I brought my car to Autobahn for shampooing and “ozone” treatment for a cat urine accident that happened inside my poor car. I have cloth seats and the smell was awful. These guys did a great job shampooing and they were super thorough with the ozone odor treatment and even did a “pit stop” cleaning of the dash, center console, etc. They only charged me $65 and even told me I could bring it back in for them to ozone treat it again if the smell wasn’t gone. I actually did end up taking that opportunity and they totally kept their word and did it free of charge! Let me bring it in the very next morning after calling. David was incredibly kind and understanding and did a fantastic job. Blake was super nice and helpful on the phone. I had an outstanding experience and would highly recommend them to anyone in my situation! I believe I even got a voucher good for one car wash attached to the info tag for shampooing! Can’t recommend their detailing department, and I will certainly not be going back.I booked a full detail at their soonest time slot (a month away) and was very excited. I picked up my car and payed but noticed the two gentlemen who helped me had blood shot eyes. I thought whatever they like weed, cool.Received my car and I gave it a quick inspection and I was very disappointed.The interior was just ok but the seats and headliner still needed some work.The car still had bugs on the front end. I found tar, light scratches and the paint itself wasnt very shiny.The manager said he wanted to make it right so I left the car for a second day.He gave one of my headlights a restore for free and offered 10% off the detail which I declined. I just wanted them to detail the car properly.Picked up the car and noticed the front end looked the same only there was while residue all over from the headlight restoration.What a joke.

Took 4 or 5 hours. Cleaned and detailed our car. Did have them touch up on the front seats but the stain from tea in the back seat came out! Definitely recommend. They even washed the car outside with the package. And have me a ticket for a free wash for later!

These people are so nice! I have to take the long box trucks through there. The parking lot is tiny. The staff is always so patient with me trying to maneuver. They are constantly having to direct me, but always do it with a smile. Make sure you tip them well! They work hard for you!

Tried all the local drive-thru car washes... they have the best deal, AND they hand towel dry your ride. Other places charge extra for that. Friendly, quality service.

Great employees and a clean Van

I came here a few months ago and they did a phenomenal job on waxing my 2016 Kia Sorento. I give them 5 stars for that. I recently went in (approx. 1-2 months ago) for an oil change. Everything went great, I thought. The guy working top side moved fast and thorough, fluid levels were all filled perfectly, no complaints. However, 2 weeks ago I noticed part of my splash guard/ engine cover hanging from under the engine. After getting under the car and looking, I realized it was hanging down and a huge chunk had been ripped off, apparently by the road from hanging down. Then I noticed at least 5 other bolts were missing from my splash guard/engine cover. That piece must be removed to access the oil filter and drain plug. It goes from the front bumper to behind the front wheels and I certainly didnt run anything over, nor has anyone worked on my car since the oil change. I understand that mistakes happen, a bolt can be misplaced but forgetting to put at least 5 bolts back on a cover or at the very least forgetting to tighten them, has me questioning the quality of work on more critical components of my car down in the pit. Again, I have had nothing but great experiences here, all 5 star reviews, but this time has me bothered and now ill be buying/replacing my skid plate/ engine cover. Im glad I caught it before it came off on the road and did any damage to my car or somebody elses car.

They did a great job detailing my 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium. They started right on time and finished when I needed to be at another appointment. The car looked brand new and Ford paid me top dollar as I sold it outright to them. In fact, I negotiated an additional $200 and got it. I have an appointment to get my other car detailed next week.

They did a really good job shampooing the seats in my car. Three years worth of kids food spills. They got a nice tip for the work and have a new regular customer!

