The best local business Ive been to so far. The owner and every staff member was awesome. Communication was professional and on point.And my 2011 WRX looks amazing. I brought the car in with my paint feeling very rough to the touch and its now smooth as glass. My 10 year old engine bay (that I havent touched in 19 years) looks like it just came off the factory line.

Jeff and his crew did an exceptional job making the paint on my 30 year old car look fresh again. I never thought my car could look this good! They even cleaned out the interior and detailed the engine bay! Dealing with such a professional and courteous small business is refreshing, and I recommend their services to everyone.

I recently had my black MB GLK 350 fully detailed here and I am blown away by the *amazing* job these guys did. I had hard water spots ~all over~ the entire vehicle (even on the glass) from sprinklers that used well water. It also had rubs on all 4 corners on the paint. The whole vehicle essentially needed paint correction. They made it look brand new. Their clay bar, polishing, waxing & buffing skills are next-level. Money well-spent! Thank you to Jeff & his entire team. I will be using them again on my truck. 5 stars out of 5!!!!!

I was looking on google for a auto detailing company. So many to choose from and a lot with great reviews, so it made it difficult to hopefully find the best company. I chosen Xtreme detailing hoping for the best. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it looked amazing. It looked like the day I bought it new almost 5 years ago. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. So if your up in the air on who to take your vehicle too for detailing, I think Xtreme is one of the best to go too.

These people did a really amazing job I was extremely blown away when I looked inside my vehicle and seen how good they did, I bought this vehicle over the weekend and it had the worst smell that you can imagine and I took it to them and they had it for two days and when I picked it up it was totally different vehicle inside and out the smell was completely gone as well like a brand new vehicle and they did amazing work on the paint these people have my business I will be taking all my vehicles to them

You won’t be disappointed. Received the platinum package and the level of clean I had hoped for was surpassed. All the corrosion in the engine from the battery acid was scraped away. The weird smell from a water spill and food left in the car was gone. Previously I had a cleaning company try to get rid of the smell but they couldn’t. Xtreme Detailing did!Jeff was always professional over the phone and in person. The car was done early and I wish I had taken some before pictures for you all. Also the last thing here. The trading paint event with a post left some red paint on my silver paint. That is all gone now too!!!Again you won’t be disappointed

So they cleaned my highlander after sitting for 6 months. They did a very good job on the inside but could have done better on the outside. It wasnt bad it wasnt perfect. I would go back but I would definitely highlight the areas they missed before. They are definitely carrying people they want to make you happy.

The customer service here is incredible! I had been talking to the owner over email about different services, and when I went by their shop to get an estimate, I was greeted by name. They are true professionals, and their prices reflect this, but you really do get what you pay for. Some of their higher end paint correction services and coatings are probably best left for brand new or extremely high-end cars, as they can cost several thousand dollars, but they do a lot of work with great results in their detailing packages, which they estimated would only cost $440 for a top level package on my 2009 BMW 328i. They also offer hand car washes that I decided to get done while I was getting my estimate. While I was a little hesitant to pay $50 dollars for a basic car wash and spray wax that I could easily do myself, I wanted to give them a try before I spent several hundred dollars on a full detail. They spent almost an hour with my car, and it looked like it had been fully detailed. Their attention to detail is INCREDIBLE, and when he was done, the guy washing my car actually brought me over and pointed out all of the very few small defects still left after he had washed the car. For anyone who does not know, BMWs are notorious for horrible brake dust, but they still felt that they had to point out the tiny bit burned on to my (otherwise incredible looking) rims that they could not get off. This is the kind of service that really sets Xtreme Detailing apart from the rest of their competition. Thank you Jeff and Rodney. Great experience. I had pet hair in my car that I was unsuccessful at removing for over a year. I took it to the dealer for cleaning and they didnt do a good job either. I finally came to Xtreme for full detail and pet hair removal. I was a little skeptical at first and didnt want to pay the price, but after talking to Rodney (love Rodney), I made the appointment. Well, I must say I was extremely satisfied! The car was like show room new, looked good, smelled good, and NO pet hair! They are a little pricey, but you really get what you pay for...I paid for expert services and someone to get the job done right, and thats what I got! The other staff are also very kind and professional; they speak and talk when they see customers. Clean waiting area and bathroom are appreciated. Courtesy coffee and a variety of refreshments for sale. Overall pleasant experience. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to family and friends!

