First of all, Im giving them 2 Stars because the sugar scrub pedicure ($28) was great! I will say, that the staff is very friendly and kind. I paid $55 to get a design done on each nail. It wasnt anything too complicated ( it still didnt look like the picture that I showed them though). I wasnt happy with the design results. I told myself that I would just deal with it until my next appointment but the NOT ONE but TWO NAILS BROKE OFF THE VERY NEXT DAY!!! I have been getting my nails done on and off since I was 16 and I have NEVER had something like this happen. $55 and they did not even last a day😔

They took time out to say hello despite being busy. The level of customer service is great! My daughter enjoyed her first manicure at this location. We will be back!

If there was 100 stars, I would rate them. However, as for the previous comment, I was there and it didn’t go down as she reports. Give credit where it’s due. Keep the up the good work Bally Nails.

Very poor customer service. Lies about having appointments booked and always over booking. Treats African Americans poorly and shows favoritism to customers. Although they do provide good service on nails this place is by far has some of the rudest nastiest attitudes.

I went in on 6/15/21 for my eyebrows to get waxed . The lady that did it couldnt speak much English and when she waxed my eyebrows she literally gapped them to the point my eyebrows look like I have slits in them and then cut one side to barely nothing! After she was done I looked in the mirror shockingly I said maam you made a mistake and she started telling me they were already like that upon me coming in...which I know for a fact they were not!! She then just starts screaming NO at me over an over again and leaves the room . So I approached another gentleman and explained what happened. the lady then proceeded to keep yelling No very loudly and the guy says oh well the manager isnt here today and then ignores me as Im standing there and acts like nothing has happened! It just WAS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING AND BEING TREATED THAT WAY!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THEIR PROFESSION AND THEY DEFINITELY LACK THAT!!! I will not be back!!

Just had my second manicure here and it was even better then the first, which was great. The place is super clean and Covid safe. The staff are professional and friendly.

Decided to try this place to get a nail take off & just to have my nails painted. The dude who did my nails almost took my actual nail off, I started bleeding, and then proceeded to put paint over it. My nails have cracked within days after I got the paint. I love how the place looks, but definitely try another nail salon, not worth spending your money here.

My nails are crooked( and no it’s not my finger) the lines aren’t straight for the design. There’s bubbles that came to surface. Asked for almond shape and got oval. I have lumps throughout all the nails. The lady was working on me and another customer. When she was “shaping” the nails she was extremely rough. Even cut my finger open. And no I’m not being overDramatic either. For $50 I would think my nails wouldn’t look like my 4 year old did them.

Update... Went back today gave the royal pedi a try. It was so awesome. I had a different technician and he knew what he was doing. Great massage and overall pedi. I think the key may be the technician. That foot massage put me to sleep. He took his time. The paint job is great too. Glad I gave them another chance.End of update.Made pedi reservations for me and my auntie. We got there right on time and still waited 22 minutes before being seated. We both got the sugar scrub pedi. It was the quickest pedi I ever had. We waited longer than the time it took her to do both pedicures. No time to soak, I had to ask and only got about 2 minutes to do that. Nothing in the water but water. I am from out of state and pay 25 bucks before tip for a basic pedicure that includes a massage and Epsom salt soak upon request. We did not get a massage with this one. I believe they over booked the time slots, the same lady did both our pedicures. The store was pretty clean. Everyone had on masks although not everyone was wearing them correctly. I am thinking of giving them another chance before I head home. I plan to try the next pedicure up on the menu. It was a lackluster 28 buck (before tip) pedi.

Sunday March 28.2021 I went in for a pedi/manicure full set.So their tools are reused and unsanatiEd.Secondly me pedicure nail polish started to come off the day after. My fullest nails are superThick and clumsy. I had asked for oval shapes and the lady game me a super thick squatters shape. Not even after I showers her the picture. They didn’t really care to listen. My manicure was not a manicure. It was probably the worse manicure I had ever gotten.While I was in there soSome one called and complained about how bad their nails looked. Def won’t be back. Decided to have them a try since my regular nail place was packed and needed a mommyDay. Worse pedi/mani experience

I have been here for SNS 3 times since June 12 and it’s July 2. There is a spider web the size of a steering wheel in there and dirt everywhere.John did my nails the first time. He was cordial, hospitable, and professional. Although customer service was great my nails cracked with in days. The next tech was Mai who did my nails June 25. 3 days later a crack on one nail and the next day two nails broke. Mai did my repairs on July 2. She was drilling my cuticles both days. Talking to the other techs the entire time. I had to ask them to wear gloves. I had to clean the chair today.During your wait they don’t offer a beverage like other salons, the salon is filthy, and quality is not worth 15 extra for gel polish to toes. You can grow a garden in the dirt in there. A nail salon is suppose to be therapeutic, relaxing, and soothing.

The entire time I was there someone was sanitizing & cleaning the salon... I have thick azz skin Ive been a chef for 33 yrs and concrete floors, burns & cuts are hell on your limbs!!The young men working on my hands &feet where so polite and kind.

Love going here my nails are perfect everytime.

Need to update hours. Showed up at 10am Sunday, according to website they should open at 10am. Hours on door states Sunday 12pm to 6pm.

Best place around Temple/Villa Rica/Carrollton/Bremen to get your nails, toes, or any waxing done. I’ve been going to Bally religiously since they opened this location (before I went to the Smyrna location which is equally amazing) and I am never disappointed. The prices are great and fair and never vary and any service I get is always done to perfection. Stacy, Tracy, and Brian are my favorites, and Maya is wonderful also! If you aren’t already going here, YOU NEED TO.

