I have been coming to Deluxe for a little over a year and I have never had a bad experience until this morning. I made an appointment for 10am. I showed up at 9:50 and was told to pick a color. After looking for probably a minute, I was told let me help, which is fine, but don’t rush me to pick colors. Then we started my dip manicure and the color was very light compared to what was displayed. I work in customer service. So I’m obviously don’t go to have her redo them. Then we proceed to pedicure and she didn’t even allow me to wash my hands that are sticky. She seemed to be in a rush, which I don’t understand because I had an appointment and it is early in the morning. I hope my next experience is better or I will not be coming back again. Not satisfied at all. Also paid the extra money to get the callus off my feet and still have some on my feet. Ugh.

I am visiting from Vegas and needed a fill in a pinch. I made an appointment for right after they opened on a Thursday @ 9am. I wasn’t taken back until 9:45 am.I brought my niece to get her gel removed and a manicure. The lady not interactive. Was quick and moved onto the next customer. (Not the best experience for her manicure!) Two days later her nails were trashed. I get that it was reg polish but for them to look like they are a week old just two short days later is ludacris. Upon returning to the salon and informing me i asked for my money back or a redo… manager said no and would not even entertain looking at the pictures because it’s reg polish! (Seriously??)For myself I had 4 nails crooked and shaped oddly. I had to mention that the lifting at the base of then acrylic needed to be removed. Almost no interaction from the woman doing my nails. I know taking a risk and trying a new salon is not for the faint of heart but…. I guess I would just expect for more a shop. Furthermore once I was towards the end of my fill my gal was informed that her next appointment my already average appointment went to worse. She started very quickly painting. I reminded her I needed a gel color change on my toes as well. The gal then sighed and seemed agitated. I received the QUICKEST CRAPPIEST color change ever. I’ve been doing this for 15 years and never had a change like this. - I returned to the salon two days later for myself to at least get my toes corrected. The same woman who originally did them was irritated but said they would be fixed. During the correction she barely mentioned what my concern was abs said nothing to me. She felt that I didn’t need the color completely off because she knew was she was doing.We were treated like a number and a low spender. Very disappointed.

I was super excited checking this place out bc why not. But NOPE definitely don’t recommend this place. I won’t be coming back even thou she gave me a $5 credit. Not my actual cash. Only because I came back questioning myself why the prices I paid was extremely high for something simple. I sat in my car thinking this isn’t right at all. $50 wasted. The nail tech that did my nails doesn’t know how to communicate. I wanted acrylic and regular paint. But pretty sure she rang me up for a Gel. Overall I hate my nails, NOT $50 Worthy.

I wanted to get gel polish on my fingers for my birthday. I went in on Friday and was greeted by the receptionist. After she asked me why I was in, which was to just get gel polish on my fingers, she asked me three time about a pedicure. Each time I politely declined.I was taken back within five minutes while other customers, who had been waiting before I got there, were upset. I told the woman who was working with me that I just wanted gel polish on my fingers. She kept pushing for a gel manicure, and I kept declining; I didn’t have time for it. She kept adding stuff to my nails and hands: buffing the nails, using lotion and oil, four coats of gel polish. She kept telling me it was included.When she rang me up, she told me the price was $30. I said, $30 for just gel polish? No manicure?She was firm on her price. I was in a rush, so I left $10 as a tip. It didn’t seem that the gratuity was enough for her.It’s been fb it even a week since my gel polish and it’s chipping on both hands. I will not be back.

Very sloppy service! My first time going to this salon and definitely my last.. Nope, not worth my money at all. I paid $80 ($50 for the foot spa and $30 for the gel manicure). The nail technician was in a hurry. I did not feel relaxed the whole time. She was rubbing my legs and feet rapidly. :( not relaxing at all. The pedicure was horrible! My gel manicure was the worst Ive gotten my whole life. Maybe try to request a better nail technician not the girl I got today :( very disappointed!!!!!

I have been going to Deluxe a handful of times because my friend goes. I have not had the best experience. The staff are not the friendliest. I feel they rush me out the door. They have also been pretty rough on my hands if I move them. I tried to go back today hoping my experience would be different. It was not. No customer service at all. I will be going back to the nail shop in town center

I love that you can set up an appointment online which is the reason why I picked the salon. My first pedicure was so amazing, I came back to get a pedicure and manicure. Again amazing pedicure, manicure not so much. She offered a discount but at that point she had wasted an hour and that was the end result.

