I already wrote a positive review about this place but I wanted to write another. Went here today and had a fantastic time with Mimi. I’m a regular here but usually I see Kelly. Mimi did not disappoint! I am in love with my new nails and not only did she take her time, she had me leaving very fabulous ☺️ Not only do they look out for me but also the ladies here are sweet to my 5 year old daughter! They made sure she was comfortable and Pam did a great job on her nails even when my daughter couldn’t sit still 🙈. I highly recommend this place. If u want a certain tech make an appointment. Most of the ladies here are professional and very talented!!!! Mimi, Kelly, Pam and Jessica just to name a few. U won’t be disappointed

I used to LOVE this place, but after my most recent experience today, I doubt if Ill be coming back. Lets see....it started with being told I HAD to pick a color off of the selection that was provided to me. While attempting to remove the old gel from one of my toe nails, she ripped the entire toe nail completely off. In the middle of my pedicure, the receptionist came over to ask how much longer, and then she proceeded to work even faster on my toes. As you can see by the pictures, the quality is terrible. The polish is already chipped and I walked out of the salon 5 minutes ago. Im missing a toe nail, my cuticles are half trimmed, & the the neglected bottoms of my feet (that she didnt bother to touch) still have dry skin! For $75 this is the quality I received - what a joke! Im not sure what happened to this place, but it has gone completely down hill! What a shame.

This was my second time entering this business and they did not disappoint! I absolutely loved my nails and felt relaxed leaving this establishment. Although later I wished I had less sparkle, it was for my wedding so it did not disappoint and many people noticed! This place is clean, relaxing and I look forward to my next visit!

This was my first visit. My manicurist is one I’ve been going to for awhile now at this new shop for her. It was a bit noisy and a little bit chaotic. Need to have a full time front desk person so check out and future appointments can be handled quickly. I love my manicurist so I will be back!

I left in a bad mood twice here unfortunately and never write reviews typically on businesses pages unless they are positive and supporting the business. I typically have a nail salon that I go to regularly but, I needed my nails done last minute and they didnt have a last minute appointment open. So, I stopped into Bella Luxe for a fill and manicure. The first time, the woman was running back and forth in the middle of my manicure to the front desk and answering the phone and bickering with other staff members. But things get busy and its been a crazy time for everyone recently and they may have been short staffed on top of that, Im not sure. So, while it wasnt the most relaxing environment I didnt hold it against her or Bella Luxe. I then told her what I wanted and she hassled me the rest of the time trying to upsell me. I told her no thank you and Ill just to do what I came in for. The nail polish wasnt dry before she put a top coat causing the color to run on top of the nails and they were way too thin. But at that point I had been there at least 2 hours and just wanted to pay and leave. Within a week I lost one nail simply picking up my phone and within 10 days of that I lost 2 more. So, the next day I went in explained my situation and they said they would fix it. But then it was the same environment as before, she again tried to upsell me by bring other clients up to me to see how their nails turned out, bickering and constantlytalking to other staff instead of focusing. As you can see in the pictures which do not give the nails justice, that the acrylic is too thick now (total opposite end of the spectrum) and the gel is thicker and darker in some areas then others. So in the end, I overpaid for these nails and unsatisfied with all of it.

Hmm where to start? Upon arrival I was told to write my name on a clip board to be seen since I was a walk in. I was quickly greeted by a male technician who had no name tag or uniform/apron like all other employees there. I picked my color and then was told it wasn’t available. I then was told to chose my color by looking at the dip containers. There were no examples of the powder on a nail for me to get an idea of the colors. If you’ve ever gotten dip, you know that it doesn’t always look like it does in the jar. I picked one randomly since the employee was hovering over my shoulder and we went to the seat. He did not soak my hands and cuticles at all and instead I had to prompt him to actually address my cuticles before he started putting the powder on. I asked if it’s normal to not soak and clip cuticles and he just laughed. My fingers actually hurt from whatever he did with the drill and clippers and my guess is that’s because the technician just put some lotion on me and then started clipping away when I asked that he cleaned up my cuticles. Afterwards this employee began putting the wrong dip adhesive under my powder and had to restart. Totally fine, I understand mistakes happen but he did not seem prepared to give a professional manicure. Every time the brush was used to wipe off the excess powder I felt like I was being slapped with the brush with unnecessary aggression. I left unimpressed and actually shocked that this gorgeous place employs people so incapable of providing a pleasant experience. I get this service done every 3 weeks somewhere else but decided to visit this salon after I was gifted a gift card and I am surely never returning.

