Great service at 3:15am to go to the airport. I called a few days ahead and made a reservation. The driver was punctual and professional. Will recommend.

Right there okay we could do better when they tell you theyre going to be there if theyre be right there they take about 30-45 minutes they are very slow.so you probably need to call an hour to 30 minutes to 2 hours before you have to be somewhere..

Called them for a ride to make an appointment. I had to call back 2 times because of the driver not showing up. I ended up missing my appointment. The driver was talking to someone the whole trip on his hands free device, i could not understand the language he was talking in. The van i was in is in need of some serious mechanical work. Very serious mechanical work. I honestly did not feel save riding in the van.

It was my sister. She waited outside 45 minutes. The driver said give me 15 minutes.

WARNING DANGEROUS .I GOT A RIDE TO WALMART LAST NIGHT but when I called to go back home they left me stranded in a cold dark parking lot with my groceries i.m elderly they knew this because I was picked up at a retirement home .A stranger gave me a ride home

Called to get a ride and was given a different number to call for a ride. Turns out the number is to the airport police because this trash company is banned from the airport due to fraud practices.

They made me wait an hour and a half... Wouldnt give me a time of arrival, were rude on the phone... Geez.... I was stuck at Walmart Grocery Store forever! I couldnt get a Lyft or Uber or anybody to come and get me. Lucky for me a friend finally fetched me.I suspect this business is a one man cab show... Dont even bother calling him....

I called an hour before work and the dispatcher was rude, lied told me it was goin to be 30 mins, I called 3 times and the cab driver called me 1 hour and 30 minutes later, don’t use this company they suck!

Person who answered the phone was HIGHLY rude and hung up in my face. If I could give no stars I would! When the cab did finally come the driver told me I had to pay him up front before he takes me anywhere and I told him Im not doing tht you take me where I need to go first then get paid and he was like well you can get out of my cab then you dont pay me now Im not taking you nowhere. So forget this cab community they need to be put out of business for treating paying customers the way they do

OMG they took forever to come and get me i had to go to greyhound by 12:15am to get checked in and i barely made it.i kept calling them and the guy was like he isnt there yet,well i wouldnt be calling you if he wasnt here right duh.in was in Oklahoma city going to little rock i wont be using them anymore.

Not a single cab company Ive tried out here is worth the money or the hassle..both my father and grandfather were cab drivers for the busiest cab companies in Atlanta...so I know how a driver is supposed to act and treat you and these drivers out here act like youre bothering them by calling for a taxi

Driver E.A IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I’m 28 weeks pregnant and I asked him to allow me to put on my seatbelt prior to him leaving the parking lot. His response is no I don’t have time for that. Now if a car would’ve hit you while you’re exiting the lot y’all wouldve had time for a lawsuit that I’m sure y’all can’t afford. So be respectful and stop driving for the public if you don’t have human decency.

Larry is very rude, abrupt, and has a nasty attitude. Whenever you choose to service the public, it’s wise to up your communication skills and your respect levels. Y’all dont hold high standards or work ethics and it shows poorly. The fact that Larry is the only one who gave yellow cab a five star says something. I reccommend for everyone to continue to report them to the BBB. Until they get shut down. The accreditation a business receives has a lot to do with how long they stay in business. GET IT TOGETHER
