I had my drivers side door interior replaced. Brown did a wonderful job! I am very pleased with his work. Great job & great price! They also offer detailing & tire installation at a reasonable rate. I totally recommend this establishment. Friendly staff and superior work!

If you ever need your car detailed or whatever else you need I would 100% always take it to browns view. These are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met and they did everything they could to make sure my truck looked good and was running good. They all did a little extra to help me out too from cleaning my intake pipe and sanding down my fender. I would recommend this place over everyone because they all are super cool and helped me out.

Took my 2010 Ford F-150 for the Diamond package. Truck was in serious need of a makeover after years of carpooling kids around to soccer practice. Service was absolutely phenomenal and my truck came out looking better both inside and outside than when I bought it over 10 years ago. Highly recommend taking your vehicle to Brown’s View. I will be taking all my vehicles in the future there. Still in shock with how good my truck looks.

These guys are professionals and follow through with their work from the beginning until the end.The work was done at my residence and when I stopped by the office later in the day, they still continued to work on my vehicle.They love what they do, and theyre great at what they do. This establishment is beyond superb. Mr Brown and staff are professional and subject matter experts of there trade. I saw this business on Groupon and had great reviews. They were able to book me spur of the moment same day and I intended on getting a basic clean since I usually do most of the cleaning myself. After arrival manager immediately started on my truck after giving me a great price. He also said he would go ahead and clean the leather free of charge. Havent seen the results yet but first impression is that they care about your business and their work will reflect that!

When I say this shop is top notch thats considered a understatement. I brought my car there and when I say I was embarrassed to get in my own car I mean it. ButMr.Brown and his crew brought the inside of my car back to life. I had years worth of stains removed including water stains. They even restored my headlights. To top it off its reasonably priced. You get what you pay for and its worth every penny.

I just had my wifes 2016 Dodge Journey detailed here. They did an OUTSTANDING job. The vehicle hasnt looked this good since we drove it off of the dealership lot brand new! My wife and I have decided that this is the ONLY auto detailing company that we will use. The staff was helpful, courteous, and friendly. Trust me, you cant go wrong by taking your vehicle here.

Hands down the best detailing Ive had done in Norfolk. The whole staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The manager came out and looked at my car with me and discussed further action that could be taken to keep my car in optimal condition without being remotely pushy.I stayed and waited since it was a nice day and read my book. I had made an appointment and they made sure to start on my car right away. When they brought it back out it was literally spotless - inside and out. I have dogs that ride in the car, and while they did charge a small additional fee for pet hair ($25 and they were very upfront about this) they had managed to get all pet hair out of my carpet. They had gone so far as to take the contents of my door pockets out and bagged them so that they could vacuum the door pockets.If youre looking to bring your car back to looking like new, this is the place.

So Im a relatively new car owner, after someone hit my car without leaving a note I was driving around with a dent on the side for a few months until I saved enough money to get it fixed and the entire car repainted...soon after I got it in my mind to get it detailed as well. I started searching and came across Browns View when I called they were very receptive about what I wanted and answered all my questions. I came in later that day and we were able to work out a deal that allowed me to get everything I wanted done on a full time college students budget. Im a movie fanatic so the option to embark on a cinematic adventure while my car was detailed suited me. Afterwards my car looked like it belonged on a Toyota lot, that is to say it looked brand new. My car is also a convertible and I was pleased with the job they did caring for it and they even offered me advice on how to maintain the quality of my paint job. A bird pooped on my car and it ate through the clear coat, the workers at Browns view were so understanding that I was a new car owner they applied wax to the compromised parts of my clear coat at no extra charge. They definitely earned a lifetime customer. Quality work. I will be back.

Very HAPPY with the results of the detailing on my 2006 Chevy Tahoe LT!!!!! A very good price rate for the service, excellent job done to my vehicle inside and out as well as with the engine, they even took care of the under carriage!!!!! I was very lucky because they pick up my vehicle at my job and had it ready back at my job before I even got off work!! I am new to the area but as long as I am here they will have my business for regular vehicle washes and touch up jobs as far as any waxing for the future so I can hold onto that new car look. My only regret is that I did not get a before and after pictures and I did not ask if they do any fragrances (not a deal killer at all). I also wish I had gotten some business cards to share with my co-workers but I believe any of them checking out the results will be sold and I will refer them to the website. Did a great job on my Durango. It is hard to find someone that takes great pleasure in their work and treats your vehicle like you would. They did a fantastic job and went over and beyond to assure the job was done right the first time. The detailing done was and has been the best job I have seen done next to doing it myself which I spend hours hand washing and detailing my vehicles. The only thing I hate about the job is that it rained; however, I will return to have it brought back to that showroom finish that was done. Great business and gained the business of a repeat customer.