I tried BellaLuxe for the first time because I had an event to attend in DC at 1900 and I knew my usual salons would have a long wait. I arrived around 1500 and was seated immediately for my nails. Prior to sitting I told the male tech that I wanted the acrylic taken off and to have a gel manicure. He insisted that I just get a fill in this visit since I mentioned having somewhere to go. I requested the same coffin nail shape I came in with and my favorite funny bunny color by OPI. Though he was really nice it was apparent he wasnt a seasoned nail tech. I tried to forgo some of his short comings I also asked him to correct somethings. But when he was finished and my left hand had 4 slanted nails and my right hand wasnt much better I asked for someone else because he had filed the side of my index finger down to my skin. He kept drilling over my cuticles and they still hurt. He also had completed the worst paint job ever. The owner Diane, I believe that is her name, ended up taking over from a second tech who had plans go to the beach and wanted to leave. At this point I knew I was not going to make my concert and tried to focus on just having my nails corrected. The owner continued to complain about the horrible job her tech did not just to me but to other employees as well. She even said something to him about why he didnt do what she told him to at first. After all of this she not only tried to charge me for all of the nail corrections that took over 4 1/2 hrs to complete and there was so much damage I could even get the shape I requested but she also tried to over charge me. I was shocked at the lack of concern for my horrific experience, missing my concert or the desire to retain me as a customer. At the end I refused to pay for my messed up nails. I was happy to pay for my gel pedicure which was $57. The owner refused to let me leave a tip on the receipt, in the tip area, for the pedicure tech stating “cash tip only.” Throughout this whole process I remained calm however I felt if I had showed the frustration I felt the owner would have been more considerate. She even had the nerve to raise her voice at me and caught me off after I paid. Literally my WORSE experiencence ever!!

I was a walk-in, and the peak part of the day (lunch time) and was taken back in about 10 minutes which was awesome because the salon was packed! The nail tech was friendly, professional, attentive, precise and didn’t mess around - he was done pretty quick which was nice because I was on a time constraint. I’ll be back in two weeks!

I scheduled a massage and facial. I walk in for my appointment and at first am told that I didnt schedule it. I then told the owner I scheduled with her husband yesterday and saw him write it down. She then proceeds to see if there is anyone available to give me a massage. No one available. She then asks me to go next door to Envy Massage. I tell her I dont like them and she just says sorry. Doesnt bother to reschedule me or make any attempt to fix their mistake. Terrible customer service. I liked getting my nails done there but wont go back after this.

I was very disappointed in the service. Came highly recommended. They made me bleed, did NOT give me what I asked for and still charged me full price...the tech kept getting up and helping others and wondering but my nails ended up being so bad, called a few days later b/c at the original appt I was told she was too busy to fix my nails and the manager was eager to help and so kind. He gave me an appt, a different tech and was very professional. Jessica is FANTASTIC & I appreciate the professionalism

I was upset at first because the lady rushed when she did my nails and I was not happy. she put the diamonds on crooked and uneven amounts on each fingers, she filed my nails unevenly, and my cuticles were horrible but the manager went out of her way to take the time to fix them properly and making everything beyond perfect. I will definitely return and I am beyond satisfied

The new owner Diana did my gel manicure on Friday, by Sunday 2 nails peeled completely off. Went back for Diana to fix; she said it may have been the base coat. By Monday 2 more nails were off. By Tuesday another nail came off. This was totally a waste of money. Nails lasted one day. UNACCEPTABLE! If Diana knew that the base coat was not good, then she should not have used it.

