Ive been living here for a few years and I just want to say that the Manager in charge is Awesome. Hes polite, he listens and he gets things done. Ive seen some horrible neighbors of mine have finally moved out and Im sure he had something to do with them leaving, and thats one reason why we find him pretty cool. GET RID OF THE TRASH THAT LIVES HERE. And its happening, finally a Manager that cares about us (residents). The property is cleaner, new flags on the poles, landscaping is great. We only renewed because of the office staff. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

Britney is absolutely amazing in the office and she has helped make this move in process absolutely splendid and easy! I will say they do need to get better at answering their phones in the office but other than that I would highly recommend

I need a place really bad. I have literally called them at least 5 times and sent an inquiry. They NEVER answer the phone and they DONT call you back. If I am treated like this as a future resident, I can only imagine how I would be treated AFTER they get my money. :(

Ive lived here for over 3 years and finally there is a manager in the office who actually cares about the residents who lives here. My work orders have been taken care of, he picks up the phone when calling the office. Its just a different atmosphere. Hopefully this one last longer than the last ones who were here before him.

Roach infestation that no one addressed. When I emailed with pictures attached of the bugs all around the apartment I never got a response or call back or even an answer when I tried to contact the leasing office. Our move in date got pushed back by almost. a week and my emails were never answered in a reasonable time frame. The apartment had damages, unsafe living conditions and major safety concerns with other residents. It was constantly loud with fights right outside our door and loud music blaring our windows. Rent is way too high for what you are receiving and they try to pose the apartments online to look much nicer than they really are. Do not live here. It’s not worth it.

Overall my girlfriend and I have enjoyed staying here. The proximity to both Vancouver and Portland is ideal. We have a small dog, and the community is dog friendly and they have large grass areas.Rent is easy to pay online. The front office staff is nice. Emergency maintenance isnt really utilized well, we had plumbing issues and the emergency maintenance line called us 3 hours later and asked if someone fixed it. Mikayla took care of us well and made sure it was fixed.The fitness center is not great whatsoever. People in the community are nice.

Kalani, Matt, Edwin are truly awesome. I always feel welcomed when I go to the office with an issue. Edwin is the best. When I had a maintenance issue in my bathroom he responded immediately and promptly took care of the issue. I love the location and how close it is to the VINE and public transportation.

I live here and it a really bad place to live. Thay Lie to you and win you have a problem with someone the don’t do nothing about it. Please do not move here you will be stuck here.

DO NOT BE FOOLED. They will advertise a price but will add $100 a month in hidden fees marked as other in you monthly rent.The place is always dirty with trash everywhere and police are constantly here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, and for the money you can certainly find nicer apartments.

The apartments have great newly finished interiors and there’s never much commotion in the complex. They run a pretty tight ship. The management staff is very helpful and understanding of all our needs, that alone is worth a Five star review. Natalia always gets the job done and replies to any concerns or inquiries in a timely fashion, not to mention she’s very pleasant to converse with. Thanks again,Trevor l.

I gave them five stars, because they have always been so kind, caring, and welcoming. The place is clean, nicely maintained, and the apartment is just beautiful!!! Everything I have ever wanted! And theres a nice park, three parking lots(maybe more!) A fitness room, and the staff are ALWAYS available for questions or if you need any help . I could not imagine being anywhere else but here. I am comfortable and happy, something you dont find in most places!

I have lived here for almost a year. I had thought about moving when my lease expired but since the new manager Karen has been here things have gotten better. She really cares about making this place a great place to live. I will definitely renew now and not move. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they need to improve on the garbage but Im sure she will fix that too.

They have a policy that in order for a tow truck to tow your vehicle the company has to call them and management has to approve it first. Well these extortioners towed two newlyweds cars, one which moved in THAT DAY. She had a parking permit but it fell on the floor of her car. They charged this new family almost 800 bucks while not following their own policy. Even if these apartments are nice Id never want to move into a place with management like this.

Worst place to live. They allow anyone to move in and it’s filled with heavy drug users who don’t pay rent. We left after 3 months due to safety concerns.

