Owner’s daughter stood up in my face while I was getting my nails done and verbally assaulted me because I stated I was unhappy with my service and they were not honest up front about the products used.I believe you should be treated with customer service where you spent your hard earned money. She stated I was pulling the black card and continued to call me cruse words.

Ive been searching for a nail salon close to my house since my old nail shop was out of the way after I switched jobs and of the 5 new places I tried NT nails has THE BEST customer service and they do a really good job with my nails. Family owned and they do not get an attitude when you ask for certain things like applying 3 coats of gel instead of 2. Ive found my new salon!

So dissatisfied with my nails, the woman doing my nails didn’t even pay attention to what she was doing and every single nail is a different shape.

My experiences at this place of business is always awesome. Wonderful atmosphere, and very nice people! All of the ladies are great doing what they do. My feet are nice for a man!

Customer service with a smile. If I had to complain about something it would be the pedicures. I dont expect the fragile treatment on my feet. Work these feet like you mean business. Other than that they do a wonderful job.

I absolutely Loved this place. They did a wonderful job and had great cutomer service skills. I will be going back regularly and would definitely recommend them to others.
