The detailer, Antonio, is SUPERB. He went way above and beyond in every aspect, the most insane attention to detail. Antonio is a perfectionist, takes deep pride in his work and truly cares about his art. He is talented beyond words, I was blown away by his work. The manager here is so nice! I came in with a small complaint about my last experience and Renee took went above and beyond to take care of it. She is a hard working lady. She was out there doing the work herself to ensure good quality! The staff was very inviting as well. This absolutely made my day and will be coming back for sure.

Great value for the money. Car looked nice and the price was reasonable. I explained I especially needed vacuuming and they did a very good job.

They didnt clean very well. Wasted $22 and a change. I had to say something with my dashboard to be cleaned. Didnt throw the trash on the floor. Didnt vacuum the back of the car. There are still finger marks on the door handles. First and last time. I wish I never tried. There are still markings on the middle console. Dead bugs in front of my car. Thanks for nothing. I was going to say no star, but it wont let me.

Nice to see all aspects of the Buggy Bathe operation elevated from car check-in to delivery. They have also recently painted the exterior and it looks fantastic! Owner Robb has worked hard to bring up the business that seemed very obvious today.The appearance of the building is dramatic with the new burgundy paint job. The entire area was clean with no debris in sight. There was a few missed opportunities such as the car tube entrance which is stained horribly. Also the dumpster area although clean did not get painted. They could also benefit from cleaning out over hanging trees in the dumpster area.I utilized a gift card to give Buggy a try after some bumpy wash experiences. Check-in was efficient and professional. I was number 2 in line on a weekday morning. I purchased the Governor’s Carriage which runs $25.95.The cashier handled the balance of my transaction and gave me change for tip. She was friendly and efficient. Pro tip is to be ready for cash when car is ready. I typically tip high, they have a hard job.The interior was clean and unchanged from my last visit over the Summer. The cashier mentioned new paint was coming when I complimented the exterior work.My sedan was completed in less than 20 minutes. A friendly staffer came inside and called out the car make. She then asked that I complete a walk around to ensure if anything was missed. This aspect of quality has drastically improved and was appreciated. Although the car looked awesome I did find that the trunk was unopened to dry completely around the lid surround. This is evidently not standard. I popped the truck and she happily dried it off immediately.Im going to elevate my previous review to a 3.5 and round up. I see great things occurring at Buggy Bathe in the past few months. The business has run though so many managers and has been plagued with inconsistencies on wash and customer service. Im rooting for them to remain consistent. If they do I may purchase a monthly wash package which is a really great value. Look for coupons and discounts they run them often.

Their detailing service is terrific and decently priced however the drive thru wash and dry is so-so for $35.95. Water spots on the vehicle and quick wipe of windows. Great at getting dog hair from interior. Downside is when sun shines on windshield you can see streaks which makes it difficult to see when driving. Also miss down towards bottom of interior glass that meets dash.

Thought this was a good place, but I was wrong. I paid for the most expensive wash package and the following is what I got.I spoke to manager and he was respectful and offered a free wash and touchup which I declined.It is a shame I brought two cars, a 2020 Ford Explorer and. 2011 Kia, and the quality of service was different between the two.Rims still dirty, jams still dirty, dash not wiped down like the others because dust is still present, exterior mirrors not wiped due to water spots present, tires not shined, etc.This is the $35.95Shine master wax wash

They did a fantastic job on our Prius! I was absolutely amazed at how clean they got it! Between traveling cross country with 2 dogs multiple times and several long trips with our twin toddlers that car looked like one giant hairy stain. No more! I can actually have people in my car without apologizing.

The only positive I can give are that the staff were friendly but the service provided was just plain sad. I got the Governers package and paid additional money to have the back of the truck cleaned and the mats washed.When they started to spray off the truck before pulling it into the car wash they left the drivers side door open. There were splash marks and debris inside the truck even after they wiped it down because of the door being left open. The automatic car wash they run your vehicle through is pathetic...I sat inside and watched and it barely scrubs or cleans your vehicle. It just slaps the vehicle a couple times. They are supposed to wipe down the vehicle, inside and out, and vacuum with the package I got. The inside was barely wiped down and there was still dust and dirt all over. The carpet looked like they had just barely ran the vacuum across it.I had to go home and completely rewash and clean the inside of the truck. There was dirt, pollen, and bugs covering the truck and dirt,dust inside the truck.The only clean parts of the truck were the tires, bed of the truck, and the inside mats.Definitely will not be going back!