Lots nicer than they once were. The staff are very friendly, and apartments inside are a lot nicer inside too. Only reason why I dont give a higher rating is due to the high rent, if it were cheaper then I would give five stars.

Been in the office a couple time and the staff is actually incredible... I work in customer service and these people are honestly super friendly. The leasing lady there Michalla made my apartment walk through such a good experience. Really made me want to rent the place! Since my move the manager Natalia has been so helpful. Amazon had a hard time finding my apartment and dropped my packages off at the office. Despite me not knowing where my packages went, Natalia contacted me to let me know they had arrived! Great experience so far!!!

This place has come a long ways from before and now! No way in the past would I ever consider leaving here. But after the remodels and the clean up of tenants I am happy to call this place home. The elementary school is so close makes it very convenient for school age kids. The neighbors are all so down to earth and wonderful. The office staff is awesome! Always on top of any requests, they are truly striving to improve this place even more than they have already done!

High Rent.Rent increases every year.Management ALWAYS changing.They charge you for things thats not in the lease.You pay for parking if you have more than one car.Almost every wednesday morning awaken by blower from the yard people.Complaints about other tenants arent taken seriously nor resolved

The demand to pay your rent online is one of my biggest issues. I dont see why we cant pay with just a money order. Also they will slap a 14 day notice on your door on the 2nd of the month. Instead of going by the date on lease. They have all these service fees and also place that with rent online so if you dont have the full amount you basically screwed smh I rent a 3 bedroom and its 1300. But really I pay close to 1500. I feel they should just accept the payment away someone can pay it rather it be online or money order. But not with the extra add ons. Utilities arent rent and can be paid after rent has been paid.

Love what they have done with place! Great location, quiet and clean. The office staff is outgoing and easy to get along with!! The Only Community in the area that offer amenities such as a fitness center and community center.

I lived here for 3 years and would recommend never moving here. Id give 0 stars if I could. The parking is a joke. You get one space in the lot and any other vehicles need to be parked on the street. There was a group of people below us in a 2 bedroom apartment but had 6 people living there. The management keeps no track of the occupants. Large groups means more cars and more cars means less parking. But you can always pay $50 a month to have a reserved space and if someone parks there you can take a picture of their license plate so the office can give them a warning :) Luckily the management only takes about a week to return any calls if you happen to get their voicemail. The turnover rate for the management was insane. I felt like everytime I went in there was somebody new. My roommates car was stolen twice straight from the parking lot and broken into once. Young kids are running around the parking lot and street unsupervised every day. There are frequent problems with the local homeless. I saw at least 3 bum fights happen right outside my window while there. There were plenty of domestic abuse incidents. One of the tenants was apparently a former sex offender and was actually arrested about a month ago. Our second set of neighbors were drug dealers. There were cars constantly parking in their assigned spot, random people going into the apartment for a few minutes then leaving. They enforce a no window decoration or door mat rule to make the apartments look nicer than they are. Also any cars with cosmetic damage arent allowed to be parked in the complex. There are plenty of people with dogs but nobody cleans up after them so avoid the grass for the sake of your shoes. The amenities are a joke. Fitness center has next to nothing and the washers/dryers are frequently disconnected or all in use. I was told by a tenant of building G that they had a mice infestation that the complex wasnt taking care of. There is a $200 late fee for rent which is absurd compared to the standard $50 to $100 of other places. The rent was been raised $50 every year I lived there so expect that to keep happening. The $1150 a month is not worth it to live in that dump. Packages had been stolen off of my porch as well as other tenants. I was charged $50 or so because their renters insurance policy changed and I was never Informed. They didnt even know until I went in with an unrelated question. Once they realized it they slapped the extra $50 I was supposed to pay on the next months rent. I was finally able to find a bigger apartment with washer/dryer in unit, pool, actual fitness center, sauna, etc all for $1400. I would rather live in a van down by the river or out of my car than live there again. Abandon all hope ye who enter Parc Central. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk

Everything was perfect when I moved in two years ago, but the management has gone downhill and I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Extremely unprofessional, very rude, and completely insensitive to your needs as a tenant. The area also isnt great and the neighbors will make your life hell. Avoid at all costs, they just care about the money. All of the negative reviews are true.

