Professional, punctual and polite. This is the second time Ive required towing services and used Century. Each time the office staff and driver were very helpful. They arrived at my home right when they said they would. On top of this, the driver could not have been more kind or patient with my 3 year old son who was mesmerized by the whole process. The driver took extra time to tell him the names of the tools he had and explain how the truck worked. It absolutely made his day and I am truly thankful. I highly recommend this company.

Driver showed up in the estimated time. My vehicle was in a parking garage that the tow truck couldnt get into. He helped push the vehicle out, towed it to the shop, and even gave me a ride home. Very professional, great service, highly recommended. Price was reasonable also.

This is the second time in three years I haves used Century to tow my motorcycle. Heath with a huge hydraulic flatbed picked it up both times. You can tell he is a fellow rider by the care he takes when tying the motorcycle down. He methodically loops the straps to the forks with soft straps and does not use canyon dancers that can crumple up your hand grips. Heath is a well spoken, courteuos yet attentive tow truck driver.

Nice people...reasonably priced from city to city

Driving past a multi-car accident on Independence Blvd the town truck driver swung his push broom at my vehicle and put a dent in the back. There were no flares or road cones and the police were not directing traffic so I proceeded slowly past the vehicles blocking the middle lane. When I stopped to speak with the police officer I was only acknowledged. The owner of the towing company returned my call telling me it wasnt his problem and hung up on me. Not very professional conduct by anyone at Century Towing. I recommend you stay away from this company or risk similar encounters. If the app would allow giving less than one star I would.
