I got the upgraded pedicure with a manicure. The prices at KT II are good; the technician was nice and did a very competent job. However, I expect when I get a manicure to have my hands rubbed and massaged with lotion, and, I expect when I get a pedicure, especially an upgraded one, to have a foot and leg massage. I received neither. Also, the business did not require their customers to wear masks, although almost everyone did. The front desk receptionist did not wear a mask. At the end, the technician put me under the light/blower drying machine; my hands were on a removable plastic mat. As I was drying I thought was this sanitized? HMMMM. As another woman was seated across from me, I watched her; she was masked, but, she was close, and no one cleaned her mat before seating her. At the end of the drying period, I asked my technician if the plastic sheet everyone puts their hands on during the drying process was sanitized. Evidently, no one at the salon ever thought to sanitize it. Even though the services at KT II were good enough I wont go back; there are better, places, more attentive to Covid issues.

I walked in and was greeted right away. There was no wait time and I had one of the best pedicures in my life. The massage chair was brand new and so good! I also had a dip manicure and an eyebrow wax. All of the technicians were meticulous and the prices were very reasonable. This will be my go to place whenever I am in town.

I absolutely love this place. Its super clean and everyone who works there is awesome. I couldnt be happier with my nails everytime.

The service was nice and quick not a place I will return they can work on their shaping and acrylic laying my nails are really wide and thick. I also asked for an overlay and ended with a full set. Good price overall

I received a gel mani and an eyebrow here, both were mediocre at best.

I came in here instead of driving 25 mins to my usual place to get a gel fill and it was the worst experience. I was in and out within 20 minutes, there’s acrylic all over my skin, my fingers burnt so bad after they applied their powder, and there’s the biggest gap between my cuticle and the color. It doesn’t even look like I got a fill. On top of that, I had a few nails that were loose and lifting and he did nothing about it. Just avoid coming here

I went to KT nails and got a mani pedi plus eyebrow wax. LUE was very sweet and took care of me. She made me feel welcome and the atmosphere was nice and quiet. This place is great very relaxing!

There were two women who were great!! They took their time with my 4 yr old as if she were their own, she got a mani&pedi! My pedicure felt and looks amazing. Now when getting a full set she started at 1250 ended at 2:50 almost 2hrs and I do not like them at all, however I do not like complaining and maybe she was new! My nails look very short and thick! Paid $108 very disappointed with my full set however the salon was very clean and friendly/family environment!

Very clean salon, but will not be going back for a dip manicure. I had to ask them to redo the gel over the dip before I left because the back half of my nails were not finished. The dip manicure began chipping less than a week after getting them done. I do not think dip is their specialty because of the few color sections they had available.

Very thorough and dip was done perfectly. The technician took his time and paid attention to details. Only change would be I wish I would have received a hand massage at the end.

Had a manni and peddi done as well as eyebrows. Great staff and great prices.

Clean, efficient and professional

I came to town to relax. This was my first stop. They welcomed me and did a fantastic job. Go and relax. Excellent people !! The nail tech was smoothe and did great work. A super nice salon and with epuipment very cared for. Oh was she smooth with her work.

LOVE this nail salon. I bartend and am very rough with my hands. Every other nail salon I go to, I end up having to get a nail fixed or polish redone within two weeks. They are not only attentive of my particular needs, but have even gone out of their way to order my favorite hot pink nail polish over the summer. I have been going here for two years, and after trying 20+ salons over the last ten years, I am a harsh critic and they surpass my expectations consistently. Professional, clean, and a very relaxing atmosphere. I have a crazy schedule and have had to change my appointment or arrived late numerous times, they have always been understanding and gone out of their way to fit me in regardless. The owner is concerned about all the details and the staff is so cute and nice all the time! I get a very particular coffin shaped nail and require extra attention to ensure a durable set. Perfect every time! Thanks KT for being awesome!

Clean Salon and Staff is Professional had an issue with my nails had to return spoke with the Manager he handled and repaired my nails Free of Charge...

I’m writing this review from the parking lot because I am so upset! I went in asking for a fill and to keep the length and shape. First, the man was telling me that my square shape was a coffin shape, which is false. Then he cut them significantly shorter and shaped them wide. The polish was so messy. The lengths didn’t match and when I mentioned it he got mad and said I came in the uneven lengths. I couldn’t believe that he got upset and did a sloppy job “fixing” it. I was visibly upset and he did not correct them. I hate them so much!!! I’m literally going home to take them off of my nails. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails services. I would not recommend to anyone!

Will never go back.....Look, Im almost 48 years old. I have been getting my nails done for almost 30 of those years. For many of those years I got acrylic overlay. A few years ago, my FAVORITE nail tech ever, introduced me to liquid gel. Im not sure why finding places that do it is so difficult. I called ahead and was told they did do liquid gel. I arrived right at 10am... and was told that the gentlemen that did liquid gel would be there in 5 mins. 10 mins later a man arrived, and began working on my nails. Once the old acrylic was removed, he began to cut them without even asking the length I wanted, they are WAY shorter then I would have ever wanted! Then a lady came over, and said she was going to take over. She filed them even more, put gel on 2 nails, then said one of her regulars was there, and passed me off to yet a 3rd tech. He was the worst of the 3.... He rolled his eyes and argued that liquid gel was a horrible and out-dated choice. He then told me that he couldnt do the glitter line that I always get across the tip???? The brush is too big?? I have never been so argued with.So... the search continues..... I want liquid gel overlays, done the way I want!!

I wasn’t impressed. Never have I ever experienced so much pain while getting a full set of nails. They were sloppy, acrylic was left all over my fingers and underneath the nail. The man who did them only used a hand file and cut 7 our of my 10 fingers open. When he applied the nail polish it legitimately burned my nail itself. Extremely painful. This place doesn’t even deserve one star.

Can I give them ZERO stars? If I could I would! It was terrible!!!!!I went in to get a full set & the guy was the worst! All my nails were different lengths & shapes. I wanted them to be round - just like the shape of my natural nails & they came out almond shaped.I got acrylic nails with a gel polish. The gel polish was sloppy & all over my fingers when I got home. I had to FILE them myself to even them out & I had to scrape away pieces of gel & acrylic off of my FINGERS - where its NOT suppose to be.I went back to give them a second try two weeks later. They same guy did my nails because he was the only one working besides the owner (I presume). I allowed him to work on my nails figuring maybe with a fill in he would do a better job. TERRIBLE. Even worse than the first time. He attempted to round them out & failed yet again. The color & the acrylic was uneven on my nails. Some nails were super thick where as others were super thin. Just horrible. I got them done on a thursday & didnt even keep them on for a week before I literally PEELED THEM OFF IN SHEETS!THE WORST NAILS I HAVE EVER HAD! EVER HAD!!!!I would not recommend this place of business to ANYONE - even my worst enemy!

I am from Maryland and in desperate need of mani and pedi. I was extremely pleasee with the fast service even though it was pretty full when I arrived. My manicurist was named Lu and she was wonderful! I would definitely recommend this salon!!!