They did a great job detailing the interior of my car and cleaning the outside. However I was there for 3.5 hours while multiple people came in after me and left before me. It seems they give priority to people with appointments and if you dont have one they are not in a rush to finish your car. So if you so go here definitely have an appointment so you dont waste your afternoon like I did.

I was visiting from Atlanta and stopped in to get my car done and I was very happy with the job done, the prices are fare and I was pleased to be in a thriving black owned business, I would absolutely refer people to their company!

If I could leave negative stars, I would. This was one of the most misleading businesses I have ever attempted to use. The fact that they claim to be an integrity based business is nothing short of hilarious. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR GROUPON DEAL. This is a classic bait and switch promotion. They get you in the door with this awesome price, then they pound you with hidden fees. I have never left a place of business being more deceived in my entire life. To make matters worse, they questioned my wife’s intelligence (in a very disrespectful manner) when attempting to justify their crooked style of business. Companies like this are the reason why people think Groupon deals are “too good to be true.” Shame on this company for their misleading advertising. Their Google reviews must be filled out by friends and family because there is no way this place deserves 4+ stars.

Ripoff- I took my car there with a $40 groupon. The groupon states may be extra charges for PET hair or sand . I do not own a pet of any kind and its winter so I havent been to the beach in many months. The company I work for pays for me to get my cat cleaned so its cleaned regularly. When you get there you have to wait for someone to come out to see if they want to clean your car for the price you have paid. I was told it would be an extra $25 because of hair and sand? Then he pulled the seat back and there was a couple of straw wrappers and said oh my car was really dirty? I took the car right down the street where I usually go and got the same service of vacuum and wipe down for only $35. Beware of this place because I have lost my money to groupon now as no refund available.

Browns View Auto Detailing was amazing. They got me in the same day I bought my Groupon, I came late and they still saw me. Chris and Mr. Brown are the most respectable men I have ever met. Chris continually gave me updates on my jeep and how long it was going to take and even asked permission to clean certain parts of the car. If you are looking for people who will treat you with love and kindness and respect then you have come to the right place. Not to mention I came in with mud from off roading that had been caked on there for months and they got all of it out and too extra care to even clean the interior on my soft top. My car never even looked this pretty when I bought it. I will be a returning customer for life!

I was going to paint my car 2011 but decided against it. Browns performed dent removal and paint correction, cleaned up interior.. the car looked brand new..

I bought a Groupon that they said I didnt qualify for. Paid $225 cash for service. The owner was all excited... told me how he could get ALL the stains out. When I picked up my jeep I was a little disappointed with the result, guess his excitement about being able to remove the stains got my hopes up too high. Stains were lighter although he guarenteed to get them out. Had he not gotten my hopes up I wouldnt have been disappointed. There were obvious spots they missed with armourall and the windows had streaks!!! BUT... because of my review he did offer my money back but it was obvious his team put effort in so i felt they should be paid for the service.*There is a place off Military where it meets Greenbriar Parkway that did go over and beyond my expectations... dang I wish I could remember their name.I only tried this place cause it was closer and wanted to get my SUV ready for sale.

I arrived about ten minutes late as I ended up at the business behind them. I am not from Virginia. I feel very bad for that. I was greeted immediately, offered something to drink, and within a few short minutes a gentleman came out to access my vehicle. I told him my budget and aim was the interior not the exterior. I bought my car a year and three months ago. It was a donation car. Its a 2001 Ford Taurus.The interior had a lot of smoke damage, old spill stains, ground in dirt, plus pet hair etc. Im sorry I didnt take before and after pictures! I didnt want anyone in my car, or to park to close to other vehicles because I was just embarrassed at the level of floor, console, and seat damage.The young man who did my assessment quoted me the price that I was prepared for. I went to their website to look at packages. I KNEW that my car did not qualify for the groupon. The damage was just too heavy.I was there less than two hours, they took the car in and began working almost immediately. My appointment was at 9:00. The owner came out and talked to me and to see how satisfied I was. They did an awesome job for half the cost Ive seen elsewhere. They removed what looked like 5 years of dirt, hair, grime.After talking to the owner for a few minutes, he told me to come back for the express at the same discount price its being offered currently. Since the promotion will end soon, I will definitely be back asap. He also offered me an unbeatable deal on my dent repair and paint needs! I appreciate the work they did. My car has heavy smoke damage to the windows, so I realize that they werent perfect but 95-100% clearer on 5 out of 6 windows. My left mirror no longer has any electric movement or motor noise, but that could be due to age or moisture.I wasnt expecting exterior work honestly for what I needed, yet they did it anyway. They removed heavy stains and lightened others I knew would be extremely difficult.The young man who assessed my car smiled, and was respectful at all times. I think his name was TJ?
