If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. My mom and I went after work for two pedicures and two dip manicures. We tried this place because our normal place was booked up. Well that was a mistake. The guy doing my mom’s pedicure didn’t cut her nails down, didn’t help her ingrown nails and didn’t clean up her polish. The guy doing my pedicure cut my toenails all uneven, didn’t paint the whole nail, didn’t clean up my polish, and cut my skin three times.We asked right when we walked in if they had dip colors that were the same in regular polish like our other nail salon. They said yes but when my mom was moved to do her manicure he said they don’t do that. So she had to pick a different color she didn’t even want. The whole time we were doing pedicures they could have wrapped our already dipped hands to make it more efficient but they didn’t.They left me at the dryer after my pedicure. I inspected my pedicure and realized how terrible it was that I didn’t want them to work on my hands. They started my mom’s manicure but I told her we needed to go before she got polish on. So terrible. You can see the pictures show his terrible paint job was and how much these people do NOT care. I will NEVER go back here.

I got the $55 pedicure with the paraffin wax. My tech didnt use the cuticle remover when scraping around my toes like Im used to. She put the hot wax in water and it got hard yet she still tried to put my foot in it and Ive never had my heels so dry after a pedicure. And then to top it off my polish looks awful. I will not be returning. This was my treat to myself and it was completely ruined. Im going to just paint it over when I get home.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever received. Walked in here on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy. Waited about 30 mins for a pedicure. Finally the lady told me to go to the back. They use the same tools on everyone. The lady doing my pedicure did not even know how to cut out ingrown toenails. Pedicure looked terrible and she did not even put lotion on me or rub my feet. I’m non confrontational and wish I was, because I just wasted $31. Do not go here.

Trash! First huge language barrier with my nail tech! Asked for an American manicure and he did all white acrylic. So when I asked if the white would dry clear he said yes! NOPE! So when he stared painting my finger milky white I stopped him and we had to bring in a translator. We tried to come up with a solution but it wasn’t a great one, but I didn’t want to be there any longer than I had to! Never asked me to wash my hands to take the dust off my nails before he started painting and didn’t bother to make sure the backs were clean. Just a mess! Never coming back here again!

My first time at this salon for a pedicure, fill in and a special nail design request. The salon was busy. All the nail techs were with clients. ‘Thai’ was attentive and meticulous about his work. I showed him a picture of the nail art I wanted; he exceeded my expectations! My pedicure was relaxing and worth every dollar! I will definitely return next month. Thank you Nails Spa!

I called ahead for a pedicure and was able to get a good time to come in with less of a wait. Chairs are a little older but the massagers all worked fine.. They replaced plastic liners after each customer. The seats were close together and no partitions between.My service went well. She did a great job with the pedicure. I didn’t ask for gel polish and picked out a color before I sat down, but they later gave me a ring with polishes and asked me to pick a color. It was a kinda sneaky sales tactic that worked on me. The polish was good and fast since it was gel. Only issue was the color didn’t didn’t go all the way to the sides. Service was about 30 minutes total.

I had came in to get a pedicure and eyebrow waxing. the lady who did my eyebrows was amazing but the man who did my pedicure ended up cutting my toe and while checking out i had asked for a discount for the incident and he said yes but did not give it and i ended up paying full price. not really happy with the pedicure service

I typically go to Julia who does an amazing job, but just a little under two weeks ago I went to one of her other colleagues. My whole nails are chipping off. I do spend a lot of money in the salon each month, so this is unacceptable.

Mediocre job which explains the good pricing but the colors are off. I asked for a purple one and it came out looking pink and so he redid it with a different one and it still looks pink. Also didnt notice it till I left but my thumb isnt even fully covered with the top coat.

The nail technicians in This shop is absolutely phenomenal which is why I switched from The princess Anne nail shop to here. Honestly, I was tired of plain designs and difficulty trying to explain what is it that I like. Most of the time this resulted in me paying for services that I was not fully satisfied with.The lady who did my nails at this shop was very patient and was able to help me pick something that I really like. My nails are absolutely gorgeous. One of the primary reasons I didnt give this shop a five-star is the amount of consumers it attracts, there were a lot of people who visited during my first experience.

