Neptune Impact Windows had been recommended and they did not disappoint. While due to the pandemic, everything is on back order they kept me apprised. Luckily for me someone canceled and I got my installation 2 weeks before expected. I can’t praise the team enough as the project manager Chris.The installers were amazing, they were super respectful, professional, communicative and clean. They did a beautiful job and left my home as clean and complete as they found it. I highly recommend this company for your new Windows and Doors.

From start to finish Neptune Impact Windows handled my job professionally and courteously . Jeff in sales was responsive, on time, and explained all of my options. After getting 4 estimates I went with Neptune based on my sales experience and price. I had the garage door, front door with side light, 3 sliders and 5 windows replaced in my villa. Once I made the decision to go with Neptune, Jeff came out to do final measurements and answer any questions I had. William was on time to replace my front door and sidelight and did a great job keeping the mess to a minimum. Anthony who installed my windows helped to move my furniture and covered everything with plastic sheeting. He did a superb job of minimizing the dust and mess. Chris came by daily to check on the job and communicate with me on the progress. On the day of final inspection Kyle arrived early and checked each and every opening. He made any necessary adjustments, did additional caulking, removed all stickers and cleaned all windows and sliders inside & out. Kyle also took time to explain all of the features of my windows and doors as well as how to maintain them. I would highly recommend Neptune and their amazing team of professionals to anyone!!! Its comforting to know that there are still companies out there providing this level of customer service!!!

These guys are great! They were true to everything they told me. I wasnt kept waiting for months and months past their estimated time like I hear some people say. The windows and slider showed up when they said they would, they came and installed them within days and they were done with my house in two days. They took great care to keep the house clean with no huge dust mess and they were very respectful with my house and belongings. I would highly recommend Neptune for your impact windows!

Jason and his Crew at Neptune Windows did a fantastic job at installing our windows and doors. The ECO windows are beautiful and strong. The job consisted of 18 windows, 2 sliders, and a front door. The job was completed in 3 days with a crew of only 2 workers! They worked together flawlessly. I had windows installed at my previous house and it was a nightmare. Neptune did an amazing job with clean stucco and caulk lines. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Amazing service. Great Crew. I have several dogs and they were very accommodating and extremely friendly. We had 23 windows and doors to replace and these guys were able to knock it out in 4 days! Ive dealt with several contractors in the past and its alot of smoke and mirrors. Not these guys. Im very very very happy with the outcome of how everything turned out. The thing I liked the best was they were not pushy when it came to the sale. I had several companies come in to my home hounding me throwing crazy numbers at me. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend for both impact windows and doors.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Neptune windows. The installers were very professional; they covered with plastic all my furniture that would be compromised by dust during the installation. They also replaced all the door moldings, which was a nice touch as many installers leave a mess behind from what I’ve heard. During the final inspection, Kyle stopped by and cleaned all my doors and windows, removed all the stickers and the final inspection went smoothly. All of the guys I dealt with at Neptune which included Eddy, Jason, Chris and Kyle were nothing short of amazing. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you!!

I am so happy with my new impact windows and doors!! The customer service at Neptune was outstanding and the quality of the product was extraordinary. I also got a surprise visit a couple of days after installation as Neptune sent someone out to clean all the glass panels on the windows and doors. They went the extra mile and cleaned some of my windows that were not even replaced by them. Thank you Neptune for an outstanding job! Very good customer service. Can’t say enough about the patience and prompt responses that came with all the questions we had. Curtis helped us with designs and pricing and always made us feel comfortable if we wanted to change something. 6-8 weeks after we signed we had the construction crews at our house taking out the old windows. They crew with Anthony did a really good job of cutting the windows out with little to no damage. A couple minor issues but after everything was finished they obliged on any issues we wanted fixed. Kyle was a big help as well and made sure we were happy with the end product. The Eco Window systems windows that we got are extremely tough and have a great look to them. Appreciate all the work that went into making our home safer...we appreciate all your work!We would recommend Neptune any day.

Couldn’t be happier we made the decision to go with Neptune. We had vacillated on making this decision for years. Then we interviewed three other companies and knew we were not going to do the windows/doors (due to price). Then we had Neptune come out. There price was outstanding compared with everyone else. Other companies wanted to charge us 15,000-20,000 more for the EXACT SAME JOB.We are over the top happy with the work. There were minor issues with install. This of course was expected by us in any big job. Anytime we found something they addressed it immediately to our complete satisfaction. When the inspector came out he verbally said out loud “these guys did a really solid job”. That made us feel even better. Overall couldn’t be happier we made this decision. Huge recommendation to use Neptune windows. Quality product, quality install, excellent customer service. Doesn’t get better.

On top of that they installed Eco Window System which looks amazing and of high quality. I usually tell people to shop around but in this case you’ll be wasting your time... My fiancé and I shopped over 5 other companies and they were by far the most AFFORDABLE and most RELIABLE... we love the way our house looks now... Amazing company all the way around!
