Everyone’s work in this salon is phenomenal. Real nails and I get gel so it typically last 3-5weeks.

Love this place.... So much Talent. If you have a idea they will go with it and are honest about it as well. Eric and Tiffany are my 2 favorite. Bit great customer service and they dont try to rush u out they take their time and are accurate everytime. And pricing isnt too bad it just depends on what you get done. I recommend anyone who wants fab nails this is the place to go

First time here. I love thefinished results. I recommend calling for Tracy. Lady knows what she is doing, throughout the pedicure she kept asking, so far so good?. Shes really great and attentive. Give her all your money! Lol

I’m from out of state on vacation with my four children. I drove 35 minutes for a noon appointment today. When I walked in with my children I was immediately told they are booked. I went on to tell the owner that I have a noon appointment with Eric for a fill, predicate and eye brow waxing. She looked at me with an attitude and disgust I might add and said no you don’t 😳. After about two more seconds of her looking at my children like we were crazy, I left. Never have I had to deal with such unprofessionalism and Embarrassment. This business could have made a great profit with the work that I wanted done 🤷🏽‍♀️🤬

I have been a regular here for two years, I will never come here again! Tiffany, the owner, is very rude and unprofessional. Her tone and body language *eye rolls* are very off-putting. My complaint was regarding my manicure. Tiffany was distracted since she was constantly answering the phone as well as walking away to give orders to her staff. She was also rushing because her next client had arrived. My nails needed another coat of gel. She used very little gel color and my natural nails were exposed on the edges. When I asked her if she can fix them, she became very aggressive, she started rolling her eyes, she said my nails were supposed to be exposed on the edges, she even took a nail file to my nail and started filing my natural nail. I told her that I pay for my nails, this is not a free service and I would hope expect quality. I would not recommend this place. So unprofessional. Terrible service!

They messed up my nails, I called because I wanted my colored nails fixed, but they charged me again for their mistake, the manager was so rude, she doesnt know how to treat customers, she’s so unprofessional.... I will not come here anymore...also I would like a refund from my last visit .

If I could give this nail salon a ZERO I would. This was probably the worst experience at a nail salon here in Fullerton. Very unprofessional, rude and give you one price over the phone and another once they start your nails. My friends and I called in advance to check for prices which they told us it was $33 for a medium length full set and $5 for a design. When I asked if they charged for matte finish the lady who answered said no theres no charge for that. We continued to look around for places but decided on this place after we looked at the pictures of their work. So I called in and made an appointment. We came into the the salon for our appointment and immediately they sat us down (which was great). The guy nail tech assisted my friend and once he began to glue the nails on she noticed some were crooked and also noticed that he kept gluing them on then taking it off and back on again (which is fine if he is looking to position them correctly). My friend mentioned that the he was very friendly and didnt get upset when she asked for a correction but the only thing she didnt like was that when he filed one of her nails, he filed them so short that one of them cracked and instead of taking it off he just glued it back on. She told him he should replace it because it would break and he said no its fine. Once he was finished putting the nails on and a lady, who we find out later that she was the manager (short brown haired with blonde highlights lady), came over to paint them. Here is where everything got bad. Long story short, they changed their prices soon as they began doing the job. When I told the manager that we had called in advance to check prices and that they gave us a different price and also told us matte finish was at no extra charge, she was super rude about it and said well this is the price and I am the manager. In other words, I took it as too bad get on with it. I told her as a manager you should take care of your customers and honor the prices given over the phone because that is the reason we came. She continued with attitude and saying that she would not lower the price for us and I told her that I understand that and that I am not asking for a lower price Im asking to honor the price given prior if it so happens to be a price lower then what she is now saying then she should talk with her staff about giving correct prices. She did not want to honor the price. My friend mentioned she wasnt comfortable with the way they were coming out. So I told her that why would we pay for a job that my friend wasnt even liking and were crooked and to top it off are now changing prices and giving attitude. To make it clear I was not rude at all yet i recieved attitude. Once I told her that my friend didnt like the work she immediately said well then Ill take it off (with some attitude once again, quickly grabbed the clippers and grabbed my friends hand). We agreed to have them take them off and take them off with acetone which they did.I just dont understand how management can run a business like that? I called in advance to know how much we were going to pay only to find them raise the price when they started the work. This wouldve never gone so bad if the manager wouldnt have been so rude and honored the price. Unfortunately we did not get the name of the person who answered the phone the first time we called but the manager claimed she was answering all phone calls all day but for some reason cannot remember when I called in.To top off this experience they also had a cockroach lying on its back where the seats are in the waiting area (look at the pictures), mind you it was still alive. It looked like a clean place but not sure why they have a cockroach there.I will definitely not be returning here.If you want a nail salon that is professional, takes care of their clients and goes the extra mile to hear what set you want then I recommend going to Lush Nails & Spa in La Habra. We came there after this place and Alex took VERY good care of us!!

This nail salon is now under new owner/management about 3 months ago and the owner/staff here are so sweet and friendly! I made an appointment for a gel mani and a regular polish pedi. The owner, Tiffany did my gel mani and I love that she is so careful and takes her time making my nails look so clean & pretty! I loved how she shaped my natural nails to the perfect round shape. Deena did my pedi and I also love how gentle and careful she was as well. My feet and toes felt so clean and fresh! I love it! 🥰I would definitely recommend & come back again!