My nail tech was Jay. She was personable, professional, and easy going! Most importantly she SLAYED my nails! My husband and son came and got pedicures as well! They were both happy! The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff were all wonderful! Jadie did my feet and I plan on making this my permanent nail spot!

I honestly can’t speak on the whole salon but QUEENIE (Quyen) is the BEST eyelash and nail tech I’ve ever had! Her work is amazing! Every time I go to her I have an idea of what I want and she does even better than what I hoped for! Please go to her! I’m so picky and I get anxious going to salons because I want it to be right and I trust Queenie!

I went to get my nails done and was horrified with results, i can’t believe how disappointed and unhappy i am with the outcome.my nails are chipped, poorly done and nail technician was receptive.i asked for regular manicure and pedicure and she did gel. i shouldn’t have to pay her mistake, not only did she ruin my nails after taking off the gel right away 🤬🤬

I went in Saturday night around 5:30, I had made an appointment for a pedicure, once I arrived, I decided I also wanted a full set of nails. First I had my pedicure done, the pedicure itself was nice. However, the shaping and paint job is what I was disappointed in, I did not notice this problem until I got home. While my toes were drying, I went to the nail station. I was asked what shape I wanted and I said coffin, however, I wanted them shorter and I was not sure if that shape would look right on shorter nails. She told me that it would be fine, so she continued doing my nails. The shape of my nails does not look right, but the bigger problem is the streaking and bubbles on my nails. I feel like it was a rushed job. I ended up paying over 83 dollars for both and unfortunately was not pleased with either. The actually nail shop is very nice and the individuals who worked there seemed nice as well. However, due to my experience I am unsure if I would come back.

I have been a client since 2015. The technician that always took care of me was Holly. When I would see Holly she would chose my color and design and I was always happy. We became such good friends over the years. This morning I called to make an appointment with Holly and was given the heartbreaking news that she passed away. With Holly no longer being there I do not know if I will be going back because Holly appreciated long time clients and priced accordingly, also I don’t think I will receive the same service I received from Holly. She will be greatly missed

DO NOT RISK IT.MOLD GREW INSIDE MY MANICURE.I even tried filing it down to remove the mold and its so deep you can still see it. I was told I have to go to a hospital because Im out of town and the techs here wont touch them.Spent over $300 to get mani/pedis for my friends and I before an out of town wedding. Pedicures were okay but the manicures were a nightmare.One of my friends was so distraught at being physically yanked across the table by two women doing nail designs she didnt ask for and she left in tears. (She had to go to another salon to get them fixed.)My nails were lumpy but I wasnt going to worry about it because I didnt have time and they were passable...That is until THEY GREW MOLD INSIDE. The tech didnt properly apply the gold foil or seal the gel so mold began growingINSIDE THE GEL.The manager kept telling me I must have cracked my nail (Ive attached pictures of the disgusting nails as proof I did not crack them)I tried to get this resolved but not only was I spoken (yelled) over when I tried explaining my situation but I have yet to receive a call back. I was trying to get a refund for the two ruined manicures (not even a full refund, Im trying to be reasonable) and even have proof but was told they couldnt find my payment (even though I have the charge on my card, the location was confirmed, and photos of us there getting the pedicures done!!)This is ridiculous. I used to love going here but it was a nightmare and the last straw was trying to address these biohazard nails with terrible customer service.

Went here after meeting 2 people out & about suggest it plus my roommate has gone there for over 4 years. A beautiful place inside with LOTS of services & colors to choose from.

I paid $100 6 days ago for a pedicure, manicure and full set. The pedicure i got was the wrong one, when I asked her to do the ones with stones, the stones she used were so hot they burned me. My manicure was a cuticle trim and thats it, no massage, nothing. The acrylics I had done, 4 have fallen off so easy it felt like they werent even attached. All the others have polish damage or are chipping or edges are peeling. Im super disappointed and would like a full refund. I would rather take emy money to get something thats worth $100

Its usually great, but this last time was horrible. The person I booked with quit and no one told me. I waited over 30 min until she actually came in to retrieve her things and left. She did find someone to replace her, but my nails are horrible. By the time I got home a top layer had peeled off of 4 nails. I live 30 min away so going back in a timely manner wasnt an option. I did call a spoke with someone, but didnt get a satisfactory outcome...only an apology.

