Snapped a belt halfway through my yard work yesterday which is extremely frustrating, but after 5 years I guess it was bound to happen soon or later. Drove to Zeplins to pick up the belt and JC advised me to bring it in as the belt can be a little bit of a pain to replace. JC was right. With his expertise he had it swapped out in 5 minutes, cleaned my deck, and replaced my blades. I would have paid twice as much as what he charged me for the prompt and convenient service.Also had a chance to talk to Mr. and Mrs. Zeplin for a bit. Really nice and genuine people who care about their customers and it shows.If you need a lawn mower do yourself a favor and check these guys out even if you can save a few bucks at a store like Lowes or Home Depot. The money you saved will be paid back with time and headaches later on. The kind of service you get from a shop like theirs is hard to come by and very appreciated, so take advantage of it...
