When I walk in this place, I say hello!! they not greeting you nicely, the lady with the blue coat was like what are you having today? I showed her my nails color she said pick your colors rushing me, after I pick my color she never said oh it will cost you an extra $5 she started with my nails.when she ready to put my color she is like $5 extra for what you want, you want or not very rude I say to her nicely don’t be rude it’s my first time you can say it’s an extra $5 for the colors on your nails. They think they doing us a favor when we paying our money we can go elsewhere. She will be nice to others for calling her out.👎🏾

I see a lot of negative reviews, but today I went in at a little after six. I knew that I was pushing the clock a bit being that I wanted a pedi and gel mani. The two ladies that were there accommodated what I needed and wanted professionally without doing a rushed job. I was very pleased and tipped accordingly.

HORRIBLE! NASTY attitude. Looking at you like why are you even there!?? Walked in and no one said hello. One of them looked at me twice and said nothing but she was shaking her head telling me no, like dont even ask!wow really??? And thats fine dear. You wont see my green dollar period. Attitude is what gets me with them unappreciative! unappreve and down right*was

The color is amazing but my nails hurt and when they got nail polish on my skin they just used more nail polish to get it off the nails are different lengths too but like I said nice color she was very sweet not very talkative though

I walked in and there was one lady in front. She never asked if I needed help after looking at me twice! So I just told her what I needed. She said I would have to wait 30 minutes. Sat long enough to write this review. NEVER AGAIN!

I waited for two hours while they look for other people go ahead of me the product turns yellow after about three days and the staff is really rude and inconsiderate to everybody. Would not recommend this place at all

This is by far the worse nail salon Ive ever been to in my life poor performance they should be shut down

I LOVE WENDYYYY! shes so nice, if you really sit there and have a conversation with her you can tell that she is so wholesome & she paints very well .

Walked into the store with my friend to get Manus and pedis for both of us and was just stared at like we were on the wrong place. When I asked a question she looked at me with an open mouth and shook her head. Was never said hello to even after I said hello to her. Was never asked if If I needed help, need to get my nails done or anything. Was just stared at awkwardly until my friend and I looked at each other and left. No one was in the shop so it’s not like they were busy and didn’t have a chance to say hello. You just lost some easy money. Won’t even try to come back.

I been going here for about 2 months, and the last couple of times I went I noticed I was paying more than what she had posted. Each time I asked her about the price she got a case of amnesia. The last time I went I got a fill in and gel polish which had a posted price of $20. She changed me $30, I asked her again about the price she got amnesia and struck blind. I told her, she don’t have to worry about doing my nails again. I’m not gone pay you to over charge me for something I can get done somewhere else at the listed price!

This place has awful quality the made my daughters nails bleed and didint say a word about it and evertime on of them moved she would pinch them or pull them harder i defenintaly do not recommend

Everything and everyone is nice except the lady in scrubs. If you dont agree to get anything expensive shell carelessly Jack ur nails up.but the other techs are pleasant and do a good job.

Got a fill in, but the lady cut my skin twice finger was bleeding and she didn’t stop when she saw it nor apologized about it.. she was very rude, don’t care about hurting your hand and snatch on your hand if you move! Bad service never again!

I wont go there again. Very poor quality for the price. One of the ladies told me I needed a more expensive polish but I dont believe she used it. She messed up one of my nails and when I said something she acted irritated and slapped at my hand.She put my hand in a plastic bag of nail polish remover and it burned my fingers.She acted rude and put out that I was there. She kept slapping my hand and acting impatient.

I came to this place for the first time and they did a horrible job with my nail. They turned yellow the pedicure is not good at all. I went back to get them fix 2 day after and that lady was very rude and she got upset because I told her that she mess up my nails. Never coming back to this place.

Why do you close at 7:30, yet adverise 8:00? Waste my daughters time and gas... This is one customer you lost before ever having.....