I love this place because of the talent and skills of the majority of the nail techs but also for the amazing ambiance. Cynthia is amazing! The only setback is because the place is so large and beautiful and popular, if you dont have an appointment theres a good wait. I know this is typical of most nail skins, but sometimes my nail visits are spontaneous and not planned out lol ... so I guess thats more of a personal problem but thats my reason for 4 stars instead of 5 & Im sticking to it lol ... Definitely try this place out! Youll love it because every other female in Virginia Beach evidently does too.

Two weeks ago, my mom and I came in first thing in the morning on a Friday right around opening time. We both got pedicures and I was doing a gel manicure and my mom wanted to do a regular manicure. My pedicure was ok, but my moms was not. The woman (Natalie) doing her feet kept insisting that my mom needed gel polish for her manicure. My mom told her no repeatedly and the woman kept arguing with my mom. Her pedicure started 10 minutes after mine, but finished 5 minutes before. They did not take care of her and pushed her out the door as soon as she could. Natalie even walked away and answered the store phone in the middle of my moms service. We will not be coming back.

If you can get past them being rude and short with you…. They do great nails! Lol. You just won’t get the best customer service but you’ll have pretty nails and toes.

The salon is beautiful, very relaxing environment and everyone is very professional. The prices are also very fair. Kim is so sweet and extremely talented. She pays attention to the little details and does an amazing job every single time I go in. I come in there sometimes and show her pictures of a nail design I found online and she matches it perfectly everytime. She takes her time filing/shaping so it always looks amazing and is even. My nails never chip, crack, break, or peel. And if youve had a bad experience there, please try again one more time but ASK FOR KIM! Youll never want to go anywhere else after you see her (:

Made appointment online for a pedicure and was seated very quickly after I arrived and chose my nail polish. I received the Milk and Honey pedi from Lucy and was very satisfied with the work. She was very kind and not rough when doing the pedicure which I am thankful for. She took her time with the treatment and painted my toes well. I will definitely be going back to her again!

Deluxe Nails and Spa is a bit more of a higher end Vietnamese owned nail salon. They have the capacity to cater to a lot of customers due to the size of the salon with over 25 pedicure chairs and nail tables. My review is based on my years of experience coming here pre and post pandemic.They offer appointments however, they dont really grant the appointments and treat each person as walk-in. I could be wrong and that they just dont manage appointments very well.I dont usually like to go get my nails done as I do them myself but when I am in a time crunch or have nail dates with friends, I usually come here. I have been coming here for my manicures and pedicures for years.Customer service is ok. The front desk receptionist are usually high school age girls who have yet to learn customer service skills. The owners or managers never seem super pleasant or welcoming. I assume the ones running around managing things are the owners or managers. The nail technicians are a hit and miss but for the most part they are nice. I never seem to have the same nail technician ever.The salon seems to focus on quantity and how to get clients to purchase more services instead of quality. I have never been 100% happy with my manicures and pedicures after the services.This salon has a great opportunity to excel and be one of the best if they improved on customer service and quality.

They took me in right away. I guess theyre normally busy but I got lucky. Cynthia fixed my SNS nail, which had broken. She was awesome. She took the time to try to help me figure out my color since I had gotten my nails done elsewhere. She was very warm, patient, and friendly. I will definitely come back to see her. The ambiance of the place was nice too!

I’ve gone to this place on 3 different occasions with hopes that maybe next time they’d do better. But I’m always disappointed with the service. This last time I went for a pedicure, they were quick in getting me started and didn’t have to wait to long which was great because I was catching a flight that night. On day three of my vacation the polish on my toes had been chipped. I was highly disappointed with the job that was completed and again this is the third time I’ve received subpar work. Will not give this place another try.

I have used this place many times and I have to say it really depends on which employee you get. I have loved them and not loved them but today was the absolute worst. Make sure you don’t get “West”. She did not cut back my cuticles so the gel started in front of them. My nails already look like they have grown out and need to be redone. I spent $90 and I feel ripped off. So beware of who you get.

