Ben, Josh, Phoebe and all the works are just great people . They did a fantastic job building my pool. Initial linear had a hole in it from manufactural defect and Ben was kind enough to replace it at his own cost and also cover the cost of the water bill. Everyone at Atlantis pools was wonderful to work with. Ben, the owner, took the time out of his day to bring a tarp cut out of the exact pool we wanted so we could see it in relation to the size of our yard. Phoebe was always nice and patient with us. I would recommend them to anyone, the whole process was great.

After much research and three presentations/quotes from other local contractors, we decided to go with Ben and Atlantis Pools... and we are glad we did. Ben and his staff were easy to contact and always available to answer the many questions we had. This company is far and away the best I have ever used. As reference for this review, they have installed new equipment for me, and made several repairs on the existing system.The most important factor for me is that I can schedule an appointment in a matter of days, as opposed to weeks or months with other companies, and they have always arrived at the scheduled time.The technicians are knowledgeable and have made quality installs and executed thorough and complete repairs without adding unnecessary work or charges. For example, on the last call, my pump was not drawing and I fully expected to replace it. However, John cleaned the gasket and connections and it now works like a champ.To close, please note that I do not offer 5-star recommendations lightly, but Atlantis Pools has earned every bit of this rating.

We got our beautiful rectangle, custom designed vinyl pool late Summer this year. It is exactly how we envisioned it! The staff are great, professional, polite and on time. Atlantis Pools is the most professional home improvement companies I have ever dealt with. I recommend them to everyone that I come across who either has a pool or is thinking of having a pool installed. Every employee starting from the owner to the laborers were always on point, they were polite, and they were responsive! They did the work in the timeline that they gave us, their pricing was very competitive, and they paid close attention to detail. Not only did they install the pool, but they do the maintenance on it as well. Getting the pool from Atlantis Pools was the best investment we made because it has brought our family closer together, more than its ever been! Thank you Atlantis Pools!!

Nothing but great things to say about Atlantis Pools and Ben, the owner. Did a fantastic job putting our inground fiberglass pool in 3 years ago and have taken great care of the pool and us since. Ben will come out personally to deal with any problems you have. Have also used their service to open/close our pool each season. Highly recommended.

Updating.The end product was good. The owner was very nice and professional. However, the post sale experience was not that great. I think tier customer base is too much for them to handle. Good problem for them to have, but bad for the customers. Overall, it was still a great experience.My edit in this review was after trying to hire them to build another pool in our new home. Their rates went up, a lot. We saved several thousand dollars on the same project with a different pool company. I think they were trying to sell us pavers, but trying to outsource it (and mark it up a ton). But thats not a valid complaint. They are entitled to ask what they want for a pool. My issue was they became non-responsive when we tried to negotiate the price. I found it odd that we were told wed get the repeat customer pricing, and that this price was considerably higher than what we were able to get as a one time buyer from a local competitor.Bottom line. Biggest compliant is communication. From the first pool to the last sales pitch, they were bad at communication with us. Dont get me wrong, I WOULD still consider them for a future project, but only if they get better at communication.

I spoke with Ben and he came out to discuss replacing my liner pool with a fiberglass one back in April. He said he would send me an estimate to my email in 3-4days. About a week and a half later, i called him and he said to text him my email again and that he had it prepared and would send it in 1-2 days. I texted him twice after and called him and left a message. I still dont have an estimate. I can only surmise that since i had a new pump and salt system already their wasnt enough money in it for him. Being in business myself i would have been okay if he would have communicated that was the reason. But no estimate, also not getting back to perspective customers and not being honest wouldnt win out.