Was rushed polish job because I didnt want gel and a regular pedi. Heard another customer say 3 times regular pedi.. reused sandals took them off my feet in put back in drawer..

The young man who did my full set was amazing, he did a wonderful job doing my nails. On the other hand the middle age gentlemen who did my pedicure cut me and left me bleeding.

Got my daughters nails done for her birthday, they looked great the staff was nice. Going back today to get pedicures (they also wax😳).

Pedicure massage was great but nail polish job was awful. Bubbles or brush strokes in almost every nail. When I showed the lady at the register the bubbles, she looked at them and then directed me to sign the credit card slip and be on my way. Photos attached were taken day of services.

I have been searching for a nail place that actually does the deep powder properly. I’m now on my 4th shop and still unimpressed. My thumb on my left hand completely has lost its top clear coat and it’s peeling on my right pinky as well.I don’t know what it is about this area but it seems like finding a good nail salon is impossible!!! I’ve lived here 3 months now and have still yet to find a place worth continuing to go to.

NEVER AGAIN!!! This was my first time here and I came in to get my nails done for my birthday. When I got in they handed to to an older gentleman. Which at that point I thought he would know what to do. But he didn’t. He put my tips on crooked and apply the acrylic sloppy. When I brought it to his attention that the tip was crooked. He didn’t understand what I was saying so another coworker tried to explain it to him but again he still wasn’t understanding. At that point I was so upset and felt like my time was wasted I had asked if I could just get the nails soaked off so I could leave. I asked how much they would charge for them to take it off. You would think that they wouldn’t charge me because I was upset that he didn’t do a good job but they did. Never ever again will I come to this establishment. TIME WASTED!!!

I had the nail technician Crystal and my experience at this salon was amazing. I rate it literally 5 stars because I had such a great experience, wonderful customer service and friendly atmosphere!! Free mimosas too❤️😍‼️‼️

I went in and got my nails and my toes done it was a simple color it was a simple pedicure and manicure and they overcharge me for $100 and the guy named Peter did my manicure and pedicure he was really rough on my manicure and now my fingers are in pain and I never experienced that before with my other nail salons. The reason I went to this one is because it had good Ratings and I was out of town.

I value good service and work . As a whole this place had neither . My first visit the woman was sweet but she was extemely slow ! It took 2 1/2 close to complete a gel set . I wouldn’t mind the time if my nails were of quality. My nail broke a day later. I had just moved to the area so I decided to give them another chance . That was a mistake on my part . They were rude and unapologetic. I have not returned. There are plenty of places you can both receive respect and quality service . I did notice the times I entered they were very courteous to the regulars . I have been getting my nails & eyebrows done every two weeks faithfully since 2004 . I know how much I spent a year and know my business is worth more than this poor service . My suggestion is to be more courteous of new customers.

When i walked in the chandelier glowed and caught my eye. The workers greeted me at the door and the woman who i made my appointment with was waiting on time and ready. the customer service was wonderful and the atmosphere was welcoming. I absolutely loved the innovative creativeness that my nail tech had. I would recommend this place if you want to go to a judge free and relaxing nail spa. 10/10 recommend!

I got my nails done buy a guy that work there not even a hour I see glue all over my finger .... 4 days later they popping off as if they are press ons horrible

First time coming here, it was OK. It’s pretty average, and has average pricing. The person I had did a decent enough job with shaping my nails, not the greatest, but good enough. It’s a good spot to get your nails done, but nothing special (IMO) to go out of your way for. I do plan on trying another tech next time. I see a lot of good reviews for her, so, she might make the drive worth it. Overall good place though, clean and fast service.