I got an appointment the morning after I called. I purchased a used truck that had a lot of interior stains also dust and crumbs in all the cracks. They did an amazing job! The interior looks almost new. I highly recommend Buggy Bathe!

These guys take their job seriously, and it shows! Most of the workers are young, but don’t let that fool you - they are very professional. Today was my first time at buggy bath, and one of the young gentlemen came out to greet me in the parking lot and asked if I needed any help. He gave me a menu of their services, answered my questions then gave me a rundown of the process.Once they took my car to be cleaned, I paid and waited in their spotless waiting room. After about 15 minutes, another gentleman announced the make of my car and told me he would be giving me a walkthrough. When I mentioned my trunk appeared to need a vacuum still (mistakes happen!), two people immediately took care of it. Gave them a tip (these guys deserve it!) and went happily on my way.I just came back from a lot of traveling, and my car definitely needed a bath. Now it’s sparkling and looks like new! Great work and great customer service. Will be back.

My car had been through the gamut lately and needed a professional cleaning. Everything was cleaned inside and out, top to bottom and they were even able to do a minor paint touch up for me. Ive always gone to buggy bathe and theyve exceeded expectations everytime but this was exceptional

I paid for the $199.95 service and I would compare it to a $29.99 service from other car care companies. My windows had streaks and my car wasn’t waxed. I asked about the left over glue from old inspection stickers and was told it wasn’t included in the package. For $200 I would expect the windows to at least be completely clean. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Just left was going to do the Coachman, they upgraded me to the Governors the inside still has mud splattered on the drivers door panel, I know they couldnt get sap off the hood, but the inside door jams are still dirty. Recently canceled our monthly membership due to one of the household members moving out of state called their office and asked to cancel and was informed that OK we will cancel your monthly membership well after three months they were still billing us and informed me as the card holder you have to email a cancellation to affect the cancellation I wasn’t this please with the service but we were charged for four months and they wouldn’t even consider refunding and we never use the service once in those four months so if you decide to cancel make sure you email them and get a confirmation I wouldn’t use them again they had the ability to refund the money but chose not to and that was from the managers mouth

Sad day! I have taken a few of my cars here for a wash and was always satisfied. Today I talked my wife into taking her car in for the top of the line wash.Exterior was ok. The entire back hatch was missed. NOTHING was done to the interior! Dust everywhere! Looks like they vacuumed and that was it.I tip well every time I have come in, so I didnt really expect this. Disappointed...

I had so many smudges on my windows and desperately needed them to be cleaned, so I went to BB and opted for the #3 The Coachman wash. After less than 20 minutes or so one of the guys came to get me from the waiting room, and he listed off all the specifics of what they cleaned while walking me to my car--which was spotless, clean, and shining bright. Great job, will definitely be back.

Very nice atmosphere, but quality of wash was not as expected. We have a 2019 ford Fusion and drive from Western Branch in Chesapeake. Exterior was cleaned well, but poor job on the windows. Looks like windows were cleaned with a dirty cloth. Interior clear was average and they state a dashboard protectant was applied, but we saw no evidence. Dashboard was also still dusty. Seats were also not cleaned.

My sister just bought a new car and I wanted her to go to our Bath and Buggy in Williamsburg for a serious detailed cleaning because they are excellent. I checked to see if Hampton roads had a Bath and Buggy in the area and I saw your location in Va. Beach. As I checked the reviews I am a little nervous to send her to your establishment. I also saw your responses to unsatisfied customers. We are good people not looking to start trouble. I just want the seats shampooed and the rest of the car really cleaned in detail. My sister has great patience but I want her to be serviced with the outcome of great satisfaction. One thing I did notice is management is making an effort to discuss any situation for a solution. I like that kind of positive communication. The car has a film of dust from cigarette smoke from over several years. I would like for everything to shine and smell good for my sister because she deserves it. I have rated you as a five star so lets see if it will remain.

