I walked in looking to purchase a compact tractor but decided to look somewhere else. Not because of equipment or price but for the simple fact the salesman was not one bit interested in making sale. Never once greeted me or asked to have a seat or to go look at the tractor. Gave me the basic info from questions I asked. I was actually recommended by a co worker to come here but the service or sales rep is not good .

These guys are great. I drove in from the Country 48 miles away, arrived at 5 minutes to closing and they still stayed for half an hour to get my parts.Victoria CAN have great customer service if they make their employees happy as Shoppa’s must do to keep quality people like this working so hard with a smile.

I was hooked into John Deere and Shoppas (rather than one of the orange colored families) by their parts department service and personal attention. They had a parts person there that knew my voice on the phone, my face as I walked in the door, and called me by name. Unfortunately, that person has moved to care for aged parents, so that sense of familiarity has diminished. However, I am still satisfied with the service I receive.Fortunately, my Deere equipment doesnt often need service, but pats do wear out. With Shoppas, having a network of stores in the region is a huge plus. If this store doesnt have the part, one of the other stores likely does. And, they will have it here this afternoon or first thing tomorrow. That keeps me able to stay in business...lawn and yard maintenance.

I went to pick up a part and waited in line for 15 minutes just to be told that salesperson could not help me i had to talk to the other person and so i waited in line another five minutes and i left. There was no one in this place wearing a mask and i always wear one due to my husbands health issues so i left. I think that was very unprofessional for this buisness. I will not go back.
