Not only did she do a great job but the entire staff went above and beyond to get my full set and pedicure done in a timely manner while being busy and handling appointments. I was a walk-in on today. I normally do not leave reviews, but I had to rave on Ms. Rosemary today! Quiet, but deadly should be her nickname because she packed a punch! When I say she brought my feet back to life!!! She put the TLC in tender love and care! I left completely satisfied. They did not try to upsale me and try to force gel polish on me. The quality of the experience exceeded the cost. The gentleman that painted my toes was very passionate about his craft as well! He did his best trying to smooth out my bumpy big toe that was damaged by acrylic from a different technician. I will be coming back!

Every single nail tech at this salon will carefully place the tips on your nails so they are professionally done and not crooked.. the powder that they use is not cheap therefore the nail does not break in the last for 3 weeks before it needing a fill (for my daily wear and tear). All CDC guidelines in relevance to COVID-19 were adhered to especially the limitations on people and that was very comforting. From the time I arrived to the time I left I felt like I was at home hanging out with family! Everyone was very professional and hospitable. One of the beat hidden treasures in the Hampton Roads - VA Beach area. I travel from DC to get my mani and pedi since moving north 6 years ago. The staff makes you feel like family. The quality of work and creativity are awesome. They don’t rush you or cut corners. I sometimes have to go 3 weeks before I can get back to VB, but the nails last! I specifically chose this place because 4.8 star reviews...and I was so disappointed. I sat in the pedicure chair for over an hour before I got seen, then had only a semi decent pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was not thorough....so bad that she had to get someone else to paint my nails. I came in with hopes of getting a pedicure and a full set, but being in a place for 2 hours and watching people who came in after me, get seen and leave before me put a terrible taste in my mouth. I wasnt able to get my nails done and left with a mediocre pedicure.

I just got engaged and obviously needed my nails done. They were a mess. Nancy took me as a walk in, close to closing time, and did an AMAZING job. I love them! ♥️

I love this nail salon! My family and I moved here from another city, before then only one person had done my eyebrows to my satisfactory my entire life. Nancy does my eyebrows now because she does them perfectly to fit my face and not too thin. Also, my fiancé and kids often come with me and have pedicures and manicures, the staff is always friendly and welcoming and we always leave happy!

She did ombré nails and she made them as short as I like which is difficult. I Amman happy with how they turned out and she really tried hard to make mine and my stepdaughters nails perfect.