Went for a Manicure and eyebrow wax. Wasnt sure if I wanted acrylics or Gel. John “(Daddy Dexter”) was amazing!!! Best trip to a salon ever! I will definitely be coming back to have him do my nails. Me and my boyfriend went here almost at closing. I wasn’t sure they would have time to do my nails AND a pedicure for my boyfriend. Not only did they do an amazing job and accommodate me and my boyfriend. They stayed open an extra two hours to get my nails done. The son (I did not catch his name) was fabulous. He paid extra attention to detail and shape of my nails, he checked in with me to make sure I wasn’t in pain when he saw my cuticle torn, and made sure I was happy with the color and gel polish he did for me. Honestly could not be happier with him and his mother and father. They were all fabulous. First time here and I will definitely be coming back. ❤️

Today was my first visit here. The atmosphere was so nice and relaxing, that I almost fell asleep. Tommy and Lisa are wonderful! This is my new favorite place!

Im new to the oceanview area and Ive been there a few times and I really enjoy it. They have great customer service and they have very reasonable prices. I have long nails and you know its an extra charge for longer nails but its still very affordable. Ive never had a bad experience there. I definitely recommend this shop!!

I just paid $65 for a short full set and simple nail design. Which didn’t come out right. They are chunky and lumpy, and you can see it clear as day. Last time I’m paid $65 for my daughter to have a long fully set because they said it’s by length. Clearly it’s by whatever the hell they want it to be. Robbery! Last time and I will not recommend this place at all.

Great first time visit for me and my daughter! Julia corrected and cleaned up my nails nicely. She offered professional advice and made it a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Clean and cheerful environment. We will be back.

I went in for an acrylic set with gel, the person doing my nails filed my skin, so I told him, and then he proceeded to file my skin until i had an open cut that was bleeding, this is when he proceeded to put nail glue on the cut to stop it from bleeding, and was not cautious of the area afterwards.

Today was my first time here, I was treated good and received quality and timely service. I didnt have to instruct them on what I want it, said it once and they did it!! Thank God I finally found a great nail spot! I will definitely be back again. I loved the atmosphere, the variety of services. Im happy overall as you can see and Im a very picky person!

I asked for dip, the price would have been great if it wasnt for the horrible experience I had. The customer service was not up to par. And the time it took to finally get done with the nails was absolutely not worth it. I do not recommend.

Always a long wait no matter if you call or not unless your their “regulars” Got my nails done Wednesday by the “new person” they all swore was good seeing I was hesitant. He took forever I was in the shop for a pedicure and full set from 7pm to almost 10pm. Sunday a nail broke without any injury I did not even know it broke. Went to get it fixed the following day stayed there 2 hours for that now today the same nail casually breaks AGAIN ! At this point I just wanted to let them know I’m unhappy with the services and they’re only response is come back we will fix it! I will admit most of the nail techs are great but their customer service sucks I would not recommend this place to anyone. This is not my first bad experience here either.

Came here today for the first time and they were very pleasant and upfront on the cost! A very nice and professional lady named Veronica did my nails and she was amazing! I would recommend her to anyone and she did a great job. I will definitely be back to see Veronica!

The first time going was amazing a really young boy did my full set and he was amazing and the nails lasted so long and then i went back my second time and a different lady did them and they were amazing but i paid 75$ plus tip for my nails and gems to fall off 5 days later

My favorite place to come. All are very talented especially at acrylic nails; you can’t go wrong if you come here for those. Everyone is super nice and personable. They’re upfront with the price. However when it comes to getting an appointment call ahead and make sure someone is available, they can get very busy.

Great place. Only nail shop i go to now....Well yesterday 7/18/19 i just had the worse experience @ my once favorite nail shop. My regular nail tech Michelle(who is the best by the way) was not there so i was giving a guy who was a ladies brother that works there who was just visiting. So he started my nails & the acrylic was so thick i refused to let him touch my other hand until he fixed the 1st. Upon him finishing my 1st hand he tried to pass me off on another tech(which i was perfectly fine with)saying he was tired. But that tech didnt want to go behind his work telling him since he started he should finish. Which is understandable ! They sat there going back and fourth about the matter that lead to me walking out with one hand filled & the other not. And they were fine with me leaving. With that being said i will not be returning here ever again. Im going to miss Michelle but that service yesterday was just unacceptable. Very disappointed......

