Great service !! But I must say my nails chipped after 1 week. I did return for them to get fixed and the owner was able to accommodate me with a smile. 💅🏾

Had an appointment with the owner & when I arrived, there were ladies in the same time slot as me. I was a very disappointed because I read nothing but great reviews. I was excited to support a brown business owner & when I got there, my expectations was shot completely down. If I had known the owner, who I made my appointment with had multiple people in my time slot, I would have gone elsewhere. It was very tacky & unprofessional. I came to relax, get my nails done, & support brown business...but was let down. Hope you’ll have a better experience than I did. The young lady who did my nails did a great job.

I will not go anywhere else from now on.Update:I absolutely loved my first visit, but was a little unsure if my second visit would be the same. I was blown away once again at the level of customer service, care, and attention to detail. This place is wonderful.

I went here a couple weeks ago to get me nails done and loved the outcome. The staff is very friendly. We had an awesome conversation while I was there. They had good music playing as well. The outcome was awesome and the price was fantastic! I plan on going back today to get my nails done again :) I highly recommend them!

The staff was friendly but I definitely was dissatisfied with some things. Some things i didnt like were : the place is kind of small but ok, wires were hanging from the ceiling, no soap to wash your hands in the bathroom and the music was blasting in there. I wanted a hot stone pedicure and the young lady said they didnt have any more hot stones. Ok, so I got the honey scrub pedicure. The part that really made me mad was when it was time for me to dip my feet in the paraffin wax and they wanted me to dip my feet in the machine where they heated the wax instead of putting the wax in a bag then putting my feet in that bag. Now, the gel polish is coming off one of my nails. Its not supposed to lift up like that. Im not going back there but I do wish them all success.