That 1 star is only for the workers. They are doing a great job at acrylic nails and pedicure.Unfortunately the customer service is awful. The lady at the front desk and acting as the manager is rude. Very disrespectful!I made an appointment for 2pm, arrived 5min early and mentioned myself, time schedule and went to choose my nails polish. I sat there for 30min before someone cared to got me prepped.I told the lady that the point of making an appointment is to have that time available and properly seat down when I arrived. She yelled at me for complaining, telling me that they are running late because of another customer nails. I mean how is that my business?

Me and my friends got a reservation at 3pm we had to wait between 40-50 minutes before someone started working on one of us. They overbook their schedules and do not have enough technicians working to meet their schedule. Come 5:15pm my pedicure is finally complete, and I didn’t want to sit another hour getting my hands done.

This salon in great! The nail technicians are very creative and talented. I’ve always had a great experience. They have a huge selection of nail polish colors including gel and dip powder. Tiffany is the best! She shapes my nails beautifully. I always get so many compliments.

The girl working on my nails did a horrible job. On top of that I just noticed she didn’t use the right size on my right thumb nail 🤦‍♀️

I came in at about 940 Saturday morning. They were already busy but the owner took me right away and took care of my pedicure and she did a wonderful job. It was my first time there. The place was clean and lovely. The staff was extremely friendly and thorough. Nails and toes were done beautifully. Only complaint is that they charge individually for nails, gel powder instead of one set price. I have not gotten nails done in a long time so this may be how salons charge now. The owners gave us a discount which was very nice and I appreciated it. I would recommend this place. They even do a full arm and hand massage with the manicure and a leg and foot massage with the pedi. They have wine and water. I would definitely recommend this place. 💕😊💕

So unhappy with this place. I made an appointment and they never got to me. I waited about 40 minutes and then they told me it would be five more minutes and I waited but nothing. A girl came in and was serviced before me even though she had cancelled her appointment. Never going here again. If I could give negative stars I would.

I always go to this nail salon because it close to my school Last week i went there for filling and the lady who did for me was so nice as a person her name is jenny but for some reason the filling was so bad and weak in the same day two of my nails were broken and the rest the nail polish was not even from the side for all my nails btw my nails is strong so they arent easy to break but she fills them too deep which leaves them too thin and weak anyways i live far that is why i come back after weekend and i been help with a lady with blond hair ( which i think she is the manger)Which treat me from the first moment so bad and rude she started talking about that the regular nail polish always chipped which i said yes but not in the same day i always do regular nail polish and stay for week or two so it also not even from the side as u guys can see in the picture she told me she will charge me if she fix it because it is not her fault i said it is not my fault as well i just pay 2 days ago why i need to pay again she suddenly left my hand with two fingers no polish on them and screamed at my okay the lady who did for you is not here and you can come when she is hear!!!!! Seriously you will leave me like that !!! She keep yelling at me in front of everyone in the salon and when i said u talking to me with altitude, she replied to me you need work and you dont want to pay and she also said smells you are in the camera is that mean i need to be scaredAt the end i asked her about the manger she said he is not here and she doesnt know when he will be here and she cant give me his numberWhich is ofcourse not ture. It i can give them zero star i will.

Im very meticulous about my nails. She did an ok job. 3 out of 10 nails had places that she polished over the nail dust and wrinkles in the Polish. The water for the Mani was cold. On the upside it was affordable. She was very friendly, they all were. I would go back but with a different nail tech next time.

I went to this place because it was close to my workplace. The price was reasonable but I would not go back to this salon again.The water was cold. Even though I told the lady that was doing my nails, she didnt make it warm.Some of my nails do not have polish on it. They rush to finish with my nails.I normally do not complain about places but I would not recommend this place.

This place is terrible!Dont waste your money!I was there 3 1/2 hours for a fill & pedicure!They did half my fill, then left me sitting for an hour waiting for them to come back & finish! My nails are all different shapes, not one nail is fully covered in polish, but i have a lot of polish on my skin, & i have MULTIPLE CUTS, & blood on my fingers!They then over charged me on EVERYTHING, after the only reason I went in there, is because they came to my door, advertising all their discounts!Ive been wearing acrylics for 20 years, & this is by far, the worst nail experience, Ive ever had!

I took my fiancee here and she was happy with the mani/pedi results. Theres a Philz coffee in the same complex which worked out perfectly for me while I waited. Good service and staff was friendly. Well be back!

I found this nail salon on instagram. I got a full set and spa pedicure. Everyone that worked on me was very nice and helpful. They are very professional and everything was very clean. I have never been a regular at any nail place but i plan on making this location my home. Im so excited. Nails on fleek.😁👍💕💅

I came in for mani/pedi and they were very friendly, less than a hour and my pedicure was coming off, so I came back and they touched it up. An hour after that i had the same problem with my polish coming off, so I called. They told me the tech probably used the gel polish and it would not ever dry without the light. She assured me to come back anytime and she would make it right. I called on my lunch break to schedule to come by right after work, when I arrived they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and told me to come back another time. Terrible customer service and rude to me in person. This place is not worth the trouble!!! Cockroaches!!!!

I would give this place 0 star if I could. Called and made an appointment for 10:30 for mani-pedi for my husband and just gel mani for me because we got a grand opening coupon in the mail. There were a mother and a daughter who beat us inside and manage to get worked on before us.They seated my husband right away but had me waited for 40 minutes because Im asian and not white like other people. In between I saw a bunch more employees coming in and no one wanted to work on my nails. I gave myself a limit, I was thinking if they started working on my husbands hands then I will walk out so I did.A male manicurist rushed over and said sorry for the wait, we are ready for you now but I left anyway.They told my husband to text me to go back but I refused. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME goin there! Stupid people and poor customer service!
