I can’t recommend this nail salon enough!! They are the sweetest business owners I’ve ever met and they always deliver on their services! I never leave disappointed with how my nails look. I spilled super glue all over my hands and went back in same day to get my nails touched up and they were so nice about and got me in and out so quick which I appreciate. Thank you guys so much!!

I have gone here a few times and each time I went a nail would fall off within a week. Or the gel nail polish would be scratched. I went today to get a full set and after looking at the nails, I told the tech that I would need to have them removed. They are all lifting and I dont want water to get underneath. She seemed like she didnt want to do that because she kept telling me should could just repair the 1 that fell off and 1 other for lifting. Then when she finally soaked them off I noticed that I had a green spot on my finger. I thought it was on the acrylic, but it was on my nail. I asked her she said it was a little infection and then turned around and said so what color do you want. I said I dont want anything put back on. In my opinion, this happened because I dont think they are applying it correctly and when they tell you to wash your hands. So then it causes it not to set up right on the nail. I wear gloves when I wash dishes at home so I dont have my nails sitting in liquid all the time. I paid for the removal of the nails for $17. I will not be going back because she should not have encouraged someone to put acrylic on top of a nail that was discolored. All about the $ . 2nd I dont feel that they are doing the nails well enough to hold up and minimize moisture getting between the nail and acrylic. Everything happens for a reason. If I didnt tell her to take them off my finger could have been worse. Also, they dont have their prices displayed so you can see for yourself the prices. I will say the owner is very nice, but for the prices they charge you will be wasting your money.

Holy cow… I just went to this place for a quick fix from a bad experience at ANOTHER place… all I needed was gel color no mani nothing just gel polish. Good thing I just got CLEAR gel polish cause apparently colored polish is $8 extra ??? they wanted to charge me TWENTY EIGHT dollars for a polish change and dropped it down to 20 because I got clear polish ??? In what world is this a normal price generally a polish change is 10-15$ tops … and especially since I JUST came from a bad experience at another nail salon you would think maybe you would want to keep a potential returning customer.

As a walk-in, I asked them how long for a basic pedicure. They said a few minutes, placed me in a pedicure bowl and I sat there for 45 minutes. I watched all three nail techs continue to service other people as I sat there. I got up and walked out and the lady had the nerve to tell me I wasn’t patient enough??? Don’t take walk in clients if you can’t deliver a proper wait time. Wouldn’t have had an issue waiting if they were up front about the wait in the beginning, and then to argue only as I’m leaving? Never going back because of the lack of professionalism

Jim is awesome with the pedicure. I always look for him to do my feet. Chelsea is awesome on the gel sets. My fiancee enjoyed his pedi from her as well.🥰

I came to get my lashes done and was the worst experience ever. The lady used entirely way too much glue and was a pain getting them off and my real lashes came off with it. I also got my nails done same day I got my lashes and I got gel....the nails didn’t last me very long, I needed a fill in within the next 3/4 days. Wouldn’t recommend at all, although the staff was nice 🤔

They’re horrible! They used hair glue on my eyelashes all of my real eyelashes came out upon removal of the lash extension. NEVER AGAIN

I have visited serval nail salons in the VB area. The Nail Place is by far my favorite. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here. The nail tech was very nice and did a great job not only with my nails, but with my eyebrow waxing also. The establishment was very clean and pleasant. About a month ago I took my 9 year old. She also loved the staff and left feeling extra after having a manicure. ♡♡♡ My 2019 Christmas nails!!!! My snowman is perfect

Called an hour ahead of time to ask if they had room for four pedicures. Was told yes no problem. Showed up and one person spent an hour doing all four of us. The pedicure itself lasted 9 min. I only know because of the massage chair had a timer on it. Technician rushed and just wanted to collect money. Poor customer service.