2 stars only bc the salon was clean and spacious. My nail tech was running behind, aggressive, talked all around me except to me, cut my cuticles enough to bleedand burn and told me to it was my fault for moving?, coffin nail shape is poor, little to no communication. 01/13/19First and Last time! I literally came in for the simplest design. “Lee Lee” did my set and was unable to do anything I asked. I kept asking for how much this was going to cost and nothing. Despite the fact that I told her no design she kept insisting on trying different designs so she could keep the up sale. I kept vocalizing my dissatisfaction but she kept going. I was charged for a manicure which she didn’t do and the language barrier is insane! I was also charged extra for a short stiletto nail which I was even angrier about. That was never mentioned and I’ve never been charged at other shops for the same shape I’ve been getting for years. They told me to come back to fix it but I literally do not have the time between a one year old,school, and work so this was supposed to be “my time”. Grand total 107.00 Mai did my pedicure which wasn’t bad but again for the price I paid I did not receive anything that I asked for and I went with all the upgrades they threw at me.UPDATED REVIEW: 01/19/19 After my first unpleasant visit last week I came back in today for Lye Lye and Mai to fix the things that were wrong. They both were very pleasant and rectified the situation at hand. The receptionist, which I didn’t get her name, was pleasant and very accommodating as well. Mai did my toes and is very talented with the designs and Lye Lye did my nails which came out exactly as I imagined so thank you both. I always tip for a job well done because I too work in the service industry so I know it feels good to be recognized for the hard work being done. They both declined but I insisted. I was given a gift card for my next visit in exchange for an updated review and I want this to remain as honest as possible. I understand this is a business and they want glowing reviews to attract loyal customers so I am very thankful that the manager took the time to make sure that the second time around was worth it.

I went here based on a friends recommendation and they did not disappoint. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The staff was clean and friendly and did a great job on both my hands and feet and I wasn’t in there all day. I did make an appointment so I’m sure that helped. I will definitely come back again.

I needed a nail repair and the woman with long hair upfront was EXTREMELY rude to me for not remembering my nail tech. This is after SHE was mad a different customer was upset they’d been waiting 30 minutes and no one was there. Usually I have a pleasant experience but whoever they have there today needs to be doing something BESIDES running the front. Never recommending them again.

Pros: The salon is very large and has more than 25 stations. The technicians are really pleasant and provide great service.Cons: As with many salons the tools arent pre packaged. You have to ask the technician to sanitize them.

I recently moved to the area and wanted to find a new nail salon. I walked in about 9:00am on a Saturday and I knew it would be busy due to it being a Saturday. I stood for about 5 minutes and no one greeted me. It was a few people picking out colors and more people came while I was waiting. I then see a lady sign in at the kiosk so I do the same because I thought that’s why I had to do because again no one said anything to me. More people start to come in. A older lady come from behind the counter and ask a few people that were picking out colors have they been helped and proceeds to find techs to help them. She then walk pass me and ask the people that came in after me did they need help. I’m like ok maybe I’m invisible. So i continue to wait to be helped. Another African American woman as my self is picking out a color and I realize the lady didn’t ask if she needed help either. A couple come in and was standing. The lady walks to them and ask how can she help them... at this point I was thinking I know this not happening. I went to the other African American woman and asked were you greeted or offered assistance and she stated NO!!! She thought she was the only one noticing it and was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. At this point I didn’t want to be the angry black woman and confront the lady so I left. Never thought I would ever experience this. Very sad. Very horrible experience

Great service and value! The technicians dont push upsale, too much ( I did opt for get Pedi), and they do an excellent job of ensuring the customer is getting what they want.

I went in for a dip powder and dip removal. I have never gotten in and out from a nail salon in 40 minutes when I have both. He picked off with the dip that was on my nail when I arrived. I dont know much about nails but Ive always been told that is extremely damaging for your nails. She then took out a drill and sand it all the way down to my nail bed. She put put acetone on my nails and was able to take it off 2 minutes after she had wrap my fingers up. She then cut my nails down so short. I said I wanted them trimmed out in a little bit but she just took away my whole nail and then proceeded to stand up and walk away. Someone next to me was also getting a dip. She didnt have a removable but sat down a minute after I did and was still sitting there when I left. I work with paints and its hard to get all the paint underneath my nails and normally they will clean underneath my nails. She did not and then proceeded to pick at some of the dry paint until I bled. I have top coat and dip all over my hand. I understand that she was trying to get out of there but if you couldnt take me and do my nails correctly then you should have never have done my nails. My nails feel extremely weak because of how much she jacked up my nails in 40 minutes. She asked me towards the end how I like my nails and I said that they were all right in a very upset tone. She laughed about it and I never felt more insulted. Even when I was sitting in her chair she would get up to go talk to other people and I did not feel like getting my nails jacked up was worth the $35 that I spent.

