Noah and Carter were professional from measurement to installation. They put in the work and time to make sure the cover fit perfectly and was safely installed. They kept my backyard clean and even closed the pool for us. They will have all my pool work from this day forward!
I used Innovative Spas years ago and just got my pool fixed. Glad I still had there magnet on my fridge. 2 of there guys came and opened my pool Noah and I cant remember his partners name. But they were so polite, very professional fast at what they were doing, they were on time and answered all my questions fully without making me feel silly. I would recommend this company 100%.

This was absolutely the easiest and best experience we’ve had was a major purchase in the past few years. Innovative spa has been a life saver!!! Years ago I purchased a swim spa from another company which ended up being a total nightmare. The company made it as difficult as possible to get help with parts or service, it was terrible. I called innovative spa to see if they could help. They came out and were able to help with some things, however, the spa parts were proprietary and could not be replaced except through the original company. At that point I had enough! I purchased a new swim spa through innovative spas and have NEVER had a problem with customer service, support, parts, etc. They have been the easiest, friendliest, most dependable and supportive spa company I’ve ever worked with!!!!

We bought a Softtub spa from Innovative Spas a couple of years ago. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us with selecting the perfect spa for our family. Delivery and set-up were quick and easy. We had a couple of small maintenance problems and the Staff were exceptional in getting the repairs completed in a timely matter AND under the warranty, they were not like most business who look for reasons to not warranty their products. The Staff was equally amazing in consistently testing our water and helping us understand the proper water chemistry helping us achieve the perfect spa water. We also buy our chemicals here. They never try to upsell you products you do not need, in fact they help you save money without cutting corners! In a nutshell, Innovative Spas is awesome! I only gave them 5 stars because 10 stars is not an option! Check them out!

I had an urgent situation...my hot tub was not working and my daughter’s sweet 16 party was in a week. Thomas from Innovative Spas was great and he managed to get the special order part in expeditiously. He even came on Saturday morning to install it. From the beginning there was first the pump issue which was dismissed to a bad batch. It was fixed. Moved on. Next was something else with the pump wasnt heating right. Out of warranty. Ok. Paid and it was fixed. Moved on. Then needed to replace the liner and the fun really begins. I will keep it short. After well lets just go with it wasnt cheap we paid to have the liner replaced. Over a year later (without the softub and several excuses) we get it back. It leaks. After the sales guy then tries to sell me a new softub and I tell him he can well you know where.. my husband finds the reason it leaks. The tech who was probably the only decent person (yes emailed the owner and no response) provided a patch (yes a patch. Not the new liner I paid for but a patched one) I finally had my softub back. Well 5 months have past and on a nice snowy day in Va. that patch just failed. If you see a softub dumped on Rosemont Road it wasnt me....
I recently purchased a soft tub from Innovative Spas that we saw at the boat show (the staff was very friendly and not pushy, probably because these tubs sell themselves). Travis installed the tub, he was friendly, timely, knowledgeable and explained everything to my son on how to operate the system, plus he cleaned up all the packaging. The kids used it once already and loved it. System looks great on my deck and you can barely hear it running when it turns on. I am going to purchase the cover for the tub & motor to prevent fading from the sun.

The customer service was amazing! We spoke with Danielle over the phone and via text. She was very helpful through the entire process. She still stays in touch with us. We drove from Maryland to Virginia specifically to deal with this company. We could have purchased from somewhere locally, but it was the service that won our purchase. Mike is really great! He helped us with the purchase of our soft tub. Every time we go in to the store he helps us with the purchase of our chemicals. Hes never pushy or aggressive like a lot of sales people. He answers questions and explains product. When we first bought the soft tub I was impressed that he let us walk around the store they had set up at the mall during Christmas time. He didnt immediately swoop down upon us. He greeted us and was friendly and was there to answer questions. When we made our decision to buy he helped us through the whole process and then followed up once we were up and running. 💚💜

My husband first visited the showroom 9 months ago. We were building a new house and we needed information on space for a pool. Dwight Sybers spent almost an hour talking with him and explaining spacing that is needed when designing a pool. That enabled us to make sure that our house was placed on the lot so that a pool was possible. Fast forward to yesterday. We returned to the showroom to look at spas and start the process for a pool. Ken Gordon was very knowledgeable and was very considerate of our needs with the spa. He recommended that we go with a model from last year that saved us some money. While we were there, Dwight came in and he remembered speaking to my husband all those months ago. We are looking forward to dealing with Innovative Spas in the future!