I went last night to get my eyebrows, lip and chin waxed. I was taken back right away. My eyebrows were done and the wax was not too hot. My lip was next and that was fine. My chin next and the wax was hotter. She performed the waxing and I felt as though she may have had the wax to hot and might have burnt me. She then wiped my eyebrows, lip and chin area with alcohol. This did not feel very well. I went straight home and put cool water on my face and noticed that the bottom of my chin on the left and underneath were extremely red and became painful. I put aloe vera on it through out the night. I woke this morning and you can plainly see where she burnt my skin when waxing. Not happy whatsoever with this salon. Not only did she burn me but ignored me when I went to pay. I stood there and had to get her attention. I should have just walked out! Hope they do a better job nails. Caution- if you go here, you may get burnt

My nails were crooked and uneven. Only giving 2 stars cause I didnt have to wait but I will not be going back and overpriced it the work that was done. One hand obviously has longer nails that the other. Go somewhere else.

I had Chelsea and she was wonderful. She did a very good job on my nails, and was very nice. She has recently added new chairs and new counter tops. They offer more then just nauls. I got my nails done for 25 dollars, and they offer eye brow waxing for 10.

I came in here because my usual place was closed today and I left with gorgeous cat eye nails! Theyre really friendly and did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. Will be coming back!

I had dipping powder nails and they didnt soak it off. Instead he used the machine to take off some of the polish and then gel nail color over the old color. Luckily I had chosen a darker color. And they dont do dipping right now because of COVID.

I usually get a pedicure, but I just tried gel nails for a special occassion and now I plan to continue getting that too! It lasts so long and allows my nails to grow! Chelsea is the only one my family of daughters and their friends will let touch their eyebrows. She does a great job waxing them. That Nail Place is a wonderful environment to spend some time in.

Worst full set ever. The nail tech put acrylic all over my skin. I spent 10 minutes peeling it off then he spent an additional 10 minutes trying to fix it and couldn’t. Never coming here again.

The shop was adorable ! the remodel looks amazing with all new chairs and tables😍 very good service and they did an amazing job on my pedicure. also, i got a free eyebrow waxing for my birthday ! definitely would recommend to anybody looking to get their nails done frequently.

Ive been coming here regularly for over two years. My favorite things are the massage (if you get a spa pedicure, they will actually rub your legs and feet for the whole 30 minutes - they arent stingy about it) and the polish selection. They have a huge selection of gel, shellac and regular colors. I get so many compliments on my nails. Thats how I know my nails look good - when other people notice and go out of their way to tell me.

It was my first time getting my nails done here. The place was nice and so was everyone but she rushed on my nails to try to hurry up to get them done before her scheduled appointment. I told her it was ok and that I wasn’t in a rush. All of my nails were crooked and different lengths. I had to try and reshape them all the next day which messed up my polish. I asked for coffin(ballerina) shape and I got a shape I don’t know what to call and my thumb was lipstick shaped for some reason. I didn’t get a before picture of my nails but I literally had to shape them myself to make them look half decent. Will not return for nails but she did a good job on my eyebrows that’s why the one star.

I stopped by the nail place while I was on my break. I got my nails taken off. The staff was nice and friendly.The place was nice and clean.

I’m really picky and particular about my nails. The length, shape, etc. I went to TWO places before here (I’m new to this state) with my boyfriends mom and Chelsea and Jim did an AMAZING job. I’m in love! I got them to match a late Valentines Day date and he loves them too! They also fixed my boyfriend’s mom’s nails too exactly how she wanted them!Will definitely be back in two weeks for a fill and new color!

I’m new to VB and didn’t know where to go. Stopped in and they are terrific. Got a spa pedicure and it was very relaxing with awesome nails. I’ll return. Highly suggest. No wait,friendly and clean!

The Nail Place is the best place to get nails and eyebrows done. Ive been to many different places before and now this is the only place I go to. Chelsea and Andy are amazing and dont rush on doing nails, make you feel good and make sure you are satisfied with their work. The Nail Place is the best.

I got there as she was opening door was nice polite and HAPPY to see me! Did Fantastic Job on my nails and pedicure also waxed my eyebrows ....never looked SO GOOD!

My friend visited this shop her nails broke off the very next day when she went back to resolve the issue the employees were mocking her and talking very rudely to her to the point she had to call the police out there. That’s horrible customer service and obviously the quality of the work isn’t that great. I recommend going to another shop in the area for better quality at a better price!!! Very unprofessional and disrespectful employees

I picked this salon last minute due to their late hours matching my needs. I got here around 645-650pm and asked if it was to late to get a gel full set, they said no, we had time, so I sat and waited for a technician. At 735, they finally start on my nails. I asked for thin, square nails. Simple. Instead I got thick, ROUND nails??The polish was so thick on one finger I asked him to drill it off and re start. I would’ve had him do that for every nail if wasn’t already after 8pm. Once I left, I noticed that none of my nails on one hand matched the nails on the other. In conclusion, I paid $45 for possibly the worst nails I’ve had done in this area. DO NOT waste your time or your money.