Tammy is AMAZING! I live on the Eastern Shore and drive an hour and a half just to go to this salon! Tammy took the time to really make my nails look great! She had her own salon and believe thats you should take your time with each client and make sure they love their results and not just do their nails quickly to make some money. She suggested a new way to do my nails and I absolutely love them! You should really try this place out and ask for Tammy.

This salon is very clean and organized. That is the only good thing about this salon. I have gone here a few different times. Each time I have had an issue with their staff listening to my needs. The latest time I went in to get a pedicure. I told the staff to leave one of my big toes alone. I had it removed and it was growing back in. I told them that I did not want anything done to the toe. The proceeded not to listen to and kept on messing with my toe. I suggest going somewhere else if you want to pay for overpriced mediocrity.

I enjoyed my first time visit there. The associates were kind and professional, this will be my go to spa from now on. Lisa attend to me she was awesome. Thank you deluxe spa.

I went in for a simple full set with color pinstripe around the nail. Not only do my acrylics look like they were placed by a 5 year old. The pinstripe in BEYOND off. I will NEVER go there again. $50 wasted. Almost like the girl they sent me too only knows one thing. Smh. And she rushed

Usually I love this nail salon. They do a great job. But I went in today for a gel fill in for my nails. I had one nail that fell off and the rest were fine. She immediately told me to sit down and didn’t even give me any time to pick my color. She started cutting my nails, although I was fine with the length they were. She then took off two more of my nails and put a whole new set for those nails. Anyhow, my total came out to $40. for a FILL IN. She charged me to cut down my nails which she didn’t even ask if I wanted them shorter. Then charged me $4 for each of the nails she took off and replaced. I’m disappointed now because I need to find a new nail salon.

Every pedi I’ve gotten here has been great but both gel mani and acrylics turned out below average. The acrylics were applied sloppily, shaped uneven, cuticles were untouched and cut multiple times.

5 stars all the way! Friendly and helpful staff. The pedicure with Cindy was amazing! The salon is relaxing and beautiful and clean. Tons of pedicure options. I will definitely be back!

She gave the most wonderful foot and leg massage and spent 2x the amount of time on me! She is so professional and thorough! My feet and hands felt and looked amazing! This salon is very fortunate to have an employee who cares about clients the way she does! I Will definitely keep coming back as long as Mai is here!

I was really disappointed with my service this morning.My nail tech was very pushy and I had to tell her NO 3 times that I only wanted regular polish on my toes and not gel. She kept arguing “but gel so much better”Then she smuged my toe with her glove and instead of re doing it she just filled in the spot so it looked patchy. We went over to the nail station and twice she stepped on my toes with her foot and just laughed....like what?? My nails have bubbles in them and one has already chipped. Ugh. I guess I will have to keep looking for a new salon

I went on Sunday. I have naturally long nails. I asked for a manicure and for them to be rounded, but not cut. The lady filed all of my nail off before I could even say anything. Every nail was uneven and they were a super square shape. She went to put polish on and I asked her to please make them all the same length and round them out. She touched one nail and asked if that was better (she didn’t even do anything). At this point I was very frustrated and just looked at her. She stands up and loudly says I can’t do your nails. Another lady comes over and asks what the issue is. I told her and she said she would give me a discount and someone else would do them. I’m in tears at this point because I’m embarrassed and I was getting my nails done for engagement pictures. The second lady offered to give me fake nails to make up for the First Lady. I gladly accepted. These nails are so long and I told her they were too long and she told me they would look better for pictures. I walked out in tears. I’ve been here many times and it’s always been great, but it was just awful this time. And today whileJust picking up something a nail broke. I did go back today and they fixed it for free, but they are all so thin, I think they will all break. I’m beyond disappointed how it was handled and how I was treated. I will not be returning and will no longer recommend.

Ive had 2 pedicures here and they are always great! The staff is super friendly and fun to converse with. I really enjoy their scrub options (my favorite is the java). Ive never felt uncomfortable here and Ive never had any cleanliness concerns or issues with the current social distancing/mask wearing.

I went last week for a new set of nails and am very disappointed.For starters I had an appointment @ 1pm. I was placed at a station and waited for 20mins for the nail tech.Over an hour later the acrylic was down in my cuticles, one hand was longer then the other, some were flat and some were thick, they were not smooth and on top of that my polish started peeling the following day. Just terrible now i have to spend more money and have someone fix them.