Location, security, affordability: On the hunt for an apartment that would suit our needs, we called nearly all of the apartments within Vancouver city limits (in this price range). Overall, the property seems to focus on providing a secure, comfortable, clean enviornment for the residence.-The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional-Our unit was clean and detailed when we moved in-The onsite laundry room is well kept and affordable-We have experienced respect in every interaction

Clearly Jessica Lynch doesnt actually live here, because the Fitness & Community Center havent even opened yet. Even though residents have been paying for it since last summer.And the woman who talked about kid friendly must not have walked by the corner of T St & St. Johns Blvd where you can buy drugs from the corner apartment. Transients are constantly in and out of that apartment, screaming babies, screaming adults, saw a guy one night playing with a stun gun on the front porch. That place is sketchy. But if youre interested in a place to do drugs, then youd like it. Ive seen his dealer come with his gold chains on, driving a Mercedes, walking with his pimp walk. No one legitimate drives in this neighborhood if they own a Mercedes.The truth about Parc Central is it is cheap, white trash, and you get what you pay for here. Every month (since the beginning of July 2015) they say in their newsletters that the Fitness Center & Community Center will be done at the end of the month. We are all still waiting. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE. No one cleans up after their dogs, and Parc Central doesnt make any effort to clean it up (or provide poop bags). Do NOT let your kids play in any of the grass areas. Oh, and the rule about dogs. Yeah, they claim you cant have Pitbulls or Rottweilers, but youll find both here. I see them on a daily basis. Theres also no regulating people dumping their trash. On a weekly basis people (including those who do not live here) dump things like mattresses, dressers, desks, bed frames, Christmas trees, and more in the trash enclosures. But Parc Central doesnt care, because they bill the trash back to the residents. Oh, and they will advertise their ample parking, but the truth is that there isnt even enough room for each apartment to have one space.Theres the long, honest truth about Parc Central. Anyone saying positive things is either A. A fake account created by management or B. Hasnt lived here longer than a week or so.-Mon

Best place to rent apartments they really helped us out and made us feel comfortable

This management team is rude, sneaky, and very condescending. I have watched the quality of our living continually decrease since Avenue 5 sent their team of entitled money hungry snakes to run our apartemnts. I used to love the managers here. I would have never moved here if I knew these people would be controlling my living situation. I should never have a problem asking about the hundreds of dollars in fees they tacked on to my rent. I had one of the team members treat me like a troublesome child for wanting to see paperwork that informed of us of fees. My significant other had filled everything out for me so I was unaware of the situation and the manager scolded me and told she was fearful for me because I was unaware of the situation wanted more information. Long story short she definitely acts like she is some supreme ruler you should suck up to. You can tell she enjoys the power her little management position gives her.

I like my actual apartment. Its nice and newly rennovated. However, I HATE this apartment complex. Witnessed a brutal assault ouside my apartment, a man getting beaten half to death with a baseball bat. There are wild children running around constantly, screaming and causing chaos. The neighborhood is less than ideal. I worry about my vehicle outside at night. I constantly have a note on my door from management for absurd reasons. I pay FAR too much to not feel relaxed or safe in my own apartment. Needless to say, I wont be renewing my lease.

Living there I didn’t have too many problems besides loud neighbors but since I’ve moved out they’ve given me the biggest headache. Two months later and they have yet to give me my deposit and when I call they act stupid. I would avoid this place for poor management.

This place is a joke. I dont recommend any one moving here. U pay insurance but things dont get fixed. Then u move and they want to charge I you damages that are not your fault.

Lack of parking space, security, sketchy neighbors. Many residents who shouldnt park at my side so that I cant find a parking spot and ended up parking at the street. There is no gate in this apartment so literally anyone can come in. My neighbor stole my package and took some of the items that he/she needs and gave me back other item with box opened. Im assuming he/she is neighbor because it happened twice and she/he was watching me going into the apartment and leave the box in front of the door and knocked so that I would open the door and check. When I told this story to my apartment managers, all they said was Im sorry that is it.

