We picked up our Penske rental truck here.Unfortunately, Penske reservations thoroughly screwed up our rental (changed our pickup time and totally forgot to have our reserved car-hauler available), but Jay at the Home Depot Rentals desk spent over an hour on the phone with various Penske representatives FOR US!Were still unhappy with Penke for the hours their screw-ups cost us in our very time-sensitive move, but we couldnt be happier with the way Jay handled Home Depots side of things; he really went beyond... and gave us far more than we could have expected.

Rented tools without issues. Guys behind the counter were great. Stock is sometimes hit or miss and good luck finding help in the rest of the store.

Mgr Brent and the tool rental guys are good to deal with.