Let me just start out saying that this is an amazing nail shop. Theres never a wait time when I go in which is a plus. The atmosphere is so calming, I feel completely relaxed. My nails always turn out beautifully. I sometimes bring my two young daughters as well, and they love it, so it is kid friendly. The staff is always so polite. Ill definitely keep coming back.

Kim is always in a hurry and rushes. If you ask her to do anything she will huff and roll her eyes. She prefers manicures to take 20 minutes. Unrealistic

Ive been a customer at this nail salon for several years now but the service has degraded significantly my last few visits! Nail technicians rushing through the nail process and doing sloppy work. I had a 9AM appointment that I arrived a couple minutes early to only to find a line on the inside. No one was able to start my nails until 9:20. I also had a 9:45 pedicure appointment but because no one was available to start my nails on time my appointment was given to another customer. Absolutely unfair and unacceptable! What is the purpose of scheduling appointments if they are going to be given away? As a new mom I am only afforded a limited amount of time for self care activities and to have that time wasted is truly upsetting! Needless to say I will be finding a new salon.

Came on Thursday sat and waited and the owner tells me 10 minutes more then that time passed and I got up told her I had to leave and she said you want to make appointment for tomorrow I said yes at 2:30pm the said ok see you then got here before 2:30 and still was not seen people came in and got taken back before me this is not the first time but most definitely will be the last service is horrible never again and my daughter and I both were coming here

My hubby and I went to this location for the very first time for pedicures. It was a Saturday afternoon so they was busy ofcourse. Parking wasnt the best the parking lot was packed but again it was a Saturday. When we walked in we wasnt greated no smiles. But the inside is absolutely beautiful, chandeliers, gold, crown molding, just really nice and spacious. But once again there were busy. I WAS SURPRISED OF THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE IN THIS PLACE ALL AT ONCE 😷. We waited to get checked-in with this being out first time we didnt know how the process was. So after a 3 minutes an older lady speaks and says hi what would you like 😑 so I responded hello we are both here for the first time and we want to get pedicures. She asked did we have an appt with anyone? I responded, no I wasnt aware we needed an appt. She then said, no we accept walkins... ok great. She then starts speaking to a younger lady in a different language. 😑 and we are just standing there like....☻... so then you younger woman just started talking to us and says sign in on the tablet and points to the direction of where they are located🤔. At this point Im ready to just turn around and walk away. Im really big on customer service. And this was not a good first impression at all. So now my face is bald up and I have have a attitude. This is suppose to be a place were I come to unwind with my love and spend some quality time and do something different together. And this wasnt what I expected at all. My hubby was feeling the same and thats rare for him. I continued to sign in on the tablet. when I finished we was just standing there☻ cause once again we didnt know what to do! So I saw 3 chairs by the door and we assumed we should go sit and we did. As we sat and waited I noticed there was no hand sanitizer stations but they had hundreds of mask for sell. All employees were mask some double masked. And I didnt see the employees clean off the tablets that every customers touches to check in. Or wipe off the debt card machines. I go back to the front desk and I tell the young lady hey sorry to bother i know you all are busy but this is out first time here and nothing was explained to me as far as the process. Are we suppose to wait over here? She said yes. I asked so you guys have different kinds of pedicures to choose from she said yes when they call us back they would give us a menu to choose from. Ok great how long would it be before then? Itll be about 10 mins. Ok cool thank you. About 5 mins later someone calls us and brings us to our pedicure stations and shes leaves. so we prepared ourself roll our pants legs up take out socks and shoes off then we sit and wait for about 15mins.😑 Im like bruhhhhh this cant be happening right now. 😒 then finally a lady comes up and just starts running water for us and ask what kind of pedicure we want? (Pulse) So we waited 15 mins after being told we would be given a menu to select what we want. This never happened! So Im looking at the lady (because people at this place dont introduce themselves) and Im reframing myself from acting out my true frustration. (Simply because I dont wont to be the angry black woman So, in a very stern voice I reply THIS IS OUR FIRST TIME HERE WE DONT KNOW WHAT YALL HAVE. WHAT TYPE OF PEDICURES DO U HAVE? She said ok Ill get a menu she goes and pick up ONE! menu that clearly have about 15 selections with very descriptive paragraphs for each selection. And then immediately ok which one. (Oh ok now u trying to rush us!) I just look at her and she say ok Ill give you 5 minutes and then u gotta choose! I said WHAT THE HELL! She then said ohhhh no no I kidding and she smiling and starts laughing. After seeing her laugh i was like ok whooosaaahh. She helped us seclect our choice which was very comforting. Let me tell yall her personality changed my whole mood! She was up lifting talkative and friendly it made us stay! I was a little disappointed when she did my husbands feet and not mine lol. She was very detailed and took her time. Nhi was her name. 🙂