This review is about service before the service. I called first. A gentlemen answered and I did not ask his name. I asked if they were servicing on the day I went and I was answered yes. I arrived in minutes and I sat not knowing what I needed to do or if any team member was going to invite me in or come to my car to at least ask how may I help. One gentlemen had a low cut the other was Dred w length. The were talking like two long lost brothers who had not seen each other in a very long time. Finally the Dred (pointed) indicates to move my car left but nothing else. With detailing businesses Im going to first greet my customer and then explain the wait time and get an idea of service from a new customer. I felt some type of way. Those two men were cackling hard I was just surprised after reading such raving reviews. You never know who and where the business is coming from. I did not feel the welcome here. I do not know if the help was the owner but if any of them were I was truly disappointed.

Being a owner of multiple high end cars from German exotics to Mean American muscle, I looked all over the east coat from outside of Boston as far as Palm Beach FL and all the reviews pointed to Xtreme Detailing located in Virginia Beach to get my car cleaned. Jeff, Rodney, and Joe are the finest on the East Coast and I would bet money Top 10 ultra car detailing shops in America. Jeff explained to me what he does, how he’s going to do it, and the guarantee outcome with my vehicle. Micheal who works in the sales office, did a wonderful job explaining each option for my car. I never once felt provoked to do something from Micheal or pressured into doing anything to my car that didn’t need to be done. Awesome guy up front, you can tell he really has a passion in what he does. I dropped my car off for 72hrs because of the xtreme package I got that coats my car for years. When I returned the car looked spotless. It looks just how it did with 17 miles on in at the BMW ///M showroom when I bought it in 2015. Bought a new used car focusing on the mechanical rather than the cosmetic. A few days after purchasing, I noticed quite a few stains on the seats and headliner, and a smoke-y funk. Was a bit disappointed as it was the perfect car at a perfect price. Put in an internet form at Xtreme Detailing and they were super responsive; got me in within a few days. After 24 hours and the 3 step interior process here (detail, biozyme and ozone), the thing is spotless and looks/smells brand new - I can finally love my car. Thanks Jeff and crew!

Just got my truck back from these guys, and WOW, what a great job. They washed, clay bared and waxed it and now all I want to do is drive it around to show it off. Jeff, the owner is very personable and made sure that I approved of the job that they did, as well as took time to explain to me different cleaning techniques and what would work best for my truck. I had to make a last minute emergency decision to go out of town for my family this morning and they told me I would lose my initial $50 deposit even though I said I wanted to reschedule and would need to make another $50 deposit to reschedule. I was originally told they would be willing to work with me if something like this were to happen. I am not going back. I even scheduled the gold service which is $375 dollars. They definitely lost my business permanently and I will also be telling people I know not to go there.

We had a flooded vehicle and took it to Xtreme Detailing. The crew did a wonderful job cleaning the vehicle, treating for mold and mildew, replacing the carpet and ultimately remediate the problem. They are pricey, but they provide high quality labor and pay attention to details. Additionally, Rodney, is very knowledgeable and answers any questions in regards to the state of your vehicle. We appreciate their business and highly recommend them if you need to get your car detailed and brand new looking by a professional team!!

I got the interior package done on my 2011 Tundra crewmax, I have two big Shepherds so my truck was covered in dog hair, I came back to find it completely spotless. Ive never seen my truck this clean and it probably hasnt been since it came out of the factory. Even got the free exterior wash woth it. Multiple people asked me if I got a new truck. Everyone there is professional and great at what they do. Besides a minor mix up between mine and anothers floor mats I dont have a single complaint and recommend them to everyone. Definitely plan on returning anytime I need my truck detailed again.