If I could give this place no stars I sure would !!!!! the lady that did my nails was very nice but I have had my nails done for months and I go here on the 24th of April to get my nails filled (this isn’t my regular nail place) but I went there because it was convenient to the area I was in at the time..... well I go to get my nails filled at my regular place today and as my nail polish is being taken off on my right thumb I have this dark green stuff on my real nail that has built up under the acrylic!!!!!! I’m disgusted and the only place I had been to get my nails filled was here....not only did I have a large amount of green build up but my sister also got her nails filled on the 24th here and she went yesterday to get her nail fixed and filled and on her thumb now has a spot of nail fungus!!! Witch was absolutely not there before this visit we had at the nail place.. I’m just not happy with this at all and I’m just disgusted

I have been going to The Nail Place for several years. Jim and Chelsa give excellent customer service and are very attentive to details when I have shellac manicures. The pedicures I receive are also very very good. I will continue to receive manicures and pedicures at the Nail Place because I am so very satisfied with the quality of the services.

Chelsea is wonderful. I never have to wait for service. Im in and out in less than an hour. This is the best pedicure Ive had. My eyebrows are neat, clean, and perfectly arched.

Had to wait a little bit before they got started on my pedicure but other than that they do a great job. Chelsea does my gel fill in ask for her.

The worst nails I have ever had done! I decided after 15 years to get my nails done. Spent $25 on a set and am so disappointed. They are lopsided, too wide and super thick. The whole time I was there, the guy kept answering his phone and looking at the door to see what he was missing. He rushed the job instead of taking his time to do them right, and told me he has been doing nails for 18 years. Who the heck gave him a license to do that?? Dont waste your time or money here, you will be highly disappointed!! Now I have to pay someone more money to fix them.

Terrible never come here. I got a gel manicure it took her 5 minutes to do it. Its not even on my nail. Its so messy. Total cost was 50 dollars. Couldve done it myself. Told her no design and she put one. Very unsanitary. Not neat at all. Half fast jobs.

I decided to try this nail salon out the other day; WORST decision I could have made. My nails began to break off within only a day of getting them done. I regularly get my nails done and I have never experienced such poor quality. I went back in to resolve the issue and I was not greeted politely, customer service is apparently not this company’s concern at all. I was mocked and disrespected by multiple employees; they were behaving like children! Needless to say I went to a different salon got a way better quality job for a BETTER PRICE!!! They charge more than they are worth at this establishment. The owner should be ashamed of herself.

I went to this place based on the reviews. I was not impressed. Not enough people working. Water was lukewarm from the start and I sat waiting for at least 40 mins waiting with my feet in cold water for my mom to get done before they started on me. They nicked one of my toes and is sore. Will not be going back.

They dont even deserve 1 star. Went in for full set, pedicure and eye brows. The only thing they did a decent job on is my eyebrows. Nails look like an infant did them, my skin was cut during pedicure. Will never go here again

I recently went to get my nails done about two days ago. Do not go here!. its not worth the money. i paid $27 for an full set/overlay and a design that my one year one niece could have done. Not to mention the effortless design on my nails, my thumb nail was also entirely crooked. like how can you not tell that my nail is not even at all?? i shouldve known not to go here because it was so empty. My service should have been free the way my nails look. i could have done them myself.

I recommend Chelsea for eyebrows, she does a great job and I’m very particular!

I am only writing this review to warn people to NOT COME HERE! this place is unsanitary, unhealthy, and doesnt even give a good pedicure. the lady cut my toe so badly that it hadnt even stopped bleeding by the time i left, and never cleaned any of the tools or took any disinfecting measures, just kept wiping it with the same towel she was using for everything else. i was one of THREE customers that she was attending at once, and she even waxed someones eyebrows in the middle of my pedicure! i will NEVER go here again and hope i dont get an infection from the cut!
