I ordered a new phone for in-store pickup at the Verizon on Dressler. When I initially ordered the phone, the sales rep explained one of the employees could help me transfer my information in store and would take my old phone (for the promotion) after everything was transferred. When I picked up my purchase, the manager was rude and almost laughed in my face when I asked for further help. He said there was nothing he could do, they dont do that in store anymore, despite being told otherwise 2 hours prior.Furiously, I walked out and drove directly to the TCC Verizon store in North Canton (Washington Square). I met Josh and he was absolutely incredible. He personally helped me set up my new phone and transferred my information to the new device. He was so helpful and courteous. Next time Im due for an upgrade, I wont go anywhere else.
We had a great experience. Josh was very patient with us as we transferred some phones bought new phones. Helped us with purchasing their new internet product. Can’t wait to try it.

My mom and I walked into this store today to switch from one provider to Verizon. We talked to Brennan and he seemed helpful at first. He mentioned the BOGO. promotion and that it would ultimately be cheaper to get new phones even though my mom and I didn’t want to. I asked what the new plan would be and he mentioned new phones again. I said “no I want to make sure we are getting a similar plan.” He said “yes all unlimited.” I then told him we wanted to think about it and would come back. He then told me if we came back tonight they would be busier, almost pressuring us to buy then. We then left and went to Best Buy and was told there were 5 different plans we could choose from. Brennan never mentioned that. There was also a few other things that Best Buy mentioned that Brennan did not. Since the service at Best Buy was a night and day difference from this store, we purchased new phones and switched providers at Best Buy. This store must only be concerned with selling as many phones as possible. Please get a second opinion from Best Buy before you purchase ANYTHING from this location.

No one likes going to get help with their phone/device, but Joe made it an easy, clear, and fast process. I waited for a while, just cause Joe was the only one in the store. As someone whos worked customer service for nearly a decade, I absolutely understand and dont mind a wait, especially for good service! Joe was very kind, understanding, and was able to explain things clearly for someone like me who hasnt gotten a phone upgrade in years. Jason and Brennon were so kind and considerate while assisting me in a phone selection. They asked me questions about was important to me.Since I am 76 years old, they did a lot of work for me as my hands shake.I appreciate that they recommend a less expensive phone that I was intending to purchase when I came in. Saved me over $400.Every aspect the purchase was done quickly. I was done in less than 30 minutes.I highly recommend this Verizon store as it is fast and the staff exceptional. Very clean store.
Joseph helped me back in July. I was so glad to see his smiling face last night (11/16/20)! I had been thinking about updating my phone for several months and it died last night. Went to this Verizon store at Washington Square yesterday and Brennan was the one who helped us with a question. A simple question that I could not resolve with a customer service rep had me very disgusted. So I explained my dilemma and within 15 minutes Brennan solved the problem that could have been solved over the phone with the customer rep and would have saved me a trip to the Verizon store! This young man is a valuable employee, courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly non-condescending! Perhaps you need to have your customer service reps attend an in-service with this young man. I have been with Verizon for years and they make a problem very hard to solve over the phone...why have customer service numbers if you can’t or don’t want to resolve them.Thank you Brennan . You are not only intelligent but respectful!

It has been my experience in the past with your stores that no matter what I might need for my phone, your associates attempt to get me to purchase a new phone. Sure enough today was no different. Needed a new power cord and was pressured to buy a new phone. You make it very tempting for in the near future when I DO need a new phone NOT to shop with you!
I typically dont leave reviews that are so negative, but this experience has left a very sour taste.....Back in May we went to add a line and they were offering BOGO on the s20 ultra phones. Well they didnt add things to the account correctly and we waited our 1-2 billing cycles to find that information out. Dealing with Verizon care to see if they can add the promo on to my account. But since it wasnt a corporate offer, and only the TCC location offer, they determined that it was not eligible to add the BOGO promotion to my account. I am beyond irritated with this store location as now I am stuck paying $65/month extra that was I was not supposed to be paying. I do NOT recommend going to this store, unless youre willing to pay for their mistakes.
Thelma was so great to work with. She was fast and efficient. We wanted to add a line for our youngest, due to the COVID mess. We were in and out of there in less than 40 minutes...AND our bill is actually CHEAPER!

He was the only one in there and was navigating a few other customers problems with ease and patience. He figured out my technical glitch and was awesome to deal with. I like most, do not like change. So upon entering this store I was a bit nervous to change providers. Minutes later my worry drifted away, I saw how the other customers were being treated and it put me at ease. I have to say that that was the most amazing customer service I have ever received from a wireless provider. I highly recommend this store!

I went in the other day to switch carriers, Sprint>Verizon. Alex was so helpful! She explained what my options were, broke it down for me and helped me pick out the best option for my mom and myself. When it came time to activate the phones we ran into a little hiccup, but Alex was on the phone for literally 4 hours for me to figure out what the problem was and to get things moving. She went above and beyond and I am so grateful! Great staff and Definitely my new store.

This store usually has great service but the gal who I spoke with yesterday (with short curly hair) was very rude. I was shocked with her negative attitude and lack of professionalism. I ended up taking my phone to Apple to be fixed and will buy my phone from there from now on.
Employees work with a black and white attitude. Employees weren’t very helpful in any aspect with what I needed. Wouldn’t suggest going to this store unless you need a phone case or sass. They should be able to help with that.
Very disappointed with the service at this location. There were two employees each working with a customer when I walked in. I don’t understand what could have taken so long, but I waited and nearly an hour to be helped.I wanted to upgrade my iphone only to find out Verizon would only give 1/3 the amount Apple would for my old phone. So I purchased from Apple instead. What a waste of time.