I’ve had my car cleaned here a couple of times and never had a problem until this most recent experience last week. When there is an issue and you need to speak with a manager, they just happen to be busy every time or never around. This last time I had a full exterior cleaning done, and my carpets shampooed, as well as the roof liner cleaned. It honestly looked like someone just vacuumed out the car. They said they didn’t have time to do the roof as the appointment after me was already there yet I still had to pay for it otherwise he refused to give me my keys. I asked to speak with a manager because the carpets looked the same as they did before, and I wanted them redone, well they gentlemen that was supposed to go get the manager took almost 30 min, just to come back out and tell me they are busy and I need to call tomorrow. I’ve been calling multiple times a day every day for a week with no answer or the same response of “the manager is busy at the moment, try calling later”They do have some new people so I’m not sure if they have new management as well but I wouldn’t waste your money. They charge +200$ to have a basic 4 door car fully detailed just to have it look and smell like nothing but a vacuum was done.

Picked my car up today from it being detailed. I got the express detail. Overall car looks really clean, got a lot of the stains out of the seat. Some stains that i know will come out with not too much elbow grease were overlooked and skipped over, but I reached out to the owner and got a fast reply. They went above and beyond to fix the issues overlooked. I really appreciate the great customer service! Thanks!

My regular car wash place. I like how they give your car all the attention it needs, they practically hand wash your car before sending it through the automatic wash, then hand dry on the other side. Friendly staff, open, professional and responsive. If you sign up for a free membership every tenth wash is on the house. They had an upgrade on the vacuums not too long ago, self serve and quite powerful they be; free too.

Not a bad car wash for Tri-Cities

I have a terrible experience here. I find my front windshield is braking with about 30 cm from left boundary to mid center position. However, they claim that this is caused by original crack point which is caused by road debries before I coming. They do not show me the video, and disagree to pay anything.I can confirm I do not have any cracking and cracking point before I coming.God. I will not use this car washer again.

I took my car to get the interior detailed and they did an awesome job, they also give your car a wash as complimentary. I’ve also brought my car for an oil change in the past. The owner and employees are really nice.

Changed the price from 18$ to 25$ but came with a charge for 30$ did a wipe down with missed spots every where, just a bit disappointing was expecting a bit more effort and clarity on how much it would be to clean my work rig.

The provide a Senior rate, you do need to ask for it. You get a great car wash and they dry it too, with a smile. We love this place

I was somewhat disappointed to see that no one, neither customers or employees were wearing masks, even though there was a mask policy posted on the door.I can sort of get the employees in the bay, possibly that is considered outside, but employees when doing explanations and payments, and certainly customers in the waiting area should have been masked.Made me regret going.

Oil changed and cant even wipe the new filter off or the oil they spill on the exhaust system! I cleaned it myself.

Friendly staff, but was unimpressed with the lack of masks. Especially when they come up close to your car to accept payment. Every other time we’ve been here during the pandemic masks were worn, so not sure why they were missing now.

They are absolutely great.I used to take my car for basic car wash but recently took the most expensive one and they did terrific job.Almost like a mini detail job for car wash.Took oil change and they were very quick and efficient.It took me more time to drive in and drive out compared to the time they took to change the oil.Definitely recommend this place if u are in need of a car wash or oil services.

Great wash for the price

This is the only place I will take my car for an oil change. Ive had family and friends go elsewhere, and have issues such as the people not putting oil back in the car (not even kidding) or the oil filters being over tightened. I tell them all to go to Autobahn. I have never had an issue with anyone that works here or an issue with anything they have done. Even though Im not in the area anymore, I still pop in for different things and I time each of those trips around when its time to get oil changed. Ive had three cars, and while they have been in my possession, no one else has ever touched them. Not even the dealership.

Its pretty fast reasonable price and free vacuuming services and decent price monthly membership only thing is workers dont always dry your car off good I dont like that I always tip and I shouldnt have 2 get out and finish there job but still my go 2 place and never had car damage from there cleaning system so I like it

Did a great job on my truck! Had water spots I couldn’t remove and they were the only ones I could find that do an acid wash. They also waxed my truck. It looked amazing! My only complaint is it’s hard to get in for an appointment and the parking lot is terrible. But the quality of work still earns them a 5 star!