The woman who served me was kind, efficient and did a great job and I was shocked at how affordable my treatments were for how nice of a salon it was. Definitely would have been happy to pay more. Sam was amazing she did an amazing job. Her and the whole staff were extremely polite and professional and warm welcoming. The entire place is so luxurious and offer luxurious services. I got the pedicure and they offer so many amazing options for foot scrubs and butters. I got the honey and milk pedi and I loved it sooo much. I felt so relaxed and zenful sitting in my chair. i fell asleep for a bit. The atmosphere and feng shui here is just so perfectly well done 👌🏼. My time here relieved so much stress, as I am a busy single mom. Heck I didn’t want to leave or get up after my service. I give this place an A+++. I’ll be a forever returning customer, this place has my business! Make sure you leave a nice tip for these lovely people 🥰 they deserve it

This place is amazing, it smells like peppermint when you walk in. It is large with plenty of people on staff and very clean. The staff is friendly and does a high quality job. I dont get manicures and pedicures often, but I will definitely come back. Eunice did my pedicure and gel manicure and she did a great job!

They opened at 11am today so got there at 11:01am. Waited an hour for a mani/pedi and never got to sit down. When I left, there were 5 other people with appointments still waiting over 30 min and walk-ins were being turned away.Manager said that 5 people no showed and based on reviews, it sounds like new management isn’t handling things. Prices were also raised $2 on everything since I was here 3 months ago.

My mom and I came in for deluxe pedicures at noon on a Tuesday. There were a few customers already inside but we were greeted and immediately taken to our seats. We were seated at two pedicure stations that were away from the rest. One thing to note is that there a ton of pedicure and manicure stations! Everyone was adequately separated in accordance with COVID protocols, our temperatures were checked when we came in, and pens were being used once before being sanitized at check in.Penny did my mom’s nails and Kelly did mine. My mom really enjoyed her service and said the massage was great and she’d be coming to see Penny again soon. Kelly was also great and very friendly.The salon is huge and very posh looking. Everyone was friendly and patient with us. I would definitely recommend and we will be back!

I also unfortunately had Yen. I got just a regular manicure, not gel, so I guess its basic, but it should have been very easy. I felt very rushed in picking my colors and the hand massage was awful because her nails were digging into the palms of my hands, probably because she wasnt paying too much attention to me. I guess when she realized I didnt want gel, she tried to get my nails done quick. The paint job was bad and I had to ask her to fix the design, which she was annoyed to do. As my nails were drying in the UV light, I could tell it was just wrong and bumpy. She came to check on me a couple of times and asked me to stay longer, so I did. I was there about 1 hour and 15 minutes total. In the morning when I woke up, my nails were completely ruined because the top coat hadnt dried. Ive had a bunch of regular (non gel) manicures before and this has never happened once. I was so upset, I went first thing in the morning to get them fixed. They said they dont give refunds and their original solution was to put another top coat on. I didnt want another coat on the bad nails, so I insisted they do it over again and that I wanted another nail technician. Because I insisted another nail technician did it over (I posted a pic from right after it was re-done), I told them to forget the design (I had to go to a wedding that day and didnt want to take too long). It was better and they said they used a different top coat, but I dont think they did because when I woke up this morning, the nails were ruined again (posted). Ive never had so much trouble with just a basic manicure, but I guess BellaLuxe is too good for basic manicures. The place looks clean and the other technicians seem nice, but I definitely wont be back, there are plenty of clean places with nice technicians that can actually do the job well.EDIT: RESPONSE FROM OWNER. Nope, didnt use any of those products, I know that nails are sensitive just after a manicure. I think its time you stop blaming the customers and re-train your employee. Youve had multiple problems with her.

Highly recommend Pam! She really took her time, paid attention to details, and did exactly as I asked. She made great conversation and jokes, and overall it was a relaxing time. The salon has 100s of dip colors to choose from. I only knocked off one star because I’ve been multiple times with two other technicians and wasn’t as satisfied. Will continue to see her!

Was told to come right in, waited 15min. Then sat down waited 20 min. Asked for delux pedicure which is 40 min and a few other things. She was done in 22 minutes and skipped a few steps rushing to get to other customers. Im really upset I paid 49$ for a 20 dollar service. Maybe because I am a black male but was not pleased with the service or care she had with my feet. Also have a bloody toe.