I only started going here because my sister recommended it. The first couple of times it was fine and I was happy with my experience. However, they close earlier than is stated on their hours and I get off at 7 most nights. I had to go to another salon one night because they were open after I got off. I went back to this salon with my sister to have our nails filled in and get a new color. However we were greeted and then left sitting. We sat for 2 hours while more and more people came in and went on through- got their nails or feet done and we were left still waiting. We went to leave and they were like “oh you’re leaving? Are you coming back” we said yes went to lunch and decided to not go back to that salon. Just this past Wednesday we went yet again- to get pedicures this time, she wanted her nails fixed and I wanted mine off. They told us to pick a color and go back. Gave her a pedicure while I sat there. Took three more people with me still waiting. They obviously don’t care about people who aren’t regularly there so I will not go back, even for the lemon scrub pedicure.

Not impressed with this place at all. From the second we walked in the door we were rushed. There was nothing relaxing about this pedicure. There was no relaxing foot/leg rub, the lady started to paint my toes and a glob of paint literally ran down the side of my toe, almost every corner of my toes have no paint on them and to top it all off, my lady literally pulled me out of my chair to get me to the dryer!I’m shocked this place has as many good reviews as it does. You have no idea what a good nail salon is if you think this place is good!!!!

Im from Canada and went here to get a nail fixed and manicure while on vacation. This place is beautiful on the inside and the nail tech took my much needed manicure into his hands to make one gorgeous set of nails. Priced well and efficient! Thank you!

Im surprised by the high rating. I just moved to this area and needed a get my nails done. I chose this salon because it has almost 300 reviews at a 4.5. The service is good but the young guy who did my pedicure did not have enough experience which I didnt not expect given the high rating for this salon. The paint job was super low quality. I kept explaining to the guy I wanted my nails cut short but he seemed too scared so just kept filing them. I had to cut them myself when I got home and they are painted so badly that I would have preferred to not have them done at all.

Got my nails done on 3/5/21 . One broke on Sunday 3/7/21 got it fixed and it broke again that same night . Another nail broke on 3/13 . And i got acrylic powder . Bella will never do my nails again !!!!

I had a great experience at this nail salon i got a shilac french manicure and the service was great. the thing i didn’t like about it was how my friend got the same thing as me and her nails looked way worse than mine. her white for the french was too thick and all of them were uneven and she had nail polish on her hands. the people were generous on fixing it and was very nice about it.

This shop is amazing not only the shop is amazing the shop looks amazing and the people who work here are really nice! They give free drinks as well. And they do s really good job on the nails! And they are so kind enough to give us free drinks ( sodas and whine and others!) thank you so much Julia for doing my nails! 5 stars

I love coming to your salon, I feel pampered and refreshed every time!Julia has been doing my nails for over a year and I have never had a bad service nor have I had a bad customer service experience. Any of the ladies that have done my pedicures have only been professional and fantastic. I will continue to be loyal customer for as long as they will have me. Not enough stars to rate in my opinion.

Im not sure why every time I make an appointment, I have to wait 30 minutes. The first time she forgot about me completely, told me to leave my number and she’ll call back. She never called back but when i walked back in she was taking someone new. Then i made an appointment with Julia again and she took someone before me right in front of me after I checked in. Third time i still waited 30 minutes. It’s not fair beauticians don’t understand that the clients time can be just as limited as theirs, hence why I made an appointment.

My experience was fantastic, I have been to a few different salons in the area and this by far will be on the top of my list. I was immediately greeted by a smiling face when I walked in. Anne is wonderful, she did such an amazing job and I will definitely be going back. I got a full set along with an eyebrow wax. My eyebrows look amazing and I couldnt be happier with my simple Christmas themed nails. I got French tips with silver polish on my ring fingers and a simple red bow, to look like a present. I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone.

