who they were able to work with. This company needs to learn some respect and have respectful workers, with their pedophile minds that run this business NONE OF THEIR LIVES MATTER with their Blatant disregard for other humans only cash is there king that’s all they see.

If you get your car towed, theyre hawks! if you need a tow call Quality towing/ Metro towing....dont even pay these people 😂 QUALITY IS TOP DOLLAR. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. DOUG OWNS ITthey all chumps 😁😂

Five stars, on how to not run a business. Driver explanation not their fault and do not time stamp their pick-ups. But if you end up on the shaft of vb scam system remain calm. They also they have a working card machine, if you relax but judging on how this business runs will be watching my account accordingly. As well anyone that is planning on being anywhere near the time of tow minus 15 mins call non-emergency number and respectfully ask for a DNT” do not tow a service” Law enforcement can provide. This keeps the road safer than some who “should be good” if they rush to avoid having to deal with this company/organization.

All they do is rip folks off!! Car was towed for supposedly no parking pass. Pass had fallen from rear view mirror, but was still visible inside car. The guy said pass had to be on dash or on rear view; they “weren’t allowed” to look inside the car.WHAT A LINE OF BS!!! Just another way to rip people off!!!!

How do you even sleep with yourself at night when you whole reason for existance is to drive around in a dirty truck and rip people off? Well, I guess you dont because you are out on the prowl for cars that park in a nearly empty apartment parking lots for 20 mins. I hope $150 is worth the self loathing you must feel every time you look in the mirror at yourself. You most likely dont even care though because your decency as a human being was lost long before this message.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Driver was drunk and made sexual comments to my daughter when she didnt have cash for the drop fee. The owner is just as rude. He hung up the phone on me 3x when I was trying to find out where my daughters car was becuase the car was not at the place he said it would be. I called the police and they couldnt help. They said it was a civil matter between us and the tow company. This company needs to be put out of business. Told my daughter she should file a sexual harrassment charge against the driver. His name was Mike. Smh... it dont make no damn sense what people get away with now a days. We also filed a complaint to the BBB.

Absolutely terrible company. Pricing changes depending on when they want it to change. They are just pocketing money left and right. Its sad that they are allowed to rip ppl off about this. This will not be the last they will hear from me.

Worst business ever. Terrible attitude on the phone. Hung up on me twice. Went to get my vehicle and The building was filled with smoke, the guy was smoking in the office as I walked in, he stood up, pants unbuckled and half off. I inquired as to why he towed my vehicle and he just laughed and said you got my money? he then towed my vehicle on two more occasions and refused to give me my vehicle so I called the police and threatened to take him to court bc he couldnt provide proof of the violation that caused him to tow my vehicle. Finally got my money back. This is a total scam and just a bunch of thugs who go out in the middle of the night looking through apartment complexes to find vehicles to tow.

Went to pick up my car found out they scratched the back left of it when I tried talking to him about it he’s like no u not getting money from us, like all I needed to know is who basically towed my car i needed to talk to him that’s why I’m about to take them up there this guys shouldn’t be doing business like this

Need to correct that thats Herberts Towing now and yes I definitely give Herbert five stars