I came in with a simple design for a full set of acrylic nails and it took 2 1/2 hours. Just for the technician to mess up multiple times, change the design, and just put stickers on my nails. When I asked for a discount they only took 5 dollars off. I could’ve gotten a full set of what I wanted for cheaper AND faster at a different location. Will not be returning.

Beyond disappointed in my dip powder nails! I have been getting my nails done dip powder for over a year. I have NEVER EVER had a nail chip or break once. That is why I continue to stick with this method. I recently moved and tried this salon. The staff was friendly, the facility was very clean and relaxing, I loved it.... but 8 out of my 10 nails are broken and chipped and its been less than 2 weeks. These should NEVER break! After 6 days I had my middle finger nail totally crumble and break off, I went in and they kindly fixed it for free, I figured it was a fluke, although I did find it odd, I had not jammed my nail.... again, this stuff shouldnt break and for me, never has! I am so embarrassed by how my nails look and this salon charged more money that my previous salons! I dont understand how this nails broke and chip so easily? Are they not doing enough layers? I specifically drove into SP to get my nails done here since I dont exactly live nearby, if I did Id have kept going back in there and showing them how bad my nails look. Im really upset. :( I have had dipping powder nail sets for sometimes up to a month and not ONE CHIP OR CRACK, for the record. :( Im bummed, 50.00 + tip and Im left with a huge disappointment. :(

I’ve been coming here for about a year now. I’ve gotten a variety of services. I’ve tried every pedicure (the signature is amazing), gotten a few facials, massages, eyebrow waxing, and manicures (gel and regular). All services are high quality and expertly done. All employees are professional and take the covid regulations very seriously. I feel safe going there knowing they go above and beyond to make sure the place is clean. I’ll be continuing to come here to get my nails done. Highly suggest Bella Luxe

Just wow, so sad that I sat in a chair feet in the water for 23 minutes before anyone came to start on my pedicure, then went to have my nails done, only to be let down. Yes I had an appointment but this place seem to care more about quantity then quality. Place was loud and not relaxing at all. Lesson learned and moving on.

Bella Luxe is my go-to place for mani-pedis. You walk in to the place and the staff is incredibly friendly, they have a good selection of polishes. It’s very clean and large. The seats are very comfy, and they always do a great job on my pedi. I’m not a huge fan of manicures, but I’ll get a clean up, and trim with not polish usually. They do a good job making me feel relaxed and welcome. And pre-Covid - they had wine.. sold

So I really wish nail salons would let you review people and not the salon - because I’m sure there are great techs here. My usual spot was closed for vacation so I must have lucked out and got a really bad tech on this visit. Not only are my fills too wide and crooked, she put so much gel on my nails and it’s all over my cuticles and under the nail. She didn’t remove the sticky coating after the gel so now I have that film. For $45 I’m really sad and disappointed.

Will never go back!! Been going there for about a year for pedicures. Had no issues. They reopened after Covid and the service is horrible. Tech cut my toe during my pedicure and my fill in looks terrible. I was there 2 weeks ago for a fill in and my nails lifted within a week. I thought may have been a fluke so I went back today and my nails look even worse.My bill was 268.00 and I walkout with a very sore toe and horrible looking nails. Will never go back!!!

I am a regular at this establishment and I have always found the staff to be professional, detailed, and thorough. Ive only lived in the area for a couple years and visited several other nearby salons. Compared to other salons in the area, the technicians here do the best work, the actual facility is extremely clean, and the facility is a lot larger than many of the other salons nearby. I appreciate that it actually feels like a spa. I am very picky about my nails -- I have little kids (so Im pretty hard on my nails) and I also work in a pretty formal office (so I definitely need them to look professional). The technician I see regularly (Julie) is always very careful to do a great job. I have chipped my nails (my fault, not hers) Id say frequently, and each time Ive gone back to have them repaired with no issues. This salon also has a rewards program that Ive been able to take advantage of, and it is located in a really nice, new shopping center. If youre looking for a place to go regularly, they do an excellent job. Ive also brought my four year old with me to have her nails painted, and I can tell you the staff is great with kids. They are respectful of appointment times, work as efficiently and thoroughly as possible, and their prices are reasonable.

