I have been here several times. They have done wonders for my ingrown toenails and I feel like family every time I go there. Very clean shop. Highly recommend.

I went for a full set of gel acrylics. The technician worked very very quickly at the expense of quality. Evenness of shape and size was compromised and several nails are crooked. The sides & tips of the nails were left unpainted as well. The day after I had the nails done, the acrylic was already separating from the nail around the cuticle. Less than a week later and Im already having to get them redone (going to a DIFFERENT salon). While the technician was friendly and accommodating, it does not make up for shoddy work.

Loved getting my manicure done here today!! Im a dog groomer so I dont get my nails done very often, so I thought Id treat myself while Im on vacation, and found myself at Lucky Nails! Everyone was very friendly and you could tell they really care about their customers. :) I will definitely be back!

I went to Lucky Nails this past weekend with a friend who recommended it. She told me beforehand that she received the best pedicure of her life and I have to say, she did not over hype it. I made a reservation for the two of us before we arrived and we were immediately attended to when we walked in the door.We then received the most luxurious, hour long pedicure and my feet look good as new!One thing I really appreciate is that we werent pushed at all to purchase upgrades or additional services. I got a manicure and pedicure (for $37) and she got a pedicure and her eyebrows waxed. Everything was excellently and professionally done and at no point did they push us to do anything else.I will definitely be going back to Lucky Nails and highly recommend it!

The experience was horrible I was surprise that they had a 4.1 review if I could I would rate it no stars.They only painted the center of my nails and even tried to give my mom a different collar when she asked several times for the exact same color I had gotten done before they were great and I enjoyed coming there but now I wish I hadnt gone there at all extremely disappointed

Honestly the best nail salon I’ve been to in Hampton Roads! I’ve been here since 2014 and have went through some nail salons. A young lady I know recommended Lucky Nails and I’ve been going ever since. When I go, I take a pic of what I want and he does exactly that. Not only that, but they last a really long time. I’m super satisfied!!

My grandmothers husband passed away and we had the funeral the next morning and my grandmother hadn’t had time to take care of herself and they close at 7 and were nice enough to stay open for us when we came in at 6:45 and took such nice care of her!

Sitting in the parking lot after the most amazing nail session I have ever experienced. As I walked in I was greeted good morning by each person in the store. Quy took delicate care of my hands, he was soft and very detail oriented. He went the extra mile to made sure my gel color matched the example. I love it! I live about 25 30 minutes away, but definitely worth the drive!

Friendly staff and they get you in and out pretty quick! Prices are good too.

I went in to get my eyebrows done. When going back in the wax room . I noticed the table is wrapped with a fitted sheet and a dirty towel (for the head) . I asked nicely If I could sit up in a chair to get my eyebrows waxed...in which I request if the table isnt drapped correctly due to sanitary reasons...she tells me no and allowed me to walk out...never again

It was very nice, very clean and the staff did a great job on my daughter and I.

The worst nail shop ever. Nails chipped the same day, and all my nails broke the following week, which I have grown for 3 months. They charged me an arm and a leg. I am so upset, only went here because I needed something fast being that it was across from my work. Would not recommend to anyone I know! Never ever going back! The staff were also rude, and do not listen to the customers, and the worst part is that they don’t sterilize/clean their tools! They used it and put it back in the drawer!

Fantastic experience. Came in to have my acrylics removed (horrible job done by another salon) and Quy was able to fix them so they werent a total loss. Very kind and knowledgable. They have earned a repeat customer for sure!

The worst place Ive been so far! Although they had prices lucky for me I asked because they charge whatever they want to and if you dare to say that they have a different price right there on the wall they say no this is it GOT IT? I guess they dont know that there are so many different places that do nails!

The worst place everever . Sloppy and slow techs that are not even capable to do the simple gell mani . My 3 year old would have done better. I had to re-do it at at different place because I was afraid they would mess it up even more. DONT GO !!!

The website stated $29 for Mani pedi when I walked it they tried charging me $47 saying the website was wrong yet it says same $29 posted on the board inside. They refused to honor the posted price.

I have received service for lashes, gel set, and pedi cures from various areas in Virginia from the (757) to the (804). In the (757) Lucky Nails always give me great service for a reasonable price....Quy does a wounderful job with the single lashes he knows what a woman likes.....Diamond always have me feeling like a gem after one of her pedi cures

Long time customer disappointed today. Adult daughter refused service because she is using crutches following an accident. Could be an ADA violation.

Was told they were too booked to take me 2hours before they closed. They only had 3 customers in the Salon.Obviously Walk-ins are not welcome
