They are all friendly. I took my husband with me this time and he liked the deluxe foot spa. He enjoyed it while sipping on his drink that Tammy made.

The lady that did my nails was pretty nice but i’m not satisfied with my nails this is exactly 1 week and 4 day old nails none of them are the same shape they are just so messy and lumpy some are even uneven which is so sad bc i was so happy to get my nails done i don’t recommend going there i payed 65 for those.

Very nice atmosphere but the workmen’s ship is not good at all cutting corners everywhere. Polish was not done correctly it looks horrible. They filed down my nails and the acrylics really sucked. Never again will I come back here. Coming from a major city this was also very expensive not good at all.

I recently got my nails done and I didnt like them so I went here. I told the man who did my nails that I had cuts from the other place and to be gentle and he wasnt. And he was really quick with me trying to get to the next person. I understand they had a line but I didnt like how quick they tried to get rid of me. They charged me 60 when my fiance was about to pay I noticed 2 of my nails bumpy so I asked them to fix it and the man did and when I went to go pay, my fiance paid the 60 when there was an 20% off for new customers and they didnt apply it for us.

Tammy is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!You will not be disappointed if you come here and get your nails done! 10/10 RECOMMEND!!! This is my favorite place. I made the mistake of going elsewhere with a friend and they turned out terrible, called Tammy and she was here to save the day!! She is awesome!

My boyfriend and I went to get pedicures on a Saturday, prior to that my boyfriend was told that walk-ins were welcome and it wasn’t necessary to make an appointment. It was our first time at this place. They seated us right away and started a soaking baths, then the girl went to my boyfriend and started working on his pedicure while I was just seating and soaking my feet. 25 minutes later no one came to me to even ask me if they can get me anything, they kept ignoring me like I wasn’t even there. I finally asked for a towel and walked out. This was a really horrible experience. If you don’t have enough technicians working then just say that we need to make an appointment or wait in a waiting area instead of ignoring me. Poor service

Walked in just after five with no appointment to get my powder dip removed and did shellac it’s pink and white tips. Houston is the person that did my nails he was really nice very professional and did an excellent job- I will come back!

Loved this place because the process is very orderly and everyone working is attending everyone. I got a pedicure and the foot massage was so amazing I would go here again. Good prices for what job is done.

I made an appointment at 2:30 for me, my grandmother, and my mom. After 10 minutes we were all seated then they started on me and my grandma, but not my mom. They then brought in a mother and her two children and started on them while my mom continued to sit. After me and my grandma were finished with our pedicures they brought in two more men and began servicing them while my mom continued to sit in the chair without so much as the water filled. Not to mention the floor was dirty there was pieces of nails all over. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of prioritization. We had an appointment, and were there on time, and yet they serviced 4 other people before getting to my mom while she sat in the chair and waited. The point of going was for us to get our nails done together, there was absolutely no reason those other people, who were walk ins not to mention, should have gone before her. By the time they started I had to leave for work and they had gotten the wrong colors out for her. The nails themselves are fine but I would not recommend visiting here due to the poor service.

The guy that did my nails was very patient with me. I had a difficult time relaxing my hand. The older lady that did my manicure rush through the job. It would have been better had she slowed down during my massage and my stones were too hot (burn 3 times...no scar just hot!!!). Dont want her again. Otherwise...I recommend. Good work but disappointed I didnt receive the new customers 20% discount😢

Horrible experience at magic nail, middle aged man didnt finish gel full set, he abandoned me when he saw another customer . his wife made a sequel. I was really frustrated and angry, I had to go to another shop to finish it .

I highly recommend MAGIC NAILS!!! Jimmy has been doing my nails for almost a Year already, and not once have I been dissatisfied! The energy of the place is amazing, the workers make you feel so comfortable. This is the best nail place in Victoria! I highly recommend asking for Jimmy!!

Was very good. My nails are a little wonky but I think I had a new guy. And if he was a new guy he did pretty dang good job for what I asked for. Everyone needs to learn somehow.

This was my first time here. I was pleasantly satisfied. Tammy was very nice and apologetic for the wait, it is a Sunday and many nail salons are not open so it was expected. I went with the Spa Pedicure and chose Honey Lemon scent scrub. She offered me a drink and was great at her massage. I will definitely come again.

The service was way better then last time . I used my gift card .

Hands down one of the best places in Victoria...Jimmy can do magic on any nail he gets his hands on...been to a lot of different places here in Victoria and Magic nails will alway get my business before anyone else does...not only a clean place but a fun place to go... My husband and I went in for two pedicures, our technicians for our services was Lena and Chris and I highly recommend them as well . They made our entire time great ! I was invited here by a friend and I am obsessed! I got the Jell-O shot pedicure and it was so cool! My tech was very sweet and really took her time with my toes. Afterwards I had my eyebrows tinted with amazing job not to mention she stayed after closing time to finish and did not rush. I think I have found my new favorite place!

