My pump gave out on a Saturday afternoon. I called and spoke to Samuel. He stated he would be out to look at it that afternoon. He came out as promised, looked at issues and gave me an estimate. I asked when the job could get done and he stated Monday. He showed up Monday and began work on the pump and a bad valve. A piece on my pump broke off requiring a new part that Samuel did not have with him. It was getting dark and I told Samuel he could come back tomorrow to finish, but he insisted on finishing the job. He went and got the part and quickly finished the job. I cannot express enough what a great experience this was. Samuel was awesome and I would certainly recommend to anyone. I really appreciate the quick, professional, friendly service Samuel provided and feel lucky to have had him come out to solve our pump issue.

I had Poolforce install a vinyl liner, salt system, diving board, automation, variable speed pump and new light in my in-ground pool. the work was performed over two days, Samuel and crew did an outstanding job, my pool has never looked better. I added two stars for communication; phone calls were plenty and email reports were amazing and far more than what I expected, status of parts on order were was communicated very well. I am very happy with Poolforce’s work, and would use them again.

We choose poolforce to replace our pool liner and pumps after having it for nearly 15 years. We were thrilled at the speed of work done, and overall friendliness of the installation guys.

I contacted Pool Force to replace a liner on a recently purchased property. Sam came out and seemed very knowledgeable. Gave me a decent price to replace liner and removed debris and covering. I gave him half the amount for deposit on 4/26 with expectancy date of having work done the 2nd week of June. He stated he would have the pool measured and order the liner. Samuel made no other contact since then. I have reached out to him he stated the pool was measured and that the liner would be in by 6/14. Well today is 7/9 we have not heard from Samuel other than once. I call and texted and he doesnt respond. I called from another number and he tells me the liner is on backorder and hes going to follow up but never heard back now no response by email, phone or text. Please be aware when using this company!Update: Samuel refunded the deposit apologetic about the delays. Would possibly use for maintenance.

We are so thrilled with our pool, they were extremely efficient having our new fiberglass pool completed in days! Can’t wait for warmer weather so we can get back to swimming.

Doesn’t let us know the next appointment or when they do, technicians show up days past the appointment or not at all. Sent the invoice for a service that wasn’t done yet. Doesn’t communicate well. Ignores my texts. 🤷‍♀️ The last technician dumped too much chemicals in that there is still a big pile of white powder in my mother’s hot tub a month and a half later.Definitely not recommended!

They responded quickly, and did my liner repair on short notice . I expect to use them in a few months for pool liner replacement .

Samuel Kamau is everything I could have asked for. He was at my house cleaning my spa for five hours. I recently bought a house and the sellers left it. It’s really nice but can tell it hasn’t been used and properly maintained for awhile. He had to drain, clean, and fill up the spa a couple times. And had to come back another day to give the pipes time to wash out. When he left I realized the hot tub was leaking. He came back a day earlier than scheduled to check it out. He had to take the pump apart to get to the gasket and put everything back together at no additional charge. Plus he got the spa cleaned as promised. I highly recommend this company.