The owner thinks she is very clever as they all do. Shes only taking appointments if ur guna spend for the gel nail polish.The gel mani/pedi is 60$ I dont mind paying but Im 1 who gets tired of the same color after a week or so. So I just wanted a regular mani /pedi the owner stated no 1 can be sitting around . What the heck is the appointment for . Shes got a poor attitude any way. Funny how they want your tip but dont tip others themselves. You would think after being closed all this time she would embrace all services. Im lettn every1 know if u dont get gel ur not welcomed . If your not a regular customer I found this place is not very welcoming poor reception .I went to Angel nails very welcoming no gel pressure. & reasonable price. Today I had a better experience there I gave it another chance just cuz its very convenient. They request mask to enter but 1 big woman who works there wasnt wearing a mask hmmm.

I was really excited to test this place out however I made an appointment for 6:30 and watched 3 other people come in after my pedicure was finished and watched them all leave before my manicure was even started. There was no apology or communication and so unfortunately I will not be returning and would never recommend this place to anyone I know.

I moved back from Houston and was desperately looking for a good professional quality nail salon. My friend referred me to Julia and she is such a blessing. Very professional, quick and efficient. I am EXTREMELY picky about stiletto shaped nails and she did exactly what i wanted!! Love Love love her and highly recommend her to everyone.

Went in and had a pedicure. Nail tech did a great job on my feet and toes. Then I went to get my manicure done and I asked her to file my nails round. She makes my left hand nails rounded, but then she just forgets to shape the left hand nails.. thats ok we are all human.. but then when I ask her if she could make my nails more rounded on the left hand, she puts the file in my hand and says here you know how you like them.I was so shocked and didnt wanna cause a scene or argument and still had to pay for the pedicure or I wouldve gotten up and left... I was so shocked I ended up filing 3 of my own nails because I was so embarrassed.... she didnt say it loudly, just softly spoken, says here you know how you like it. The whole time I was polite and said thank you so Im not sure what her issue was. But you dont treat customers like that... I gave her a good tip for my pedicure, and maybe she was just having a bad day.. but I wont be coming back. Im just flabbergasted.

The Nail Spa is an awesome place to relax and beautify your nails as well as treated to the best mini masssge! The technicians are kind, experienced and so friendly! This is by far the best place for the best service and the best experience!

I had an amazing first experience here! Shazia treated my brows so well! I’m always so nervous to get my brows waxed at a nail salon because I’ve had bad experiences in the past, but She took her time and shaped them beautifully! I’m not in this area often because I live further north but I will maybe come back more often to come here!

I went to this place of business for a Ladies Day Out. The service we experienced was horrible. We all got a manicures/pedicures. I was serviced by Bella, the pedicurist. I explained to her to be careful with my feet due to me having Diabetes. I ended up with a split toenail on my big toe. I ended up having to go to the doctors office to have them to look at it. The other two women did not like how their nails were done. One lady had a male nail tech to leave her acryllic nails with bubbles and thick nails. The other lady had too much acryllic on her nails and some broke in a couple of days. It is safe to say we will not go back. They are only concerned about the money. They did not even apologize about the nail damage.

I live right around the corner and love the convenience of the location. Ive always been happy with my service. I have gotten a fantastic pedicure from here but usually get full set acrylic/fill-ins. The price is usually 25 after tip for the fill in and gel color change and about 50-60 after tip for a full set with gel polish. Also, I am a nail biter (dundunduuunnnn.... I know, I know, Ive heard it all) alot of places have refused service, but theyre able to do the full set and they last for weeks!!!

Mixed Review. First experience at nails spa....pedicures were perfect eyebrows were perfect but was turned off after my mother had complained earlier about being hot and later as we are finishing up or pedis everyone that came in after us was offered drinks and waters but never us. Wasnt aware they had drinks and grew upset as they passed out different drink to everyone but us. Leaving a not so great feeling up until that point the service was good