Posting for my dad:25 May 2019Reference: Innovative Spas, Softub model 300.Purchased: 24 April 2019; included Hot Tub, Hand rail, and Wood Surround.Delivered and installed: 6 May 2019.Rating: 5 Stars (for equipment, and customer service).If you are in the market for a hot tub; look into Innovative Spas. Their customer representative, Ken Gordon, was up front and factual about everything. The tub was very easy to install, particularly the plumbing. One person, with average strength and basic tools can do it. We installed it on an existing brick patio in our back yard. Literally rolled it into position, filled it with a garden hose, waited for the temperature to reach 90 degrees and jumped in. The only issue was Estes Trucking, they delivered part of the order but insisted it was complete, and the side of the tub box had signs of forklift penetration. We did not see any damage until we got the tub in place and removed the box. We found a small tear in the side of the tub cover. We took pictures and sent them to Mr. Gordon. He was fantastic, and immediately contacted the manufacturer for replacement. We opted to keep the tub rather than go through the effort of returning the damaged unit since the damage was slight and did not affect the operation of the tub. Mr. Gordon responded with a very generous cash discount, which we accepted. The other problem, created by Estes Trucking, was the wood surround. When it left the manufacturer it was on a pallet and consisted of four heavy boxes. When it was delivered by Estes Trucking it was one box. The pallet and three boxes with critical parts were missing. The shipping labels from Estes had been altered to show only one box, when you can see the original label was 4 boxes. After several weeks of Estes supposedly investigating, we still do not have the surround we wanted. Again, Mr. Gordon and Innovative Spas stepped up and offered to give us a full refund rather than wait for the trucking company to do their job. In every respect, Ken Gordon and the Innovative Spa team has been professional, informative and timely. We’d recommend them to anyone. I have been a long time owner (over 10 years) of the Softub 300. I use mine 12 months in the year. It is a cool pool in the summer and a hot tub in the winter. It makes my day/night! I love it and I highly recommend everyone take advantage of this extremely low cost product. In essence- its super COOL but it can be hot :-)

Kids reading the water samples dont know how to advise to correct an issue (Drain your Pool, Someone else will have to help you). Never ever said anything about Cal up/down or Alk up/down. Bought mu soft tub from Dwight about two years ago now. I was hesitant about owning one. He told me to come back with a swim suit to test one. I loved it and have been a satisfied owner ever since. The entire staff have always treated me with courtesy and respect, but Dwight and Mike especially have helped answer all my questions and concerns.
I have struggled to find a pool service that is run professionally for over 3 years. Ive finally found it with Innovative pool and spa. Travis arrived and went right to work fixing the plumbing that had cracked, and adding a heater unit. He was truly a master of his craft.
Would not recommend based on customer service. Bought an outdoor kitchen from this company, salesman was rude after sale. Another salesman took over account and oversaw construction of base and installation. Tiles were cracked and a long process of getting those repaired so that kitchen would be usable. Less than a month after installation tried to contact (phone & email) to have foundational (in kitchen unit) crack repaired. 1.5 years later still havent heard back. Love our kitchen (we paid extra with another contractor to repair) but terrible customer service for the amount of money spent.****Company worked through my husband to correct and repair the cracked kitchen. Appreciate their willingness to correct the situation.****

Very rude office staff. Both of the ladies I spoke to in their office were rude and unpleasant to deal with over the phone. They has major attitude problems. As a potential new customer I expect to be treated with respect and kindness, but perhaps they are trying to go out of business?I sent multiple email to them with images of our unit and never received a response. In addition, the office member, Lisa, that I sent the information to did not forward to the technician which was the whole point of taking the photos and sending them.
Travis did a great job installing and explaining how my new timer works. Would have gotten a 5/5 however was sent out with the wrong equipment and had to go to Home Depot causing the job to run later into evening.

Unbelievable service! Visited showroom Thursday before Memorial Day to purchase Spa cover lifter. Mike took good care to show me my options. He set it up to install my lifter AND my brand new Spa cover (which I did not buy from them) for Monday, Memorial Day, (4 days later). Here is what was amazing. Not only did the service man arrive early, his performance was over and above any expectations. Thomas represented that company like I have not seen before. Thomas installed my cover and the lifter (what he was hired to do...) in less than an hour. My Spa is 15 years old. He spent the next 2 hours taking things apart, lubricating worn components, checking and making sure everything was working properly. Not all things worked before he arrived...everything worked when he left. We bought the house 4 years ago, and did not know much about this Spa operation. He showed us a lot! Finally, as he was leaving, he noticed I was trying to move my generator ( I was going to finally take it to a shop, as I could not get it started for 4 years, especially when we needed it in October after the storm) Thomas asked what was up and I told him not to worry about it. He insisted he works on small engines and proceeded to help me start it. He did! He offered to come with his little daughter some time next week, on his day off, to work on the generator and clean the carburetor. Unheard of service, Innovative Spas is lucky and fortunate to employ such people like Thomas. We need a new control unit for the Spa, and Im calling Innovative Spas ONLY! If you are a Do-It-Yourselfer you will save money buying things on line for sure...but these people do this for a living, so I understand their higher price for items in the showroom. Their service is unmatched! Combine the two, and it is well worth your money!
My pool was green so I brought a water sample to Innovative Spas. Their customer service was great. I didnt know much about the pool since its a rental, but the girl I worked with helped me figure out what I needed without talking down to me. Ill be coming back!