My antenna broke off while going through the car wash. Ummmm was told it would be replaced. its been 3 weeks no word. Called and left messages nothing. I should have gotten a copy of the paperwork I signed.This review got their attention and they are replacing the antenna... the whole reason I left it.Other than this odd freak accident that could happen anywhere... this place is great. Its the place we go for our oil changes and car washes. Havent used it for detailing hit most likely will soon.

Awesome crew for oil change

I suspect when the floor mat caught on the back seat they ripped it instead of detaching it were it was caught up and chose not to say anything to me once they returned my van. Property damage is NOT ok.and the windshield is spotted

My car was completely covered with salt after I drove across Snoqualmie Pass. Autobahn did a tremendous job of getting every bit of it off.

I brought my 2006 Nissan Xterra in for its first detail....it was nasty between two dogs and me being a guy who enjoys the out doors and fast food. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up later that day before I left for work and boy did it look brand new!!!! The engine, the exterior plastic, rims, carpet....pristine. I dont want to sneeze in the car and ruine their fine work. Highly recommended.

I was in and out of there quick!They didnt try to make us pay for the most expensive service on their list and they were really friendly.They gave us a free car wash and the car wash was probably the best one Ive been to. I got the #4 wash which is $17 for free AFTER the oil change! Every other car wash leaves your car with some water spots but they made sure this one was dry before I drove off.10/10

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the LUBE oil and service here. after addressing my concerns with the Manager/owner at least three times informing him that my Truck was not being greased which is part of the service that we all pay for and the components neglected are very expensive to replace when not maintained correctly.My last visit to them is/was 3/15/19 as my concerns have not been addressed and or remedied

The staff is great, and the guys did an amazing job on my car. Iggy spent many hours getting things looking like new. Its hard to believe just how harsh our desert air can be on a paint job until you see what they can do. Amazing job, great staff, i couldnt be happier.

Had my car detailed there. They never called to tell me it was ready. When I called they said “oh, it’s been ready for a while.” When I got there, the employee that handed me my keys was smoking at the same time. They did a good job on our cars, but the customer service is lacking.

Had an oil service done. They where quick. Not much said. Ran over to grab my free car wash. Got in line, made comment about a kpr box truck going threw the line. Surprised they allowed that, Being most dont. Get threw the car wash. Guy wipes down car, Gives me a smile and a thumbs up. Drive home. Grease all over my white car. Really? Granted it might have come from the truck ahead of me. But the simple fact the guy that whipped down my car and smeared it on the hood and sides would have said hold up something happened. Something. Not let me just drives off.

Detailed a 17 year old car. Did a great job. Dislodged a part that holds the trunk open. They had 360 Auto Repair fix it. Much appreciate people that stand behind their work. Will use them again.

Got a free car wash after 10 washes, also a free wash on my birthday! They also give a senior citizen discount and some other discounts for early birds. Car washes are always good, vacuuming is always good, sometimes the inside of the windshield is streaky when theyre finished, that would be my only complaint.

I got the #5 (best wash), and the attention to detail that not only the people running the car wash side, but also the people who cleaned the interior was very impressive. Its clear that they take care of their employees, as they are all hard workers! I wont be going back to Bushs any time soon!

I like the Autobahn service center for my whole fleet of cars. Mine, the wife and my kids. They service what you want, not what THEY want, like some other places and dealers. They dont push the upsell, they ask about wipers and lights. But dont try to trap you into thinking you cant leave if you dont have your muffler bearings rotated.The comp carwash is the cherry on the cake.I will keep coming back.

Ive been bringing my cars to Autobahn after I was referred to them by a local body shop. I have ALWAYS had a fantastic experience and they do a high quality, very detailed oriented job! They make my almost 10 year old Mustang look brand new! I won a gold trophy last year! I dont always trust my car to be washed and detailed, but when I do, I take it to Autobahn!
