Cute nails but got glue all on my fingers

Been coming here for 15 years. Lin is the best. I would recommend calling for an appointment. They do tend to get busy. Love them.

Literally just walked out after waitin 1 hour for the lady to finish with one customer. I asked her when I walked in how long it would be and she stated not long. Soon as she was done doing the customers nails she did her brows then proceeded to get her prep to do her pedicure. Honestly how long am I supposed to sit and wait? Atleast let your customers know upfront how long the wait will be and let me decide for myself.

Took the time and gave me ana awesome manicure, she massages so so good. I will be back!!

This is my first review ever. I went in with a picture and they did exactly what I wanted! I had a milky French manicure done with gel. The man that did my nails cleaned up around the edges between each coat, which no one has ever done! He took his time. Great experience. I highly recommend this place!

Really fantastic prices for wonderful work! I got acrylics removed and shellac nails in 30 minutes, plus the shellac was done really well! Highly recommend Peony nails if youre looking for great price, great quality and fantastic time management

BEWARE. Unsanitary techniques, cheap products, and quick to argue/ignore the customers requests. Its a recipe for infection and a manicure that you will not like. And, unfortunately, it will not last. My gel polish began peeling within 24 hours. I will NEVER return. I suggest you never go. Try another salon.

Ive had mixed experiences when Ive been here. The prices were good but sometimes the finished product was not. I wouldnt go here if I was going to a special occasion and needed my nails to look really good but if I wanted a simple manicure I would go to this place.

This guy hands down best @ doing nails!!! They never lift and he will shape them anyway. Always takes his time! Service here is always great & they will never turn people away. If theyre 5 min from closing they will still take you! Amazing people!

NOT a good experience! My mom and I went for the first time this weekend and it was just all around awful.First, the water they were running for our pedicures was cold, which we informed the girl about and she kinda fixed my moms but mine never got warm. We had called ahead and they were expecting both of us, but only started on my while my mom proceeded to wait another 30 minutes. Instead of doing my manicure over at a table, the girl starts with my manicure as I say in the pedicure chair. Nothing to rest my hands on or anything, I was just balancing as she switched back and forth. Then when it was time for my pedicure not only was the “massage” part anything but pleasant, but there was no guidance as to what she wanted me to do and it was awfully rushed. She was saying while doing it how she needed to take her kids to get dinner... which were by the way running around the store being loud and obnoxious.Finally they started on my mom. In order to try to get her done around the same time as me the guy was working on her feet as another lady did her hands. Apparently the girl doing me “didn’t want to do my mom because she’s older so it would be more work to remove calluses and things.” I thought that was incredibly unprofessional to say.When I’m done, the girl doing me just gets up and walks away. No instruction no telling me to sit by the dryers. Nothing. So I walk over there myself and to my surprise get blown with COLD air to “dry” my toes. Then the girl proceeds to LEAVE THE STORE WITH HER KIDS. No thank you. No goodbye. Nothing.My mom got finished and came and sat to “dry” her nails with me. Which was when I noticed my manicure was sooo uneven. I had to re-file them all when I got home. So mad and such a waste of time.We’re both happy with our toes but the process and terrible customer service was not worth it. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

I always have had a great experience. Compared to others in the area, their Shellac with french manicure is long-lasting and yet inexpensive. I have been to others that the place looks better, but the work was sloppy. I now just go to them.Peony nails.

They did a great job..they were really busy but they still got the job done they repaired one of my nails and it look just like the others..this is the best nail salon I have ever been to

I had Lee do an ombré pink and white nail today and I love them!!! He did such a good job. A lot of other shops refused to try but he knew exactly what to do and they look perfect!! I will totally be back to see him in 2 weeks! He actually took the time to remove my stubborn cuticles, and shape each nail perfectly so that they all match! Cant say how happy this made me!! Thank you Lee!!!

This is not a place I would recommend by any means. I stopped by on a Monday evening around 6:30 which I believe is about an hour before closing. There were two ladies doing nails. It took them a few minutes to greet me, until the one who was doing a girl’s nails asked me what I wanted done. I told her what I wanted and she said “Okay”. She didn’t offer me to pick out a color so I had to ask her where the colored tips were and if I could go ahead and get a color. Both ladies in there seemed preoccupied and I didn’t think they would be able to get to me in a decent amount of time. Finally, the lady told me to sit in a chair behind her and that she would be with me in a moment. I waited for about 30 minutes for her to finish up the previous customer. I also informed her that I already had acrylic on my nails and thought either she or the other lady would start by putting foil on them to soften while I waited. I continued to sit in the chair and watch as the second lady (who did the pedicures) proceeded to start counting cash at her desk. This confused me as I kept waiting for someone to put foil on my nails to speed up the process. When she finally started wrapping up her other customer, I thought she was going to start on me, then she proceeds to get on the telephone and start yelling in another language to someone on the other line. I started to get up and walk out, but she quickly hangs up the phone and said she would get to me in another minute.I was starting to get irritated at this point and told her if they didn’t have time to get to me then I could just leave. She said it was fine and went back to finishing up with the other customer. When she finally started working on my nails, she didn’t soak them to get them off, but much to my discomfort began peeling the acrylic off by digging a nail tip in between the acrylic and my actual nails – which was not pleasant to say the least. She also did not ask me how I wanted them shaped and when I asked her to make them round she still made them square. I also had to have her re-file them several times because she kept making them slanted. It took about 45 minutes for me to finally get done with my nails, then she sends me over to get my pedicure.When she turned the water on, I had to tell her twice that the water was cold before she finally came over and adjusted the temperature. When the pedicurist finally got to my feet, she did a decent job, but it took FOREVER! About half way through the pedicure, she walks outside to meet the other woman and is gone for like 30 minutes! By this time it’s almost 9’o clock at night (I got there at 6:30). I finally had to get up from my seat barefoot, and walk to the window to see what was going on. The other woman came back in and I asked her where the pedicurist had gone. She said she would be right back but was just moving food from her car. Not having much of choice, I sat back down and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes or so for the lady to come back and finish my feet. I am pissed at this point. When she finally came back, she proceeded to put a random color on my feet that I didn’t ask for (I asked her to get a color to match my nails but she just chose a random color instead). All in all, it was about 9:30 by the time I got out of there. If you want your nails done properly and with good customer service don’t go here. I don’t normally write bad reviews but this was just the WORST.

I keep giving it a try because the nails last but they are so unprofessional. I often find myself sitting around waiting for over 30 mins (like currently) with no acknowledgement. If she has an appointment she’s waiting on, she will just leave you & watch movies on her phone rather than saying “i am waiting on an appointment or it’ll be 20 mins.” This will be my last try, ridiculous.

Always polite and quick. They also remember most of their clients which is impressive. I love the relaxing and professional atmosphere of this salon!

I wish I could give this place a review on there work but I didnt stay there that long to let them touch my nails. I call and asked for an appointment for 1:30 I get there on time and pick my color them I proceed to wait for 45 minutes! I finally get put at a table thinking my nails will get started but nope they seat 3 ppl for pedicures and start handling them. And still no one pays me any attention so I walked out. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Whats the point of taking an appointment if u not even gonna follow it what a waste of time.

They did really bad and didnt soak my nails when they took off the gel, and when i told them something was messed up they told me no and that my nails were done and they looked very bad

To long of a wait couldnt even get all the services I want because one person knew how to do one thing and when it was time for me to get my eyebrows she left and my fingers nails wad horribly shape and the color horrendous never again when I say black I mean black not eggplant purple
