I purchased the full body in and outdoor car detail package with an additional headlight and engine cleaning to put my vehicle up for sale. The lady at the Cleveland St. location was really sweet to wait for me to arrive since I had to bike there so that I can handle the transaction process. The customer service overall was amazing especially when I spoke to Mike who detailed my car. He was impeccable, professional and honest! He answered all my questions, gave me a walk through on how the process will go and even gave me recommendations on how to modify my car on a budget. Auto Detailing Consumer BE AWARE I was searching in Virginia Beach for a car detailing company preferably black owned business. Then after looking at some reviews I thought I was coming to the perfect place ... but I was terribly wrong. Not trying to throw shade at this business but they really need to try to do better. I set my appointment for 9 AM today to get my car fully detailed and deep cleaned on the interior only, as I dropped my car off the owner tells me that I will be picking up my car around 5:30 PM which I was understanding about because I definitely wanted my car to come out squeaky clean on the inside. I called at 3 P.m to see if my car was finished up but he politely told me that my car was still being worked on. I arrived there at 5:15 and at my disbelief they were still working on my car which my car wasn’t “done” until 6:15 I took a look at the inside of my car & it looked the same way it did when I brought it to them, if I could post a picture I would Im very disappointed because I didn’t get what I asked for and my car smells so disgusting like dirty water smh I’ll never come to this place againSo Be aware Consumers& for the owner the employees said that they were at another location and they did not get to my car until 4 that’s why they didn’t charge me because you didn’t communicate with your employees at all ... they told me had my car been worked on for 8 hours there would be no stains at all but lack of communication with your employees is very unprofessional. Thank god I didn’t have any plans

I brought my husband’s car to Reliable Auto Detailing and got the interior cleaning package and the engine cleaning. There was so much sand and dog hair everything inside! It appears Reliable Auto Detailing are crooks to the core. Bait and switch is what happened. As soon as the technician exited his truck he starts talking about raising the price. I declined the service based on the price increase. Sadly, I was persuaded to pay half down when I scheduled the service. I think I have been had. Be careful with these folks. There is no interest at all in customer service.

Today I had the interior of my fiancé’s car detailed as a Christmas present. His seats had many coffee stains dirt and grime on it. I’m not 100% sure who worked on my car but I believe it was Terrance. The work did take a VERY long time but he did an AMAZING JOB. They set me up with coffee, breakfast bars, and Netflix while I waited in the office. I was happy he really took his time for how great a job he did. Hard working guy. My fiancé is excited to come back from deployment to use it!

When it comes to detailing and cars. I pay very very very close to the details. My goal is for the car to look like its fresh off the show room floor. While the car was detailed very good and i am thankful for everything it still was the very very very little things like in between the cracks that maybe could of been hit. Other than that i dropped the car off at 930am in the morning and the car was ready around 1215pm. they even dropped me off at Starbucks so i can get coffee. for my 2016 dodge journey the total was only 204.95 for full detail which includes inside and outside.

Great and quick service. Was able to fit me in quickly to complete a headlight restoration. My headlights were yellowed and foggy. Arrived at shop took my 2011 Toyota Camry right back and completed it within 30 minutes. Headlights are clear again! This will definitely improve night driving! Great service and communication. I dropped off a 15 year old 4Runner that has been through a lot - two big dogs, four kids and 200k plus miles. It was showing its age and was in bad need of some serious TLC. Just got a 2015 Honda Civic that I bought used. It was in good shape, but was definitely used with lots of stains, sticky stuff of windows and trim, faded black plastic trim, small scratches, etc. These guys literally made this thing look, feel, and smell BRAND new. The paint looks phenomenal and shiny, the chrome is smooth, the stains are all gone and there isn’t one spec of dust inside. If you want the best of the best work, this is the place to go. Also, the owner/manager/front desk guy is really professional and friendly. 5 out of 5.

First off, Terence (the owner) and customer service is awesome! I did research a bunch of detailing shops in the area and found Terences prices to be better than others and the products that he uses (CarPro) to be some of the best. I used to work in a detail shop, back in my early years, which taught me how to keep things looking good on my car and made me very meticulous when it comes to cleaning it. But once Terence was done with my car, I was completely blown away and was totally amazed with how good it looked! He did multiple stages of cleaning it (clay bar, multiple compounds, and wax) before applying a ceramic coat on my car and wheels and it looked like glass and was baby smooth! If anybody is looking for a great, attention to detail, cleaning and polishing for your car, Terence is the man to see. I highly recommend him and his shop!

I just picked up my 2016 Ram 1500 and wanted to get the paint protected. I called and spoke w/ Terence. He was very polite and professional and I could tell he was a good guy. I was originally going to use a sealant, but Terence suggested I try a coating to get 2 year protection. The prices were right in line with what I thought they would be. I said sure and dropped my truck off in the morning at his shop. He had it a couple of hours and I went to pick it up. It looked great. I did not see any issues with the paint coating, no streaks, no raised areas, everything looked good! I really appreciate all of his hard work and time spent on my truck. He cares for cars just as if they were his own. Detailing is no easy job, but if you need someone you can trust and that will do a great job without ripping you off, give Terence a call. Had cigarette smoke smell in a truck I just bought and contacted them to make sure they could take care of it. Terrance explained the whole process to me and told me he could get it done in a weekend even though they were closed on Sunday. He came in on Sunday to make sure my truck was good to go. Absolutely fantastic! I needed the interior of My car cleaned quickly and they were able to book me an appointment for the next day within minutes.Ive tried deep cleaning my car in the past but nothing comes close to the level of detail in their work. My car looks as clean as the day I bought it .

I made an appointment at Reliable Auto Detailing for this past Monday. As I was entering the parking lot, I popped my tire after hitting the curb :/ The guys in the shop not only changed my tire, but they did an incredible job detailing my car.I had my oil changed and a new tire put on the following day, and the mechanics couldnt stop raving about my shinny tires and how great my car looked overall. They even asked if I wanted to sell it! When they popped the hood they couldnt believe even my engine was was sparkling.I would definitely recommend Reliable Auto Detailing; just be careful turning into the parking lot :]

Called and received same day appointment.The entire staff was completely professional.They did an amazing job fully detailing our mini van that has been trashed by two toddlers...Looks new inside and out!I will use them again and highly recommend their services.

I have taken two of my cars to Reliable Auto detailing and I have been nothing but amazed by the results. Both times my cars were BAD. I just picked up my wifes car in which we have been hauling my two grandsons aged 3 and 4. I truly thought the backseat are could not be saved and just like last time, I was amazed.