A lady name MY rushed through my nails... I tried the SNS first time. She had glue all over my nails... she didn’t even apologize or try to get it off of my nails!!!! I would NEVER GO TO HER again... the manager didn’t even apologize!!!! They lost a faithful customer!!! Kim is awesome!!!

My daughter went here to get a fill in & only had her tips on less than 2 weeks & the technician took her tips off no fill in or anything! Made her pay 10 dollars because it was a service they did & he also said it was a miss communication both ways! I asked him to refund her money because it was there fault & he refused! I would not use this nail salon unless u just wanna give your money away!

I wish I could post the pics but I don’t see the option but my real nail is hanging out of my acrylics and she was talking about how bad my nails were the set I had before the ones I got from them but she did a worst job in my option I will always go to SUN NAILS IN DOUGLASVILLE if you can make the drive I would to there cheap and do a wonderful job I’ve never paid 50$ For a full set unless there extravagant my last set & toes from sun nails cost me 53$ and they also have a lot more colors and acrylic powder and when I asked this place did they have it they said no it’s to expensive lol

I got a full set and my friend got a gel manicure and for mine the person who did my nails he left a mess on my nail like white stuff and he made me bleed and for my friend he didn’t even finish hers, for her gel you could still see her nails and he left nail polish on her skin

Mai is the best nail tech I have ever had!

I just got a slop job. I have pink paint residue all over my fingers. From the Polish she took off and what she put on. I have so much top coat under my nails it feels gross. It looks likey fingers are peeling dead skin. She sent me to wash my hands and when I sat down thinking she was not done. She said you done and got up and walked away. She had someone in my seat faster then I could get to the door. I have been here several times with my daughters and it wasnt too bad except it took at least 3 hours for a manicure pedicure.The thing is all of the nail shops these days they put you in a chair and you can sit for at least an hour. But you are kind of committed at that point. Ive waited this long I might as well stay.

Very unsanitary. The tools used are NOT cleaned after every use, and this is especially gross because I was cut by the file. The nails are okay, but I am definitely not going back after having tools used on me that were not clean.

The bald man was very rude forcing me to quickly pick out a color slamming and snatching the baskets of color swatches. Sometimes they look good but sometimes it’s sloppy. Very rude and made me uncomfortable. Not consistent.

If I could not give a star I definitely would hold my star... they don’t deserve let alone 5. I walked in and wasn’t acknowledged at all. Then ppl came behind after I sat down and they were acknowledged... after awhile of waiting I left... customer service sucked...

Went to get a mani/pedi today. Signed up, stood and waited as several staff looked at us. One staff member at front reception that didn’t even acknowledge us or any others walking in. I was going to make an appointment for later or another day when they wouldn’t be bothered by my presence. I ended up leaving since no one would speak to us. I suggest going to salon that people want you as a customer.

Got my toes done here, and it just wasn’t a pleasant experience. They guy that done my toes was very rough. I got gel, my toes were just messily done, honestly could’ve just done this at home myself.

Im totally disappointing . when I went I thought I would be great but it was NOT because my girls painted their nails (hands and toes) and the next day it came off. When I complained the lady was so rude she didnt even look at me and told me is just 2 days our policy and I replay is not even second day and she dosent listen to me .Was a really bad experience, Ill never come back again for sure.Ill guess they use a really poor quality nail polish.

The older guy who does the fill in or full sets shouldnt be allowed to touch anyones fingers he removed one of my nails that should of never been removed had me in tears ! Everytime he has ever done my nails it never turns out good !!

Nice shop, great options for color and desgins and AWESOME Mani Pedi, but the customer service sucks 😐 Dont question weather a customer tipped or not, just do a good enough job for return service... Plain rude and arrogant to expect someone to tip all the time. And discuss that matter after the customer has gone, dont discuss it as there walking out the door, and who just paid with no complaint until now and by the way this was a $73 bill to begin with... Thanks but no thanks

OMG DO NOT GO HERE AND GET YOUR NAILS DONE!! After I showed that the color didnt match the I picked out, the bald man (station up front) FLIPPED OUT!! He said very stern and loud, that silver, you said you want silver I give you silver I expressed it was too light. He reached behind him, grabbed the basket of sample very angrily and swung them around and almost the whole basket went flying acrossthe nails went flying across the floor then dropped the basket in front of me. I was shocked and couldnt believe his behavior. My heart started beating fast and I told the man I didnt want him touching me after that behavior. He gets up and starts talking very loudly saying some really crazy stuff. I was scared bc he kept approaching me and the other ladies were screaming at him so I called the police. the owner went and got the sample nail and showed me the color I picked out and it was clearly not a match. I was told the reason it was lighter was bc it was on a white nail . THATS BS!!Still I picked out a color based on it. So she put another coat and that surface. I got up and waited outside. I didnt pay, I had no problem paying but I didnt feel safe with this guy. As I was waiting the man comes out to me an reaches for my arm and I told him YOU BETTER NOT TOUCH ME ME! Thank God the lady (owner) came out and yelled at him and he went inside. To sum the rest up the cops took my cc and said if I didnt pay he 2as going to take ME to jail! Of course like I said, there was s satu issue and I was waiting right in front of the business for help . Any way, This guy is very unstable!! I would stay clear of him if you must use then, but women need to stand up against abusers like this. what going on with there people.... they have lost their minds!!

Extremely slow.They would tell everyone 15 minutes waiting time but more likely to be 45-60. It took me almost 3 hours for manipedicure. Ridiculous.

I got here at 6:45 was told they were closed. The door says 7:30? Maybe you should have some of the adults working the store in the evening.
