My guy was great, very helpful and had to think out of the box. The wait for help was long! I called at 9:30am I’m still sitting at Les Schwab, so they are even slower! It’s going on 6 hours to get 2 flat tires repaired

This company picked up a contract call from my insurance company knowing full well what service (tire change) was to be provided, they later called me directly to cancel the service or tell me they could do it if I paid full retail. They didn’t alert my insurance provider of the change or of the fact that they would have to find a different provider.From looking through the ratings here, I can tell that this has been an ongoing issue for quite some time.Some clear and rapid communication is essential to any company claiming to provide safety services, but they just seem happy enough to label themselves “heroes” and “first responders.”Both titles require that you actually respond to a call, instead of looking for excuses to not provide any actual service.

I cant say enough good things about this business. They stayed in constant communication with me and were on time. I had my motorcycle and car flatbedded to a storage facility. Clint and Ishmael were very careful with my vehicles and did a great job and were very personable.

When roadside assistant uses them they are the most reliable

One of my girlfriends hadnt gotten the lights all the way off so the next morning the car wouldnt even turn over. I was almost late, as I usually am. I was certain that waiting for a jump start was going to get me fired.I was parked at lease five miles from their shop but the truck was there so quick it was like they were right around the corner. The driver was friendly and professional. in no time at all he had me started and on my way. ASAS TOWING Their name says it all!

Ishmael was my driver. Hes new to them, and I hope theyre wise enough to pay him well. Hes extremely polite and can carry a great conversation. I am very attached and protective of my car, and always nervous about the possibility of a tow, but Ishmael treated it as if it were his own. My service was arranged through my auto insurance roadside assistance. They suck, but ASAP and Ishmael are golden.

Got off work from the hospital late and unfortunately locked my keys in my car. After trying many other places and to no avail, 3 hrs later, I call ASAP towing and they came in less than ETA. They let me know of the costs of everything, (pricey$$), but you’ve got to take in that I’m calling at the most inconvenient time, 3am on a Friday night, but thankfully for me I’m getting reimbursed! I digress! I’m super happy I didn’t have to stay out in the rainy cold any longer! Great services!

Outstanding company. Read my original complaint and review edit history preserved below:I used this company to get my vehicle’s battery jump started. The online portal to request service did not state service rates. I was not contacted by phone or email to discuss service rates. I received a text out of the blue that they were on the way. When the service tech arrived, no rates were discussed. After service was performed, the tech charged me a hefty amount that I was not anticipating. The rates were not easily found on their website. I was not able to find them. Hidden rates, over priced, minimum communication - I’m not impressed.Edit: I did get a call offering a refund. I do appreciate the effort from ASAP. While challenging to post flat rates online due to varying mileage and mileage rates, I think it is possible to call each customer prior to service and give them a quote using the current mileage rate and distance to travel for service. I’ll leave this review up to help inform future customers until the business practice changes.Edit 2: ASAP towing reached out to me again to let me know that they added a request a quote button to their book a tow feature online. I confirmed this. Outstanding response and resolution, well done ASAP!

Joel & Elijah were top notch in jump starting my Cadillac, and it was their first time with my Cadi and she was sassy as usual they were very careful, professional, patient and had me back on the road in no time flat!!! Elijah was so accommodating, considerate, thorough he carefully wrapped up the cables in infinity shape before putting them away & such a kind hearted intelligent soul!!! Edit: after they got there, they were professional and friendly. My issue is with the 3rd party that handles the phones after 5pm, not with ASAP Towing.Original review: At 4:15pm we were told a tow truck would arrive within a half hour. At 5:30pm nobody had arrived, and we called to ask what was happening. The office had already closed and we were forwarded to another line. The woman brushed us off as “the phones just switched over at 5, not my problem.” We were then told that everyone has a 2 hour wait, despite the original 30 minute estimate. No apology or sincere tone of voice. If the first person had been honest with us to begin with, we would have called another towing company. Instead we wasted hours of our day in a parking lot due to unprofessional customer service.

Edit for faith in humanity: Was called back by the person who jumped my car and was apologized to about not being quoted. Described my circumstances and was refunded the payment. Although it was only 88 bucks, this is the best Christmas gift I could have received right now.Nice worker, but provided the service before even quoting me the price. If I knew it would have cost 88 bucks for a jump I wouldnt have paid it. No where in communication was the price told to me or quoted on the website.Honestly really disappointed in this business that I have supported in the past.

Really great experience. We had the entire tire fall off of our boat trailer on a blind corner. Our tow driver Jackson managed to safely get the boat and trailer on and off the flatbed without any further damage. It took a lot of skill and we were very impressed. I would highly recommend ASAP. My van suddenly stopped all electric functions in a local parking lot. I checked all 4 fuse boxes, the battery was only 2 months old so I figured it was a deeper problem needing a tow to the mechanic. Aaron was tasked to meet me at the van. He called to let me know his ETA and was there before I got there! I showed him the “no power-no crank” issue and that I had checked all the fuses. He said let’s check the battery connections and even though it looked good-he was able to rotate the clamp on each terminal. He then reshaped the clamps for better contact and the van fired up no problem!! I was so happy! I offered him a tip for the great service but he asked for an online review instead. So here it is with my deep appreciation and thanks. As a single parent with only the one vehicle it meant everything to me to be able to get back on the road again. Thanks Aaron you kindly helped me when I needed it most.

Rimon not only showed up early (thru a Geico roadside assistance call) and assisted me to jumpstart my car properly (it wound up not needing to be towed) but he spent the time TEACHING me with patience, kindness and clear instructions how to use jumpstart cables. This knowledge is valuable and much appreciated! Rimon also gave me great advice on how to charge the battery properly.