I recently visited this salon for the first time last weekend. I was absolutely amazed at how beautiful it was. They did an amazing job, there was no wait, in the middle of the day on a Saturday. I was treated so well and not rushed at all. They offered me water or tea. I had been going to a different salon for 10 years and now Im not looking back.

Love coming here! They take their time and do a great job on mine and my daughters nails. She is 8 and they treat her like an adult and make sure she gets the same treatment as I do. Was referred by a friend and decided to give it a try. I was seen same day by Eunice which was great, everyone is extremely professional yet warm. I received exactly what I wanted, a full set of dip powder and a pedicure. I loved it however less than 24 hours later 2 nails popped off. Ive been getting my nails.done since I was 15 so I know that nails dont pop off less than 24 hours later. This happened while I was asleep so I cant blame it on water, cleaning chemicals etc. Its been 2 weeks now and I will.guve them a second shot. Hopefully this time they dont pop off so quickly. I believe in 2nd chances and they truly are very nice and most importantly very clean.

I really wanted to like Bella’s but not even a little impressed with the staff and customer service. I called and made an appointment 48hrs before I wanted to go in. I scheduled a fill overlay with the gel polish.I took the fist available apt with Mimi(I choose her after reading ALL the reviews) I had A 2:15 apt on Saturday. I received a call about an hour and half Before my apt stating she was over booked and needed to push back my apt an hour! Not happy as it’s the weekend and I too am very busy. I arrived and was greeted and asked to pick my gel color.Mimi then greeted me and was very pleasant.My issue is that later that evening one of the corners of my overlay and gel polish shipped off. I went right in the next am less then 24hrs after getting my nails done and asked for them to fix it for me.Mimi wasn’t there so I was told sit in another chair she looked and said she didn’t know how to fix it and I was asked to move to another chair well after moving 3 times and having practically every employee in the salon chat with my technician(Kelly) she rudely started to fix/repair my nail.She never spoke to me except when she was finished.The part that irritated me the most was when this technician had a customer come in she said to her give me a minute I have fix the nail she broke! Then when my timer was up on the nail dryer she said to me “you can go” she didn’t wipe my nail off (gel polish) nothing just “you can go!“ Great customer service! Making me feel like I did something wrong and treating me rudely the entire time I was there to repair the mistake of the nail tech not mine.Not the service or treatment you would expect from a higher end salon.Well here it is now not even 48 hrs later and another one of my nails corners have chipped the same exact way.I didn’t expect to pay $40 for a overlay fill and gel polish from a salon like Bella’s to have to go back twice in 2 days to have them repaired and in return treated nasty. Definitely my last (Hopefully) visit.

I wanted to update my previous review to 5 stars. I went back to BellaLuxe Nail Care and had a wonderful experience. My technician was very sweet and did a wonderful job. My bad experience last time was solely the technician and I read other complaints about her.I wanted a pedicure and I was trying to pick out my color and the technician seemed to be in a rush, and it wasn’t busy. I selected the deluxe pedicure which should of included massage, however it seemed rushed and there wasn’t much of a massage. Also the technician was not friendly at all. Maybe she was just having a bad day. I don’t think I will be going back there.

I just felt rushed & was charged $23 for a regular manicure because I chose an OPI nail polish that was supposed to last longer, which it didnt. My daughter got a gel manicure that looked terrible, but we didnt have time to wait & get it redone. Both manicures looked like an amateur did them, the polish didnt even go to the cuticle. Sure, they might charge more because its a bit nicer of a salon, but not that great. I will stick to the salon I usually go to.

Beautiful salon but extremely unhappy with the work. Tried the salon twice. Both times gel nails chipped within 7 days both pedicures my mom and I got chipped the next day. When going back to have them fixed they acted like we were in the wrong. Going back to Hana Nails in Pasadena.

This place is amazing! I was impressed by the layout but the services are the real five stars. I have been wanting to come here a for while and im so glad i did. I had a pedicure and the most amazing wax done by julie. Shes so sweet and met every concern/question i had with compassion. I have sensitive skin so for me to say im hook on their chocolate wax is everything. I am team BellaLuxe.

