Very clean and well kept property no matter what time of year it is. Eric is the best landlord. He is very quick to take care of any issues or concerns. Dan the maintenance man is very quick to fix any problems within and out of the apartment. We will truly miss this place when we have to move.
This place was good to us. The property manager and mantanence man were professional, kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Erik and Dan are great assets for Avenue5/Pacific Pointe Apartments. We took care of the place we lived in and respected the place and in turn we received the majority of our deposit back.I did find it odd that the non-refundable deposits did not cover the fees, so I am a little confused on that part.We liked living there and probably still would be if we had not moved out of state.Thank you Erik and Dan for being great.(Note to future tenants: Respect the place you live in and you will get respect back.)
This place is awful. The manager and maintenance guys are both super nice but The parking is terrible, each unit only gets 1 parking spot (even if it’s a 3 bedroom) and make you pay for a second parking spot monthly and won’t allow more then that even if there’s many empty covered spots available that are unused and people just park in them anyway. Street parking is practically non existent and is used as a dumping ground for stolen cars (currently 2 sitting there right now taking up valuable parking) The covered spots are also designed for the smallest of cars possible and you can barely get out of your car when parked in them and makes it easy for people to dent your car. There’s people who pay for garages but don’t actually use them, and the waiting list never clears up. Also our overweight upstairs neighbors and their 3 kids stomp And run And jump on the floor ALL DAY AND NIGHT LONG bad enough that it sounds like the ceiling is going to crash through. And the office won’t do anything about it but will allow them to complain to security while watching a movie at a respectable volume at 10pm.
Love this place! Manager is awesome! Maintenance is responsive and on point!04/13/2021Just wanted to add, i still live here at Pacific Pointe and after the year we have had i am so thankful that i do. Eric and Dan are so awesome, still taking care of everything and everyone! The whole Avenue 5 corp. has been great this year! I really appreciate the understanding and care with witch they have treated myself and my husband. I just wanted to say Thank You to all of you! it is much appreciated.
I have not had the same experience others have while living here. The manager has always been friendly and accommodating. I have had 3 maintenance issues since my residency began and all were fixed and addressed in less than 24 hours.I will say new management came in in November of 2016, so perhaps the new management has tightened up.All in all rent is competitive, management friendly and effective, and *most* of the residents are extremely friendly. My only real complaint is the lack of parking. It is hard to have company as most visitor spots are already taken by residents. However, Im not even sure how they could fix the parking issue as there is only so much space.**Update** I recently moved out of town and wanted to add a final note to my review. The management team has always been friendly and supportive and that continued through my moving out. I have nothing but positive things to say about each staff member and recommend giving Pacific Pointe a visit if youre looking for a new place to call home!
I would rate 5 stars except for parking. The spaces appear to be designed for compact cars, there are less than 12 visitor spaces & they are often times occupied by tenants with more than one car, limited parking on the street & I only saw 2 spaces for ppl with disabilities. It is quiet most of the time for a 79 unit complex, well maintained & the mgt is dedicated in assisting tenants when unexpected issues arise. Ive lived there for 11 months & have not experienced any problems or hidden fees. This is a very good place to live, in my opinion.
The land lady is racist and will try to charge you for everything in the book when you leave especially if your a minority. She’s one of those nice to your face stab you in the back kind of people (the worst) her name is Jennifer arnett I lived here for two years and don’t recommend anybody live here. There places are infested with pest and are over charged on rent because of the location ugh!!
Lived here for a year, and had no major issues. Management has been great, maintnence has been great.... My only really complaint is that the parking lot is terrible, so if you have a second car....plan to park offsite and walk thru mud to get home.
They consistently find loopholes to nickel and dime you. I always paid my rent on time, had no complaints. They would rather gouge you, than keep you as a long term tenant. I wasnt intending on staying past my current lease but after my interactions with the management here, I cant wait. It makes the buy out seem appealing. They only maintain the areas visible from the street and near the leasing office. We had a sinkhole in front of our building that went un-repaired for over a year. The ground in front of our building is bare dirt and filled with weeds but there has been a pile of barkdust sitting in front of the office for about a year. Dont get me started on the joke that they call parking. You will definitely better served going elsewhere.
Very helpful and informative onsite property manager.
Management doesnt care that methheads are using and selling here (building G). Parts were stolen right off my motorcycle in the parking lot. Parking is absolutely terrible and drugged out freaks are constantly sifting through the trash/flailing in the parking lot. NEVER seen a security gaurd or any management outside. The annoying pimple faced mormon kids check in to see how youre doing more often than the idiots that work here.
Unfriendly/uncaring management. Inefficiently run. There is only one individual managing the entire building and she could care less about resident satisfaction. Office hours fluctuate depending on if she feels like being there, sporadicly closed office without warning.1. Car was broken into, window smashed out by vandal, (high crime).2. Blatantly, there is not enough physical parking spaces for the number of residents here. But there are plenty of redlined curbs, and no parking signs for vast amounts of usable parking area. Heres the kicker, the management then dispatches tow trucks to tow cars despite inefficiently managing the parking area. I spent $150 on towing, because nowhere to park. Add to this, there is a massive church parking lot adjacent to the apartment complex which they lock the gate to. A reasonable management company would negotiate parking in this area for overflow.3. Had a package sit in the office for a week after being delivered despite being told it hadnt been, had to continue to demand it was delivered until she realized it was misplaced, she didnt care or was to lazy to see it was there the whole time. This likely could be a nice place to live assuming it was not managed so poorly. Understand, lack of parking, reliability of receiving packages and safety of your vehicle WILL be jeopardized here!
There is a reason this place has low ratings. Dont walk, run.
Awful!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!! IN THE GHETTO, BUT RENT IS NO LOWER THAN MUCH NICER PLACES!!!!
Ok