I have placed several orders online and it takes a long time for it to be filled, two times more than a month. It did not take much time for my credit card to be billed. Even though I like to shop local I will find a different place to buy chemicals, etc.
Very rude owner, will kick you out of the parking lot if you dont immediately leave. Parking lot is owned by the shopping center, not this guy but he will literally bang on your car to make you go when there are tons of spaces. Will never spend a dime here. Much better people to do business with elsewhere.
The staff at this place were incredibly rude to a group of people doing a pokemon raid at a gym located there. A matter of 15 minutes and it would have been finished, but they had all their staff knocking on car windows and threatening people to make them leave. I will never do business with such mean, rude people.

We brought our Spa from Mike at the OC MD boat show on February 14, 2014. We have moved it three times around the property with no problem. An concerns we have had with water and chemicals were answered by Mike. We have learned to only get supplies from this website. This Spa is one of our best purchases we enjoy everyday.

Wow. I was dreading working on a pool issue as a new home owner. Travis came out for Innovative Spas and he knows EVERYTHING about pools. (We wasted $300 plus dollars going to Leslie’s Pools first for a very unhelpful “Pool School” and to have the pool cover taken off...that’s it!!! No advice, no checking to find the filter was bad)...but here comes Travis and as he works he scans the pool, advises about filter problems (ALL options available to us) and gives his best advice. He also offers to pull the liner back in place in a couple spots if I’d like him to. I just had to boil some water! We now have a lovely sand filter for a comparably reasonable cost, a working pool and can get on with the season with grandbabies...IF winter will leave Virginia! Ha! So pleased to have found this company.

I went in for a very small item, a water fountain. Mike Waibel assisted me and I was able to take one home. He took the time needed and explained the operation just like I was a large spa client. In addition, I went back to inquire about some type of bubbler to insert into the fountain tubing. He took the time to make something for me that works just great. If you need a spa, outdoor grill space, outside jungle Jim play area please see Mike. Good customer service goes a long way. Never know, I may win the lottery and be able to purchase one of those huge spas!

Ken Gordon was a superb salesman for this company. We purchased the spa from him at the Home Show. He is extremely knowledgeable & courteous!! He explained details as what to expect & how easy it is to care for the spa. He followed up on things & answered questions that i had for him thru phone calls. Their service man Mike is the guru of maintanance. He came to our rescue because we didnt have the hoses in far enough. We tried but he got us up & running! We love our softub & plan on getting many years of enjoyment out of it. I would highly recommend this company based on quality & service.

My husband & I bought a Softub from Innovative Spa. We were a little nervous & unsure of Softub because it is so different than any other hot tub weve known. Wonderfully helpful staff! We bought a Softub from them on Monday and it was delivered by Wednesday. Free delivery and installation. The deliverers even helped fix the uneven job I did with the pavers just to make everything level. Ken then stopped by as well to see how things were going and to give us a gift bag. From start to finish, they went above and beyond.

We purchased our Softub at OpSail 2012 and it was one of the best purchases weve ever made! We use it almost everyday and it is so easy to maintain. For us, soaking in our Softub is much more comfortable then traditional spas, and we love the SpaZazz aromatherapy crystals!! The folks at Innovative Spas are fantastic to work with, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all! From testing our water to recommending the right products, Innovative Spas is the place for us!!
After work we come home and the back yard is a pond because a hose broke on our pool pump, so we went to this store around 7:30 p.m. The doors were open but when we went in a lady told us they had been closed since 6:00. Then a real nice guy came over and helped us find a part to fix the pump. We asked him about algaecide. We were using one we got a Sam’s Club at a discount for a week straight and it wasn’t having any effect on the algae. He said that stuff is so cheap because it is watered down, and he sold us so concentrated stuff, which is more expensive. We used just a small amount of it and it worked overnight! I compared the labels on the two products, and they both had the same ingredients, but the product from this store was 50 times more concentrated. I will definitely be a returning customer, because of the great customer service and products.