The salon alone is beautiful, clean and overall a great atmosphere & the staff is friendly for the most part. However, they’re not good with designs & freestyle ideas. I always show a picture before getting serviced to make the sure the technician is able to do it the way I like & they always agree but this is the third time that they decided to do it their own way & my nails look HORRIBLE, my “gel polish” smeared & the rhinestones fell of within 2 days I was in the chair for 2.5 hours and just wanted to get out of there! I would say every time I get basic “pink and white ombré” I’m always satisfied. I guess if your looking for anything particular then I suggest choosing elsewhere.

I have never left a bad review anywhere. I will start there, also I’ve only gotten my nails done only a few times and usually it’s not much just a paint nothing special. Because I’m on a budget I paid $30 for this. But this time I went all out and got a full manicure. The lady that worded on me was nice, but too fast. And when I told her to please fix one nail that (she has filed down too far) she ignored it. Then when I was done, I was still now satisfied with more then one nail. So I got up the nerve to confront the Manager and it he so happy to help me to it fixed. But when I told the lady she got mad and very impatient and told me (my nail was crooked that’s why it looks the way it did) after she was the one how filed it to far down because he was working to fast. So she was overcompensating for her mistake. I told her nicely to redo the one more than once, then she consult with another coworker and they both told me my nail was fine. I will never go there again and don’t recommend this place. If you want more customers or reoccurring customers fix the problem that you created mind you I was kind and said thank you the whole time. I hope you all can hear and make these changes! Thank you.

I went there to get my nails done about a month ago and i really liked them but the other day when i went to go get them off the lady literally pried my nails off with a nail tip. it hurt so bad and left my nails looking ugly. also while she was doing that somebody came up to her and started showing her videos and wasn’t even doing my nails. so sadly i won’t be going back.

Ok, let me start by saying Im a 64 dude with old size 15 feet. I was treating my daughter to a pedicure, and was along for the ride, so I figured why not give it a go! I had no idea how involved the process was! My feet were soaked, nails clipped and cuticles picked, prodded and scrapped. Then she brought out the cheese grater and went to town. I was lubbed up, massaged with hot rocks, and had a chair massage my back. The staff was incredibly talented and fun, and my feet have never been happier! I kind of expected them to run screaming at the sight of my dogs, but they were welcoming and accepting of my laughter from tickled feet. Highly recommend them!

This salon did not obey by covid restrictions. Along with that, the women doing my nails was on her phone a good deal and made me bleed on 3 of my nails. My nails are crooked and not close to the shape I asked for. I asked for regular polish and was given gel and was still expected to pay for the more expensive polish. I asked for a refund for at least the polish and was yelled at by multiple employees.

Ive been going to Deluxe Nails for YEARS! They are a very busy salon, with good reason. Try to go on Monday/ Tuesday/Wednesday for a more relaxing experience. Weekends are always busy but efficient. They take walk-ins but make an appointment please. They have a huge selection of polish and do all services from basic manicures and pedicures, to gel, acrylic and more, always updating to the newest options. They also do waxing. There are discounts when you select more than one service. Give them a try! Find a technician you like and make this your salon! Its a family-owned business with the same owners since the beginning and many of the same technicians longterm.

Good nail service, but whoever answers the phone these days are extremely unprofessional. Makes you not want to come in.

Kim did an SNS (dipping) manicure for me and I love my nails! She was professional, friendly and is very talented. Will definitely be back!

I would like to say this is the best nail shop I have ever encountered. I’m not sure which part is the best: relaxing music, beautiful ambiance, or gentleness. From the time you walk in you feel welcomed. They are so professional. Customer service is up to par. They have excessed my expectations. I never let anyone wax my eyebrows except the person that started to do them. I was just too scared to get my eyebrows done by someone else. I tried them because they were so perfect with my toes. They were perfect with my eyebrows too. I like it here. Consider me a long term customer.

