Moved here when I first arrived in the PNW 5 years ago. Staff was very helpful in getting my apartment reserved from across the country. Stayed for the first year, then moved to another place since it was closer to work, then well, things happened. Ended up moving back here about 2 years ago, so that should say something! Everyone is great, the apartments have cool layouts... and the maintenance staff is top notch!!

My Mother moved into these apartments about 8 months ago and has never been happier! Having an older elderly mother whom is very independent, it eases my mind to know she is being taken care of by such great staff. She absolutely loves the maintenance team and her favorite office lady Brandy who has helped her from the beginning and I quote from my mother, “has the most amazing energy and contagious smile” The landscaping is always kept up and looks beautiful! Great job Regency!

A great place to live! From start to finish Aly was amazing! It was a very smooth process moving here. The complex is very well maintained and I have yet to see a trash can over flowing or any of the landscaping not maintained. Utilities are way cheaper than what we were paying at our previous place, Moving here has saved us a ton just in cost for utilities. We live in the back of the complex where parking is a little tight but we have always been able to find a spot relatively close and the walk to our current unit is not bad by any means. No we dont have the ability to park directly in front of our unit but thats fine with us. Each apt comes with either an assigned covered spot or a garage. So that itself is amazing to us. We rarely see others in the gym and we have never had to wait to use the equipment. Definitely excited to call this place home.

A great place to live. Clean, quiet and well maintained grounds. Nice amenities. Great staff. Maintenance is very responsive and professional.I’ve had nothing but positive experiences in my time here.Excellent fwy access and close to PDX makes commuting really convenient. Great access to bike lanes too. I can be on the 205 Bridge in only minutes!

We recently moved in and love it here so much. We’d been living in a home for over 10 years and were nervous about apartment living, but are so glad we made this choice!The maintenance folks are always working hard making improvements, the grounds are kept beautifully, there are great amenities, the office staff is super responsive and kind, the gate guard always has a smile and a wave, and the renting and move in process was SO EASY. Communications via text and all docs signed online.This is such a peaceful and quiet place. The neighbors are so friendly and welcoming.We moved in without first seeing our actual unit and were so pleased to find it immaculate with a couple of thoughtful welcome home move in surprises.I highly recommend this complex!

My wife and I have lived here for eight years and love everyone and everything about The Regency. We are blessed to have such a caring Manager and office Staff along with an incredible and courteous maintenance crew. We recently downsized from a third floor two bedroom w/loft to a two bedroom ground floor. They not only made it easy and carefree with the paperwork, but also made our new place so special for us and our handicapped dog. It is always a great feeling coming home from work every day!

I moved here in April with my boyfriend. I’m very glad we decided to come here to make a live for us in this beautiful community.

Love where I live. The staff is very courteous and maintenance is quick to respond when there is a problem. After 10 years of living here, I know I made the right choice.

The Regency has been nothing but excellent to work with and live in. The staff is friendly and communicates promptly when renovations are happening in the community. They also have a baller maintenance staff that takes care of things SO QUICKLY. Summer was awesome here, the pool is well-maintained and the hot tub rules after a long day of work. Had a 3-month lease in a two bd/two ba, and so glad it was here!

My mother in law has lived here for MANY years, she originally had a 1 BR loft (around 10 years ago), but, has been in a 1 BR for @ least 6+ years located on the 2nd floor. Her lease is up very soon & Regency has raised her rent substantially, in addition, they, now are requiring she pay for her h2o separately from her rent, whereas, in the past its been $20+ added into her monthly rent. She is disabled & on SSI, &, frankly, barely able to afford the rent now. Let me also add that she is paying current market value for her apt @ over $1000. Now, they are proposing a raise her rent with a 12 month lease over $150 + h2o?! Lastly, a colleague of mine moved into the EXACT same floor plan & level 3 or so months ago & is paying $53 LESS & WATER IS INCLUDED. So, my rating of Regency is 1🌟. SHAME ON YOU, AL ANGELO MGT & REGENCY APTS!
