This place and the women are amazing! Got my nails done for the first time in 10+ years so i went here Monday. They were very quick to seat me and tell me how long before they started. They were very nice and they do amazing work. Had them do acrylic nails with a custom design and wasnt very expensive. Will be going back here for all my nail care needs

I just wanted a pedicure, older lady had to keep fixing my nail polish on left big toe that she kept putting too much nail polish on it, it was old polish, I kept telling her to fix it, she was upset & kept cutting me off when I was talking. Then she told other nail tech to fix it so I had to wait for other nail tech to start on her client to fix one toe nail that she messed up & I was already there for 1 to 2 hours just for a pedicure. Bad business when you dont fix what u did. The other nail tech added nail polish remover in polish & my toe nail looked better when she fixed it. Dont get a attitude when it was your fault, just own up to it & fix problem. Now u lost a customer & I wont be back. I should of known because of bad reviews. The only reason I went is because I was on that side of town & that was only nail salon that was open on Monday 😫

Every time myself and daughter go to this salon, we make an appointment. The nail techs never start on our nails or feet until about 30 mins after our appointment and then it take another 2 hours to finish. We make an appointment for a reason! Also, the younger girl that works in there will spend 1.5 hour doing a pedicure and its never correct. Weve been going her for a year and Ive finally had enough of the poor service.

I was in the area and noted that many other recommended salons are closed on Mondays. This was open and nearby, so I thought I’d try it. The place is rather new and is very clean (that’s the 2 stars). I had a mani/pedi. The massage chair only had mixed settings, so no option for massage only (I hate the tapping part). The pedi was OK. She used a timer for the ‘massage’ which was a turn off. The ‘massage’ was really just rubbing lotion on. The hot towel was nice, but was used to remove the lotion. My flip flops were put on and then she painted my toenails and sent me on my way. I was not offered to allow to dry, so I’m sitting in my car writing this review using my car AC to dry my toes…The mani was so disappointing. Soak hands in a bowl and clip/file and lotion to hands only. What?? No arm or shoulder massage? It wasn’t even offered as option. I could have done that at home. Total price for both $40.

I am very disappointing. I didn’t say anything just because of there are other people too. I came this salon because of its close to my home. The girl who did my pedicure she doesn’t know anything. I am sorry to say this but she need training. I choose 40$ deluxe pedicure. She didn’t give me good massage at all, she even didn’t touch my foot and apply any lotion or cream. I asked owner that is she new employee? The owner said no she been working for 3 years. How come she still doesn’t know how to do pedicure?? I am extremely mad and upset😡😡

The woman who did my nails was cool and she did good but the man who did my nails was not. He cut my finger and completely rushed doing my nails, they were uneven and sloppy. He was the only one who gave me problems though, everybody else was straight.

Very clean place, everyone had on masks. I had to wait awhile for a pedicure but that’s to be expected. The pedicure was great though! I will be back.

Completely horrible. My nails aren’t smooth at all, my nails are not centered. And there’s humps and uneven polish. And I never post or write reviews but these nails are HORRIBLE. Never again

They do not require masks. They allow people to freely come in and out without them. The girl next to me also had her dog in her lap.

Nobody approached me for about 20 minutes, then they told me they were busy and I have to wait 30 more minutes. I won’t ever use this place.

I used to go to this salon, and they were so hit and miss, sometimes the quality was really well, other times I would have 4 broken nails within a week. I do not like how they will ignore you when you first walk in, dont even bother setting an appointment because even if you are on time, they still will not start and it is infuriating. I always was a great patron, I tip well, but I did not receive the service that went with the total.

This is my second time giving this salon a chance. The 1st time, I received gel polish over my acrylic nails which chipped within a few days...They of course fixed my nail, but then a few days later the same problem occurred.On 1/16 my daughter & had our nails done and still the same issue. My daughter has a broken nail, with chipped gel.I will not be giving them another try..

I go to this shop because it is close to home. They are nice but money gauging. No matter what I go there for I always pay $70 plus tips I get a mani, pedi, and eyebrows arched which comes to $70 plus dollars. I go and get mani/pedi and it is still $70 plus tip. That do not add up. I feel that they overcharge black people and they pamper other nationalities. I will be finding another salon. My black American sisters who have gifts and talents in this profession please step up so that we as black Americans do not have to keep being subjected to this type of behavior.

This is the worst nail salon i have ever been to. i paid 40 dollars for nails that look like press ons. after realizing how horrible they are i asked if i could get a color change to maybe salvage them & was told it’d be 18$ for a new color, to fix THEIR mistake. not only is it nothing like what i asked for but they are all crooked. aside from the quality of nails it also took them 2 hours to do a simple set of acrylic tips. after going i asked around to see if people have had the same experience and the response has been overwhelmingly negative. i would not suggest this place to absolutely anybody. i have never had a set of nails quite this terrible before. i would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Me and my fiance love this place! Our go to place for pedicures. Everyone is super nice and always take great care of us! We recently moved further away but still choose to go here!!

I wanted my nails a certain way and the nail technician told me she cant do designs, and only can do pink gel for my refill. I was puzzled that she started removing my nails to do a fill-in. She dont know what she was doing ;therefore, I wont be returning to this place I expect as a customer you do my nails a specific way totally unsatisfied with her work and I dont even like pink at all.

I just went and got my eye brows done one is uneven and they aren’t cut properly. I’ve had better service then this and I am disappointed in what I received. I will no longer go there for my eyebrows

If you’re looking for a nail shop in Villa Rica, check this nail salon out. They do an exceptional job and they’re fast. Also, they’re concerned about cleanliness and have barriers up between themself and the client when they are doing your nails. This is great in the age of COVID-19.

I love coming here to get my nails done! They are welcoming and have TONS of options from SNS Dip Powder to Gels to regular nail polish.