My mother and I went for a simple pedicure or we upgraded to a nicer pedicure and then the salon padded our bill five dollars each for a special topcoat we were not told there was any different color it was just regular OPI it was a way to rip us off if it was a special color they should’ve given us a little color selectors or said this is five extra dollars but they got there five dollars but they’re never going to get us back .I have been a faithful clients for their for six months and I had two new girls and they thought they had some people they could rip off

I have almost always had good experiences here. This is my go to place! I usually leave feeling absolutely fabulous, ready to show off my new nails! I have suggested this place to many people, bringing them in and getting them hooked.Unfortunately, I went in yesterday for a dip manicure and a pedicure and, for the first time, I was not at all happy when I left. The technician that did my nails, Hannah, made me feel rushed and stressed. (Even though it was nearly empty on a Monday morning) When I left, my dip manicure was bubbly, unsmooth, and after less than 24 hours, chipped due a bubble that popped in it. I’m embarrassed to show my new manicure, which is very different from what usually happens here. I wish the woman had told me she wasn’t comfortable doing dip and had asked someone else to do it if that were the case, as I’ve had many previously and never had them done in the way she did them. I was apprehensive to say anything prior to leaving due to the unkind demeanor towards me while I was getting them done in the first place. I haven’t ever had a problem here before, so I will likely come back. The still 4-star rating is reflective of the many wonderful experiences I have had here with the other technician. I will just ensure I do not have Hannah again. As a teacher, it takes a lot to spend this amount of money on myself, so it is very upsetting to be so unhappy after such a short time.Following posting this review, I received a phone call apologizing for my experiencing and informing me that they would give me a credit towards my next manicure. This meant a large amount to me and is a huge part of the reason I will continue returning to this place in the future.

This place is lovely from the outisde to inside but looks can be deceiving. This was my second vist to this salon. Last time I got a mani pedi with gel nails that went pretty well. So naturally I decided to give them a try for my wedding nails! Yes, my wedding nails! I asked for a full set with french tips. Everything was going well until I noticed that the tips werent even close to looking good. It looked awful, by far the worst full set/french tip Ive gotten. I asked the guy to cut the nails down and re do the tips. At this point he is mad and as am I. He rushed the work and it has so many cracks and badly painted nails I contacted the manger. I explained to the manager that I am getting married tomorrow and leave for my honeymoon Friday.However, I said I will not be able to come in but will send pictures. The manager told me that she could see me tomorrow but will need an appointment. This was frustrating to say the least as I cant come in, which I explained. So needless to say definitely dont get your bridal nails/wedding nails done here....and dont get Ivan he doesnt have a clue when it comes to nails and designs!Futhermore they have seen this post and have falsey accused me of being rude to the staff and throwing a pen At the staff after signing my receipt. Being that I was on the verge of tears because my vision of what my nails looked liked for my wedding was ruined its so disheartening to hear that your company would lie and defame my character to try and save your companys reputation. Instead of trying to assinate my character and rectify the situation you rather be nasty for sake of a review that was honest and true. I in no way was rude or nasty when I visited your salon, being visibly upset because of bad service is warranted! I came in made a request your technician(Ivan) got it wrong, I had him re do it and it still came out as if he rushed the job. Your job in customer service is to try to fix the problem on your customers time not one that best suits you! In addition to, you turned a little mishap into something bigger than it is by lying. I would never throw a pen at anyone its not in my character and its sad that you even had to go there for the sake of money and greed. In the meantime I will pray for people like you!

It’s not worth getting a regular manicure there. For the price, I was expecting a hand massage and cuticle clean up and a nice manicure. I got lotion rubbed on my hands, some kind of clipping on my cuticles that made no difference, rushes filing that left my nails uneven, and apparently low quality top coat because 9 hours after i got them done I went to sleep and woke up with bumpy, horribly textured nails. One day at school left eraser pieces stuck in all the bumpiness. Very disappointed. My friend’s gel manicures turned out great. Dont get a traditional manicure, it will be rushed and turn out badly.
