Unfortunately broke down 3mi from my house 930 pm. None in the area would pick up except for Youngs and afew others. The others were 1-2 hr wait and 130 to 230 to tow 3mi... Youngs told me 60 got there in 40min, and the driver Nuke was awesome and Professional. Im saving the number and calling them if i ever need,

The friver almost ran me off the road and was speeding. He then cut off cars and switched lanes without signaling. Very unprofessional.

The driver hit me up after I paid trying to squeeze extra money out of me and it wasnt until I called back dispatch he stopped contacting me.

Pretty cheap prices. They do take allot longer then they estimate. If its not an emergency situation and u can wait for the tow theyre definitely worth it to save some money. All of the guys that work for them that have towed my vehicles know what theyre doing. If they was more accurate on their etas I wouldve gave them 5 stars

They called my phone and yelled and cussed at me and over charged methey are the absolute worst!

Do not use this company unless you want damage to the undercarriage of your vehicle. They do not keep you updated on their ETA. If they change it you are stuck waiting. They do not strap down your car when using a wheel lift truck. If I could give a negative number to this company I would! You as a company will be paying for the damage you did to my Equinox! In fact maybe even whats left owed on it.

We needed towing from McArthur Center. The operator said the driver was in South Norfolk and would be there in 30 minutes.An hour and a half later we were told the driver was in Ocean View. A total of 3 hours later we got a call that the driver was ten minutes away...AFTER we had already been rescued and towed by Excelsior Towing (who came in 15 minutes). 😲😤

Guy I spoke with on the phone was very unprofessional. They towed my 1/2 ton pickup and stated it was a medium duty truck so they had to charge me more because the driver thought it was a bigger truck.

I was left stranded, quoted 1hour 30min no call back, after 30 mins of trying to call no one answered the phone. Luckily excelsior got me in under 20 min.

Just saw their driver texting and driving on 264. Apparently he doesn’t learn from the accidents he responds to.

Took over 2 hours for the driver to get to me. Called to cancel and they said he had to get gas that he would be right there. Took 45 minutes for him to get there after the call

They were supposed to try, and jump my car first. The guy showed up with no cables, and we waited over and hour for the guy to get there.

Told me they would be there in 15 minutes. Never showed up so I called back only to be put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. Never ever will I call them again. Awful customer service.

The price for towing and storage is $335.00 plus $65 towing to the body with a total of $400.00. The price was too much for the service...