I am a frequent customer at deluxe nails and spa and have been going for about a year now. The first few times i went everything went well and my acrylic nails were perfect. I always tell my friends about deluxe nails and spa and they go there too. The last times I went, I was not satisfied. First off, every time i went, I felt like the nail techs were rushing and not very friendly. My nails started to turn out crooked and poorly done. The last time I went, I took my friend there to get acrylics done and she was satisfied with them. Until a few days later when her acrylic nail broke off after only having them for not even a week. So we went and got the nail fixed and while she was getting it fixed the nail tech was on her phone the whole time. As someone who works in customer service, this is not professional. She had us sitting there waiting for her to get off her phone to fix the nail. Then she rushed to get the nail done. We were not pleased with that experience. After our visit, another one of her nails snapped off after applying little pressure on it. As a frequent customer, I am not pleased by the quality and the customer service and will not be returning.

Very very very disappointed with the service. This was my first time at this place and did not go very well. The lady natalie did my pedicure and was not professional at all. She was very very rude to me. Every time she needed to take some off my nails or feet, she said there is an extra charge for that.she didn’t performed the pedicure fully like putting hot towel on like 5 seconds. She pushed me a lot to extra services when I completely said no her the first time. Will never come back at this place and won’t recommend anybody to do so. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

My daughter and I enjoyed our Mommy Daughter morning. Both Techs Kim and Alisa were awesome. The salon was very clean and relaxing.

Cathi and Tammy gave my husband and myself the gold pedicures. It was a pleasant experience, and I will most likely make this nail salon my home salon. I definitely recommend this place for pedicures!!

I haven’t been to the salon since the pandemic shut down. I had a wonderful experience. It was relaxing, very clean and they gave me an excellent manicure and pedicure. I would return again and have Lucy! Good job and glad the Salon is back in. Business!!!

So I am not a regular at any nail salon. I like to go now and then just to get prettied up. Today was my first visit and will be my last. Classic pedi - pretty sure she forgot I had 3 feet for a minute there. She used what resembled a scrubber sponge on the bottom of my feet. One was okish, I had to come home and finish the other foot. Classic mani, she didnt ask if I wanted rounded or square so before I noticed one hand was square. And not like filed square but cut square and thats it. I have little jagged points I will now have to file down. Eyebrows - easy right? Nope. She used the wax in the middle, above and under the brows. But she didnt finish with the plucking part. You know, the cleanup part. So I also have to pluck the stragglers at the ends and middle. Not sure what happened but wow.

Extremely clean, every employee wore masks, and for now appointments only allowed in, I had a group of 5 family/friends. We were all ever pleased and put together for Pedicures but spread out for nails. Very happy

I got my toes done and it went very well. She did my toes wonderfully and I enjoyed the spa. My nails however were unbelievably horrible. They were done very sloppy and she put too much powder. They were uneven and not smoothed out. The nails are very thick and look unnatural. When she was drilling them down she constantly drilled against my skin leaving my fingers raw around my nails. I paid $40 dollars for a horrible job. I will never be coming back there.

The shop is clean and the people are nice however I was very unhappy with the service I received. My manicure and pedicure were both rushed and not as crisp as I would have liked. When I left, the lady who did the work cashed me out and flat out asked me for a tip after she told me the total. I declined because I didn’t feel her service warranted a tip. She angrily walked away leaving me standing at the counter. When I checked my bank statement an extra $5.00 was added to the total, different from the receipt I signed. I was the only black woman in the shop and feel that my race played a huge part in the treatment I received. I will NOT be returning.

It was a great experience

At first glance it’s a pretty good nail salon decorated classy and they provide water w/fruit but beyond that I have an issue I have been here about 3 xs spaced out with slightly different experiences because now days unlike in the past I mainly only get my nails done if I am tired of looking at my naturals but I pay attention when I’m here and I feel like they have a lot of inexperienced manicurists with a few better ones sprinkled in it almost reminds me of a beauty college experience, manicurists in training for example the one I got the other day I could tell right out the gate from my years of getting nails done was not that proficient her nail shaping was horrid I said I would like square round and narrow and in her head she heard square and boxy really ??? who wants that ?? anyhow manicurists that complete the job shape the nail around the cuticle line so it looks more natural she didn’t do that and even over polished my entire nail and even my skin ( yes I left with polish on my skin ) granted she was pleasant until one expresses discontent then they show frustration pretty quick and expect you to be happy with a quick so called fix and it doesn’t help only a few understand and speak English clear that adds an additional hurdle but yea to conclude left there with the type of nails I wanted to avoid and $40 short thinking of just paying extra to get them removed 😕I’m surprised they have a 4 rating Id guess more around a 3 I’m thinking people are not being honest enough
