I got a fill-in at this nail shop due to my nail shop being busy, to start off the man asked if I wanted my nails cut down, I replied, just a little... he cuts down my nail completely to the nail bed, that was strike one. After, he polished, the polish turned out way brighter than what I was shown and repeatedly expressed my dislike to my nails but yet he wouldn’t let me change it. Then after he was done the polish was very bulky and messy around my nails, i then asked the woman to have the color changed due to the polish being terrible, she then told me that I could not get them fixed unless I paid another 15 dollars. I then told her I would not be returning to their nail shop because its called “Customer Satisfaction” and she cared nothing about it. Terrible service and I am over it. If you want good quality nails I don’t recommend you go there at all! If I could give zero stars I would!

Great Neck Nails totally wins best shore drive salon. Their Spa pedicure with a stone massage at the end is the best! Having gone to many of the salons along Shore Drive this Nail Shop knows what their doing. Highly recommend.

I am a kid I can tell my mom and dad get a great job done. They work really hard to make it what you asked for. Me as a child I love going into there spas and everything else is great too.

I came here to get my nails done and they did great. When I came in for a nail fix, they were busy and instead of making me wait, the squeezed me in but they rushed and my nails were not up to par. Tried again...they were busy and asked for a gel polish change and she quoted me $30! Its great service if they are not busy

Very disappointed in this salon. I noticed they bring pedicure tools in a sterilization bag giving the impression that items are sterilized each time but the bags are not sealed! From my experience at at dental office, they are not sterilized if they have never been sealed. Also was charged addtl $5.00 to remove old polish and pedicure was average. Will not be returning.