Let me tell you I will never go anywhere else ever again. Not only is it amazing and the best place I have ever been to for mine and my husbands vehicles, but right now it is super crucial for me to utilize buggy bath because not only do I get coupons in the mail which helps my pricing, but its really not that expensive to begin with, and I have a an auto immune so I am not able to clean my own vehicle, I experience a great deal of pain constantly every single day. My husband is having shoulder surgery today, and he also broke his knee recently so needless to say they will be seeing me quite soon and a lot more often for the next 6 months or more. I highly would recommend that anyone that reads this and hasnt been, give them a try I know youll love the results, as well as all the stuff they are absolutely the kindness and have excellent customer service and will answer any question and make sure your car is what you want it to look like at the end. They let you take a full look over of your vehicle before even leaving to make sure its clean enough and they didnt miss something, and if there is something missed they will make sure to not only address it right then and there, but will also make sure to check the vehicle again so you do not leave there business without feeling 100% happy.

Very disappointed in the service this place gives. The first time I went there I was so happy, after they finished my car didnt smell like dirty cleaning rags. But since then Ive been probably 3 times, trying to give them another chance. Yesterday was it for me! I bought the highest priced wash and paid an extra $4 for my mats, total $40. I only had $7 can with me so I got another $10 for tip. (I have no problem tipping $10-$20 for a good job. However when I looked in I could quickly see it wasnt that great of a job and only gave the two young men $4 total.Spots on the dash werent even touched, my cup holder, under my e-brake, my door handle the same. And my windows, oh gees! You can see where they hit and missed touched it, probably using the dirty rags they wiped down the interior with at that.And I wasnt even coming in today for a great job, and a good thing too cause I didnt get it, but I expected better than this!No need to go back there!I wish I could post pictures, because I have some.

Absolutely awes full exspecially for the price. My dash and doors were not wiped at all. Dirt still all over the rear of my truck and tail gate and Windows all smeared. And I payed for the high end service and gave a 10 tip only to find that it only looked good from the view I had initially. I will NEVER return or recommend any to them. Only positive I have to say is they were nice

Brought my Jeep in on Monday for a complete detailing. Ive never had my car detailed before and it had just been driven across country to move to VB with kids and dogs in the car... which meant stains, dog hair, and a filthy exterior. It was in bad shape. Obscenely bad.They did such an excellent job and I couldnt be happier! Apparently they had to shampoo 3 times (sorry guys, told you it was bad) but they got the stains out of the upholstery, the gunk out of the cup holders, the insects and dirt off the exterior, and it smells amazing now. Looks like a totally different car. The employees were great, shout out to Devin and the other detailer dude for being so meticulous.Only thing I didnt love was that the final price was higher than I was told it would be. They look at the car when you drop it off and I pointed out the problem areas, so they saw how dirty it was. Their website does mention extra charges for heavily soiled vehicles... but I used the phone instead of the website to arrange my service. Not a big deal and the fee was totally justified, but I wanted to mention it for future customers- you might need to bring some extra cash.Overall Im very pleased and will be a repeat customer. My mother was with me when I picked up my Jeep and when she saw how mine looked, she immediately booked an appointment with them too!

Dont waste your time or money. I usually clean my vehicles but decided to bring my truck in and save me some effort this go around. Upon arriving the attendant explained the different options available and I chose the highest one which was supposed to include a car wash, vacuum, window cleaning, and wipe down of the interior. I even elected to pay the extra $1 each to have them clean my floor mats.When I received my truck back they asked if it met my satisfaction. I opened one of the back doors and found the floor board still had dirt and sand, and pointed it out to the person. They explained that if I wanted a better vacuum job that I would have to get the detailed detail which I didnt even know was an option. Albeit not an acceptable excuse I decided to let it go and the person left. Once I actually got in my truck I found that there was still dirt in cup holders, the shifter boot, and various other places. Plus there were about half a dozen dried wax prints of the attendant’s fore arms or elbows where they leaned on parts of the interior and didn’t wipe up after themselves. The only good job they did was on the windows.What makes it worse is that I had already tipped the person when I was paying at the register before being able to inspect their work! Lesson Learned: Keep cleaning my own vehicles or go somewhere other than here.