Ive gone here twice and both times have been fantastic. Ive never waited more than 10 minutes and they do a fantastic job pretty quickly. I have seen the manager both times and she does great work!

The pedicure was amazing, the full set though is another story. They’re crooked and uneven and the nails look like they’re curving upward. They got the design right, but the execution was awful.

What I like about this place is its cleanliness. There is still that smell but not overpowering. However, the best part about this place that people fail to notice is that most of the tools they use are disposables like the buffer and nail files. Overall, I really enjoyed getting my nails done at this place and Im glad I found a new nail spot!

Made an appointment for 5:15 and waited until 6:30 to leave. We hadnt been seen even thought we checked in as soon as we got there. Nobody said anything to us and once we asked about our 5:15 appointment, staff just asked us to wait in another area for another twenty minutes. We never got our nails done even after waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes.

They do a very good job, but not worth the wait. I waited half an hour for a pedicure after my nails were done. Oh, and I didnt receive my 20% discount as advertised for new customers. I would give this place 5 stars if appointment times were better managed.

As a family we went to get pedicures, manicure, and a full set of nails. The pedicures and manicures were great. My full set of nails arent. I have 6 nails that are crooked and 2 nails that I have to file to make them not look weird, 3 nails are high on one side of the nails, they are sharp, and the underside of the nails need to be cleaned up. The fingernail polish is far from the cuticle so it doesnt look very good. The service was nice, the employees were great, but for the money I expected better results on my full set of nails. Its a bummer for me because I got these nails done for a wedding that I have to be in next week.

I seem To have found my nail salon. My daughter and I tried it yesterday and I had a fill, she has a full set and we could not be more pleased. The lady was patient as I tried a slew of polishes. It was clean and upscale and it had a large selection of colors and variety of services. Will definitely be back!

I am in love with this nail spa. Its is the perfect name to describe the experience. After one wreck of a manicure at other Nails salons, and two failed attempts to get a chair at a highly rated nearby nail shop, I am glad that my search brought me to this place. Everything is properly labeled, all the equipment is sanitary, and all the tools are new per customer.

Edit: I for my nails done 12/27/20. It’s now 12/30/20 and the gel polish is peeling off. This place is AWFUL.Phillip pulled my hand so hard it made my thumb POP. He also made my ring finger bleed. I always tip my nail techs $10, $15, but only gave him $5. Sorry you’re mad or in a hurry, Phillip, but I didn’t didn’t do anything to you. Avoid.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Called for a 2:30 acrylic & pedicure appt didn’t start until after 3. My nails are all popping off before even a week. The woman on the phone told me she don’t know what I want her to do since I ain’t call the day after I got my nails done.

This is my nail salon! I have tried many many different salons over the past few years and never found one I wanted to go back to. This place nails is the best. I always get a pedi and shellac polish and it is amazing. No thumping music competing with loud chatter, and my toes looked FANTASTIC!

I think we made the woman up front a bit frustrated because my Mom and I dont get our nails done very often (maybe once every year or two) and didnt really know any of the types of manicures.Aside from that, though, the customer service was great. The technicians we had were super sweet and very friendly. Kevin did a fantastic job on my nails. I have a slightly wonky finger from slamming it in a car door when I was a kid. Almost every salon Ive gone to, they always end up hurting that finger somehow. He was super gentle and didnt hurt me one bit.

Very clean and very friendly service, amazing job at designs on your nails will be back but need to work on scheduling appointments. My appointment was at 10am didnt get my service started till 10:30am but once they started they worked hard to make me happy and apologized for the wait. I WILL BE BACK!!

These ladies are awesome! I did my pedicure here and I chose the top pedicure. The staff here really knows what they are doing. No pain and full relaxation. My toes look amazing and I definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting their pedicure done. Ill try a manicure next time. Im happy they accept walk ins. They are in a new plaza and you can tell everything inside the location is brand new. I cant wait to see how they do on my manicure.

Reading the reviews for magic nails made me want to get my nails done there, and I am so glad I did. Kevin was the one that I had the privilege of getting my nails done by, and his work was outstanding. I tried something new that I had never tried before, which was nail dipping, and they took my breath away. He also drew the snowflakes on my nails, and they came out amazing. Magic Nails is the place to go to Victoria. They just gained a loyal customer.

Took our daughter here it looked nice in appearance, but the way her nails came out looked nothing like what she asked for 3 nails were crooked a lot of them had clumps of acrylic under them they didnt file off. Awesome pedicure! The atmosphere was relaxing and the people were super nice. They did a great job! Also, the massage I got with the pedicure was AMAZING! Some places just do a quick, cursory massage but here, this place is not one of them. I will definitely come back again!