When I lived there, they started with the rule changes, 1 you could only have a door mat that they approved, then only white backed curtains, then nothing was allowed in the windows or on the window sills not plants or pictures of any kind, except one day before and after a Holliday ie.. Dec 23- Dec 25, or it was a $50 fine, then theyd put up 48 hour notices on the doors for safety and cleanness inspection, and never show up,

Ive noticed my review has gone missing. Thats ok. Long story short living here was bad. Overflowing trash issues, parking issues, drug issues. Pretty much a over priced getto.

Terrible management, had to file multiple matinance request, none of which show up when they say they do and when they do show up they dont actually fix what they were sent for. Will randomly have apartments remodeled without notice. I work nights and asked why I get no notices and apparently common courtesy is only something they practice when they are legally obligated was the answer I got. Im awake right now when I should be sleeping before work because its happening again and they dont do anything about the ice in the parking lot so I cant leave with my van. Strange how they can have people come work next door but cant fix our sink can conveniently set it up for a day the office wouldnt be open

Do not fall for this glorified ghetto. Parc Central was the worst living experience of my life and the worst mistake I ever made. We moved into this neighborhood from out of state and had no idea what we were getting into until it was too late. Calling the police became a part of my daily routine after moving in...Junkies shooting up in the parking lot; dumpster divers rummaging through garbage and making a mess; hoards of drug addicts and dealers piling 10-deep into one apt; break ins, car thefts, fights, you name it...This neighborhood is pure trash, plain and simple. Whoever said The office staff is outgoing and easy to get along with! is a fake reviewer trying to boost the rating. Nobody legitamately says things like that. Not to mention the staff is actually a revolving door of con artists and morons.The management and staff will tell you ANYTHING to get you into one of their units and keep you in it. If you file complaints with them, either in person or via their website, they will pretend like they never got the complaint. Then they will lie and tell you they have taken care of the problem.In the short time I lived here, which felt like an eternity, I was assaulted by my neighbors, attacked by an unleashed dog, and had a drug-addled crazy man pull a knife on me. Seriously, F$%K this place.

I used to live here before they remodeled it in the process of remodeling it they kicked everybody out before they were even ready to remodel the other half of the apartments. If we wanted an apartment back we had to Repay everything to move back in just to get back into it after getting kicked out of it

Overpriced, and a $300 month to month fee, ended up paying over $1800 for a 3 br in the ghetto! Staff is nice enough but the company they work for is greedy!!!

Dont fall for the fake reviews. Dustin B and Jessica Lynch work for the company. The other 4 star review is likely fake, as well. Everyone I know who has lived at Parc Central, including myself, HATED it. I really cant emphasize enough how much I absolutely hated this place. It has been many months since I moved, but I still regard it as the worst decision I ever made in my life.The people who work for Madrona Ridge (Parc Central) have no morals. They are basically sociopaths who only care about money and their own careers. The fact that they have their employees leave fake reviews to offset the bad ones should be all the evidence needed to support my claim, but if thats not good enough, heres some more...Everything we were told about the quietness, safety, and quality of the apts was a flat out lie.We were lied to about the cost of utilities, which ended up being much higher than expected.We were promised a new laundry room, business center, and rec center.... never got any of those things.We had many problems with other neighbors. The staff always assured us they would take care of them, never did.We were lied to about tenant rights, state laws, and other legal mumbo jumbo to scare us into staying when we threatened to leave.The whole experience was one very long year of lies, broken promises, and disappointment. I have remained in touch with some people who still live there, and they tell me its only gotten worse. Again, let me state that I truly despise these people and hate their company, Madrona Ridge.

I Just moved in a couple weeks ago and the office staff made my move absolutely wonderful and stress free! Michael is an amazing manager that responded to my every need with ease and kindness. Michael scores an extra A+ With me!
