Messed up my drain plug

They are awesome they more then just oil changes they check other stuff out on your car and tell you what you need if they dont replace it automatically! And they helped me see what was wrong with my car when I had loud noise coming from my car, I told them and they was able to figure out what the problem was. They took me down to the pit and pointed they flash light up and said well there your problem sir

Other than the hydraulic lift wont lift my vehicle for a tire rotation, I have had my vehicle maintained at Jiffy Lube since I got her new in 2008! They have kept her well maintained according to dealers recommendations...😁

Job was done in a timely manner I was in and out until next time

I didnt think much of it, I went there for an oil and filter change and fuel filter change in my 2012 ram diesel pickup. I asked how much this would cost, was told it would be $90 for the oil change and 79 for the fuel filter change. But was charged $110 for the oil change, when I asked about the difference he said I was told 110, so basically he was calling me a lier, if they hadnt already had the oil drained I would have left and went somewhere else. But for sure, I will never go there again.

Made a previous review about Jiffy lube and needed to be sure so I tried a different location. Again a five star and to be honest I would have given six stars if available. Awesome job by this team and to Jiffy lube again, new culture, new attitude, love it! Keep it up! Old disappointed customer, NEW, VERY MUCH HAPPY AND SURPRISED AT THE GREAT JOB! NEW CUSTOMER AGAIN!

Way to expensive. They try to get you to buy stuff you dont need. They never do the whole job. They just want to sell you more services. Then over inflated my tires. Definitely not even a mediocre experience.

The pricing is kind of ridiculous. Not going to lie I could have changed my own oil for less. Why the package deal? Why cant you JUST charge me for the oil change? Thats all I asked for and yet I got more added on that I know my car didnt need. This is the first and last time you guys will have my business or anyone I know for that matter. Would not recommend. I dont usually leave bad reviews but this was just an awful experience. My apologies for making it public, but others should know that they are paying way too much.

The absolute worst place to take your vehicle!!! I went to the jiffy lube in Goshen Indiana on pike street and spent over $50 getting my oil changed and two days later my check engine oil level light came on and I checked it and I had to add 2 1/2 courts to my vehicle and and with in a month and a half I had to add 13 quarts total cause of how bad my truck was leaking so I finally made it back in to try to get them to change my oil and I told them that they left something lose and how much oil Ive leaked and they refused to change my oil and said they are not the reason its been leaking as they just checked to make sure everything was tightened that I needed to take it to a mechanic to get looked at and since them checking to make sure there work was properly tightened my truck hasnt needed a drop of oil and its been a week now... So I just left there again after speaking with the manager again and he called me a liar and told me to go ahead and call corporate and I asked if this is seriously how he treats his customers and he said ya and walked away!!! This place has not heard the last of me and that manager is going to regret not taking better care of his unsatisfied customers as i will be contacting my lawyer whose also the state senate and hes not going to be pleased with how badly I was treated!!! All I wanted was them to replace my oil one time free of charge after Ive had to spend almost $75 in oil since my oil changed and I feel thats a small price to pay for allowing a vehicle to leave there shop leaking oil as badly as it was!!!

I wish I could give negative stars...If I could I would give -5 stars. I had my oil changed and they left oil cap off, which let oil spray all over my engine and the hood. I took the car back to see why my car was now leaking oil and smelled like burning oil. I was informed by a mechanic the oil cap was missing. I went back to Jiffy Lube and they REFUSED to take any responsibility, when they had just changed the oil. I spoke with a manager and he was so rude and would not even attempt to locate the old oil cap or even look at my vehicle. STAY AWAY, they have no integrity and do not take care of their customers!!!

Had some recent issues on a visit. The manager called and has corrected the issues.
